I went to New Approach, Caroline quoted 250. for the keratin, stick straight. It only lasted for 16 days, my hair is as frizzy as the day I went to them, no refund no offer to redo it and also jacked the price to 300. I will never go back.Could never speak to the owner, Karen

New approach is one salon that l will never go near ever again. Bad hair cuts,color and attitude. charge to much for dye out of a tube. highlights arent supposed to be gold or red roots.
