No one ever answers. Can’t get past automated phone system. Mailbox is full. No live person is available to speak to on the phone. When you go through the telephone prompts the automated voice system tells you there is no one avail and hangs up.

Needed to do Labwork and I only needed to ask if I could go in the morning. I rather not miss work and get it done in the morning because I need to be fasting. Tried to get contact someone there... GOOD LUCK. Laredo office simply pathetic. Sorry Quest, you need to get your act together for your patients. And its not like you are busy. The few times I have been there, there is 1 or 2 people at the most.

Forget about setting up an appointment by phone.... just long prerecorded messages and after 10-15 minutes...they end up hanging up on you . Absolute worst serviceShould be zero stars

A lady with blonde short hair was completely and utterly awful, disappointed to say the least. My dad went in yesterday (Thursday) at 1, like the lady told him to gave him a glass of water and my dad by 1:50 had to urinate. “Monica” said he had to wait a complete hour... my dad tells her, “I really have to go now or I’m gonna have an accident” the lady says no yet again... (mind you there was absolutely nobody else in the waiting room) so my dad holding his bladder this whole time steps outside to use the restroom and she gave my dad a refusal which makes my dad look shady as heck. That goes on record. My dad has never had a problem before with any testing companies and playing with someone’s career is not to be taken lightly. She was discriminative.

You can never get anyone to speak to. I just have a yes or no question.😕

I have been having my blood work done every three months at Quest Diagnostics for the past year. Every time I go they see me quickly and I am in and out in 10 minutes. The phlebotomists are also very friendly and gentle.

They have a phone number to call but IMPOSSIBLE to reach got disqualified from a job cause yall didnt have CUPS and I could not to save any life reach anyone inside that building and when I reached Micheal in Houston he transferred me back to the number on google save time and go to labcorp

Went to this place for lab test no appointment have to make a phone call to schedule an appointment 5 minutes later had my test done. Very professional and respectfull​ staff.

It was my first time here. Very clean. Friendly staff. Didnt wait long, even though I was a walk in. Im glad I found this place.

Why dont you have a live person to speak to when you call

Ive called 14 times and no one picks up. My results never got sent to my primary so now Im just waiting for treatment.

Dont bother calling their phone, they never pick.
