Staff was very accommodating and professional, visit was very quick in and out and facility was in great condition. Will gladly recommend and go again!

The staff are professional and Human in otherwords they’re not trained robots. They are people with personalities. I’ve noticed if I open myself up as a person people respond the same way. And the people who work here did just that. I love people who treat you as people. Thx Nova !

I would give 5 stars for the actual staff! Perfect, and very helpful staff. But...... here’s the downfall:They have an automated system that is worse than any telemarketing agency in the world!! Be prepared for nonstop, all day, every day robocalls, and text messages!!! They will call you nonstop from 5 different numbers, and there is no way to get them to stop. I have never dealt with a more ridiculous onslaught of robocalls in my life!!But once again.. the actual staff there in Laredo are awesome 👏
