Really enjoyed my salad and the wine selecting is very impressive. My husband had the lamb sliders and thought they were very tasty. The triple berry dessert was yummy. Place is super cute. Waiter was very nice and even the manager stopped by to check on us.

Salon West has been a constant in my life for over 12 years, since I found Valerie! My son was 13 at the time and bought me a gift card for Mothers Day...thats all she wrote! Valerie is an amazing stylist and her color and blending education is so obvious! Thanks for always taking such great care of me, Val! I scheduled an appointment for 2:45 today with Linda at the West Bay location. This would be my first hair cut with Linda. The skill and professionalism of Salon West has always exceeded my expectations but that was not the case today with Linda. I was driving from south Pinellas and realized I was going to be late. At 2:30 I called Salon West and said I would be 10 minutes late according to Google maps. I explained this to the person I spoke with at 2:30 and they said that would not be an issue. The traffic on West Bay was very heavy and an ambulance going to the hospital lead to me sitting at a red light for longer than expected. I arrived 13-14 minutes late. I informed the front desk who I was and I apologized for being late. Linda happened to be at the entrance too. She very loudly informed that if I had arrived any later they were going to call me and have me reschedule. She also informed me that she had an appointment she had to go to after. It was not the first impression I was hoping for. And one of my favorite hair stylists heard Linda’s comments to me and said to me jokingly “You causing problems Bobby?” Apparently I had ruined Linda’s day. I sat down in her chair and her sour attitude continued. I politely said “ let me go so you can get to your appointment “. It appeared that was the best news she heard all day because she walked me to the front and said “he knows (other stylist) so make an appointment for him”. I was really upset and asked to speak to a manager. There was no manager available so I asked for an email address and that was not available either. So I asked for them to call me. I have not received a call back either as of yet. This was the worst customer service experience I have had. I have been a guest at Salon West for over 10 years but not after today. I will go elsewhere. I’m sure there are many other hair salons in Pinellas that do not employ Linda.

This was the second time I came to this salon the first time I liked how they cut my hair. But this time they cut my hair very short it was not what I expected. Not happy at all i will never make appointment with Salon West.

Absolutely wonderful experience! They are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for... Definitely a 5 star! All are well trained and great. I highly recommend them!

She also gives me helpful information about hair, etc., tailored to fit my own exact situation. The salon is also very comfortable and nice to be in, very clean and pleasant. My original appointment had to be rescheduled due to my stylist calling in sick but Im not unhappy about that. I ended up having Hannah cut my hair and she did a great job. I had quite a bit of length taken off, maybe 7 or 8 inches. She was great! From the shampoo to the cut everything was great! I love Salon West and have been going here for years. Highly recommend.

Ive been bringing my daughter to salon west for years. It was great at first. Customer service has gone way downhill. They have lost my appointments multiple times. Ive driven 40 minutes for an appointment on THREE separate occasions only to have them tell me I never had an appointment. This has happened at both the Largo and the Safety Harbor locations. I just found out there was a third location and called to make an appointment. I was treated rudely and hung up on.

Joyce for massage and facials, and Anna for nails and permanent eye make up are my highly esteemed recommendations! The year-round $99 Special is a great gift: 1/2 hr for massage, facial and pedicure! Buy em now for your next gift.

The entire staff at Salon West is so friendly and attentive as soon as you walk in. I had Sophia and she was amazing. She knew exactly what I wanted when I explained to her what I was thinking. I have very thick, dense, curly hair and she handled it so well. She also styled my hair super cute and explained how to do it for myself. I will definitely be back.

My hair was nearly to my waist and I hadnt got it cut in a long time because I had a couple really bad haircuts from a low end chain and was nervous to let scissors near me. I chose a more experience stylist and was ok with paying more than I ever have for a haircut because I feel you get what you pay for. We chopped off a lot and got it up to my shoulders. I loved it after styled by a professional but time would tell if this wash and go girl would be able to make it look good with zero effort. 2 weeks later I love it so much and am getting tons of compliments. Lisa was so fun to chat with and gave me my favorite haircut ever. I will never go anywhere else after this!

Its really sad the way they treat their customers who spend plenty of money with them. Life happens and I accidentally missed a couple of appointments so they told me they needed a credit card on file to book appointments moving forward. Theyre not doctors and shouldnt be charging cancellation fees or putting paying customers on probation for missing appointments due to stress and schedule changes. Im very hurt. I loved my hairdresser though Sophia is amazing I dont think its her fault, but if this is how I will be treated by the salon itself then Id rather take my business elsewhere.

I had a great experience with color by Dee. I rescheduled but had to cancel, 9 days in advance due to work obligations. I tried to reschedule twice, once on the phone and once in personBoth times the girls at the front desk did nothing to try to reschedule me. I asked for so many other days and times, they pretty much dismissed me and said nothing was available with Dee. The week previously I treated my daughter in law to a keritan treatment. $130.00 . It was with Lisa. Dont go to her! After the treatment my daughter in law asked why her hair was so dull with no shine and was so rough. Lisa mumbled something and disappeared. 2 days later her hair was frizzy and looked the same as it did before the treatment. Shame on this salon. Dont let the discounts and perks they give you to come back fool you. I just moved here from Michigan. They got me. Shame on this place.

I have been going to this location for many years and I always leave happy. I have sent many of my friends and family members to see Sara and she always restocks me with referral cards. Plus there is a perk for referring, for you and that lucky person. Plus there is always a smiling face to greet me at the front door and they offer drinks while waiting.

I was in Florida for one of my best friends wedding and was in need of a good cut and style. After looking through many reviews I decided to give the Salon West in Largo a try. Let me tell you, I was not dissappointed! I was given amazing service. They didnt have any walk-in times available the night I came in, but they made sure to give me an appointment for the next day at a reasonable time! My appointment was with Nicole and she was fabulous! She discussed the differences in the hairstyles I was looking at and helped me to pick a good one for myself. It was super easy to talk with her because she came across friendly, while professional. She was quick, but efficient in styling and it looked amazing when it was done! If Im ever in Largo in need of a haircut again Ill definitely be visiting again!

I was referred to Linda by a good friend many years ago. I love going to salon west and being pampered. The vibrating chairs while getting your hair washed is a plus. Linda has taken care of my hair keeping it healthy and shiny. I recommend to all my friends.

I have been a client of Jennys for almost 10 years at this location and their prior location just down the road. I love the salon. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is friendly and professional. I am always met with the offer of a beverage (water, coffee, soda or WINE) and there are even snacks available which comes in handy when I being my teenage daughter. I love the hand and arm massage I get while my hair is processing. Jenny is an amazing stylist. I dont even tell her what I want anymore...I just tell her to do what she thinks I need and it always turns out perfect. She now now does my daughters hair as well. Its great to have a stylist that also consults when my daughter has a crazy idea. The stylists at Salon West attend ongoing color classes and other workshops to continue improving their craft. I drive 45 minutes each way every 7-8 weeks to visit this salon and Jenny!

I couldnt be happier with my experience at Salon West. The salon itself is comfortable and clean with an upscale atmosphere. The staff were all very attentive and accommodating. The young man who checked me in and out was especially so, as was Nicole, my stylist. She was very knowledgeable and professional. I was unsure of exactly what I wanted and I felt she was genuinely interested in helping me find something that I would be happy with and that I would be able to maintain. I was especially pleased with the results of my foils. The color looks completely natural and I have already received several compliments. I am even having my hair done while I am on vacation here since I had moved up north, because I dont trust anyone else with my hair! She is absolutely wonderful and can do exactly what I describe to her and even more to make it look better than I imagined. Ive always had quality service at this salon. Ive had different stylists cut and color my hair and never been unsatisfied. Rare to find a shop that you can confidentially schedule an appointment for a cut and not worry about which stylist you get. They are all good.

Debbie is great but there is a problem with the hot water in this place. Seems like it never works half the time. Also, wanted to give Debbie a cash tip but the girl at the front counter didnt have change for $100. Had to short Debbie her tip this time.

I started going to this salon on a recommendation from my AAA office manager 7 years ago. Heather is a terrific master colorist and stylist and is a real pro at handling my extremely baby fine hair. I have never once thought about trying a different salon. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. There is a well stocked variety of upper end hair care products as well as Jane Iredale make up. The place is very clean, well decorated and hosts beverages and munchies if you are needing an energy lift.

I went in for a color and cut. The lady the did my hair was wonderful I wish she would move to a different Salon. The place is very overpriced and stuck up. It’s supposed to be upscale yet I have to sit and listen to the stylist talk about each other as if we are in high school. Not looking to spend that kind of money for that kind of service. Hopefully the stylist I saw will move to a better salon
