Anytime that Zainab does my eyebrows, it’s always a five star experience. She is SO KIND and is very talented. I won’t let anyone else do my eyebrows or a full face thread besides her. She is also gentle and is very personable. I appreciate her service and I hope she stays employed there for years to come!

I’ve been coming here for years the lady that is always there wasn’t. The lady that was there was very ruff. Left me bruised and completely thinned out my eyebrows. She didn’t ask me how I wanted them. They were thick I didn’t even think to tell her that the way I keep them. She just thinned them out from the bottom and TOP! I was left very upset!

It was a fairly long wait to get my eyebrows done because there was only one employee on a Friday!However she did a very goof job and it cost $12.Pro tip: there are Groupons for this location that can cost as low as $6 for your eyebrow threading!

I love coming here. Farwa is so nice and my absolute favorite! My eyebrows have NEVER looked THIS GOOD thanks to her! She is professional, clean, and always does a fantastic job. 10/10 recommend!!

Disappointing their scheduling system set me up for an appointment on sunday. The employee called off work and no one showed up to work. I didnt get notified. They didnt even try to make it right. Terrible

I always come to this place to get my eyebrows done. Today there was a different lady in there and she was very rude. She was very rough when threading my eyebrows. I had to get on her about that. When she was finish she didn’t put the aloe on or let me see. Not satisfied and I love this place. I’ll wait for my girl to come back off vacation to get them done again she definitely will not be touch me.

They do good threading but arent able to get to their establishment on time. They open at 10am and 15 mins later Im still waiting for someone to come and open the location. When you make it a point to come as soon as they open its bc you have things to do.I ended up leaving after 20 mins of waiting!

I had to give Classic Threading salon 2 stars because the New lady they hired is very ruff and is not patient with you at all. She ask doesn’t give you anything to clean your self with.

I walked in and wasn’t acknowledged, no hello, no hey, I’ll be with you as soon as I can. This is the second time this location has left a bad taste in my mouth and I won’t be returning after this service.Learn to properly communicate to your guest that spend money in your establishment;It’s common courtesy and the very least you can do to make your customers feel valuable.

I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for years now, and I might have to say this is the best place and experience I’ve had! After reading the google reviews, I decided to try out this new place. I had been growing my brows out for about 7 months and they were uneven. I believe my appointment was with Zainab. I told her I’d like to try to even out the brows, and she did perfectly! Quick and painless. She did an amazing job! Will be returning.

Did my eyebrows today at classic eyebrow threading and I came out satisfied. I did not catch her name but she got me right away and was very nice and did exactly what I asked.

Farwa did an excellent job on my eyebrows today (8/10/2020)!!! She wipes down/sanitizes the chair after completing each persons eyebrows. Farwa was friendly, professional and patient as I explained how I wanted my eyebrows.

I ask her specifically to leave my eyebrows thick with a shape and long, she took like two lines out of my eyebrows and left them short, she did a horrible job , this is my 1st time just move from another state, never ever coming back to this place. I am very very angry at my look right now. When I got to my house they notice right away that my eyebrows were thinner, I hate them .

I have been going here for a couple of years and have always received excellent service. I mostly go just for eyebrow threading. They take their time to make sure brows get done properly. The place and staff are also very clean. Ive gone at different hours and there is not a lot of wait time.

I moved here from the midwest. Had a few bad experiences trying to find the right salon! Found it...Never a long wait. Very clean and Zena is absolutely the best!

I ordered this on Groupon for lashes. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE DURING THE TIME THE LASH PERSON IS THERE. I have been trying to get in touch with someone to schedule for three days and either the threading person picks up and the lash person is no longer there or the phone just rings. I am getting a refund via Groupon because this type of service in unacceptable. Looking through the reviews it seems like the threading person does a good job but it doesn’t seem like the lash person is very available and seems like everyone had a poor experience.

This place is wonderful. I switched from waxing to threading a few months ago and I was skeptical but it’s amazing! My brows look better than ever, it is quicker, less painful and doesn’t get red and bumpy! I always hated paying for my eyebrows to be waxed because it felt like a waste but this is so much different and I gladly pay!

Walked right in. Done in less than 15 mins. Lady working was so friendly. Cute place. Reasonable prices. So glad I found a local threading place. Thank you guys 😁

I have sensitive skin so my eyebrows stay red for a good while after getting them threaded but wow, my eyebrows look amazing! I think Im gonna make this my regular place. Zainab (I think was her name) is really nice too.

Wonderful threading experience, walked in and was helped immediately. She was kind and I didn’t feel rushed. I’d been growing my brows out for a while after a not so good last threading experience so I could get my shape back. I told her I just needed the shape cleaned up and some arch back, and she nailed it. New to the area so I’m really happy I found this place. I’ll be back!

Update: dropped to 1 star after getting my lashes done by another technician. My lashes look amazing now and the process for taking the mess off from the botched job I got at Classic Threading was a good 20 min and took off some of my natural lashes from overuse of glue. The new set from the new place I went was like night and day from the first awful job I got.I will give this location 2 stars only because my original set of lashes looked nice. The issue started with the product not being what I thought I bought on Groupon, but I went with it and the result of the cluster lashes still looked nice. Fast forward 2 weeks and I have been attempting to reach out to the owner for 5 days via the business phone with no answer and no voicemail option. I reached out via Google business today, got a generic “we are sorry and will call you” message. No call came for hours. So, I called another salon, who is going to fix the horrific mess my lashes are currently (they have started coming off and are just looking hideous). I Google business messaged back the Classic Threading Salon and asked them NOT to contact me. I’ll loose the other part of my Groupon and go elsewhere. This was not the best method to get repeat business.

I was looking for a threading place close to home so I wouldn’t have to travel up 19 or to Tampa. Found Classic Threading on google, made an appointment this morning with Zainab for a full face and she did an amazing job. This will be where I will continue to go from now on.

I used to drive all the way to International Mall to get my eyebrows done. I’m very particular about.. well everything.. so when I find someone who does something well I stick with them. But the drive to Tampa and disrespectful staff made me look elsewhere.Zena did a beautiful job on my brows. She is really talented and has an eye for following and preserving natural shape.

Its quiet and hard to find. The lady who did my eyebrows didnt do a good job, my eyebrows look strange. They go from thick to super thin to thick again. I told her at first I didnt want that but she said no I just brushed it because your hair grows down? Plus at time of leaving she never put a soothin aloe afterward. I had to ask her because my eyebrows burned.

Found this place on Groupon. Though the store looks a little run down, the girl who threaded and tinted my eyelashes was great! This was right before my wedding and thought Id try something new. Ill always get my poor, blonde eyebrows threaded and tinted now!

It’s a hit or miss every time I go. Sometimes someone will do a great job , sometimes just okay.Also, I think they changed their hours because I’ve gone there two Monday’s in a row and it was closed and sign still said open- very annoying.

Got my eyebrows done, went in with thick caterpillars and walked out with the WORST thin eyebrows!!! I told the lady there I want square arch and I didnt like them thin. I even showed her a picture!! I looked in the mirror and was horrified by what was left of of my eyebrows! Thin, straight and short!!! There was no square arch, more like no arch at ALL, she took WAY TOO MUCH from my inner hairs. Usually after an unsatisfied given shape anywhere I could salvage them with eyebrow makeup but there is NO saving these!! I literally drove home crying by how upset I was! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

My eyebrows were bad and she made it really on flick ..I have thick and dark . And she made it just amazing . I recommend you do yours there . Not painful at all. Perfecto!!😊😊.

DO NOT GO HERE! I got eyelash extensions and within 24 hours every single one fell off. I tried to call and get a refund, but the lady speaks almost no English so she had no idea what o was saying. The woman had no idea what she was doing. She kept dropping things and even tried to put an eyelash on my eye that she had dropped on the floor with glue all over it. She kept asking me how it looked and I kept having her redo it because there were spots missing or crooked. I purchased this on Groupon with one free fill within 6 weeks and I wont even use it because it would be a waste of time, money, and gas. I should have done my research before I went and now Im out 65$. Hopefully people will read my review before purchasing. I wrote to Groupon and even told them to please take this business of their website

I found this place off of Groupon. I purchased 3 Brazilian waxes for $65. I thought to myself, wow what a great deal considering one normally cost $50- $70 depending on where you go. After my experience, I understood why it was so cheap.Right after I purchased, I called to make an appointment. The lady didnt speak english very well. She told me to come in right then because nobody was there. It caught me off guard because I wasnt even ready to walk out the door, but okay. I quickly got ready and realized I didnt have cash to tip afterwards so I went to the bank and got there 45 minutes after I got off the phone with her.I walked in and she was threading another girls eyebrows. She told me to take a seat and shell be with me shortly. So I patiently waited for 15 minutes and then she was done. She said she was ready for me and as I got up to go into the room, another girl walked in the door wanting her eyebrows threaded. The lady told me she is going to service her first because mine will take longer. Okay?? Ive only been waiting now for 15-20 minutes. So another 15 minutes go by and now she is done and ready for me.We go in the back into a small room. As I was laying on the table, I asked her to close the door for privacy. She said she had to keep the door open so she can hear if people are coming in the front door. SO NOT COOL! The last thing I wanted was for random people walking around the corner to witness me completely exposed. She then used some sort of hard wax that she could hold and mold in her hands. She used the same wax the entire time and never switched it out. That to me is disgusting and not hygienic at all! She didnt even wear gloves for that matter!I regret spending the money for 3 waxes because I will NEVER be returning to this place again! Id rather pay full price at a PROFESSIONAL establishment where I know Ill have better service than this.

Zainab is very skilled. I will definitely be a regular customer. I have gone to three other eyebrow threading places in Pinellas County and have gotten butchered every time but Zainab actually listened to what I was asking her to do and she did it correctly. It was worth the 25-minute drive there from where I live and I look forward to going again.

I had my arms waxed here and the lady was very rough and didnt seem to be apologetic when she bruised my arm. They did not have any ice either and she didnt care at all.

We walk In and the ONE person working was standing in the back room on her phone...There was a client waiting in the chair, someone standing at the front desk waiting to speak to someone then me...after 5 mins the woman gets off the phone and finally comes up front. After mentioning that we had been waiting for some time she found it funny...she said I could stay and wait or come back another day, the issue was her lack of any ounce of customer service. I had a Groupon and she seemed annoyed with that...if you have a problem with Groupon please dont offer it...
