So far so good -- my past few experiences have been positive w/ the staff & during lab draw. I have been when there is a long line /wait time & a short wait time. It is what it is.

Extremely slow and busy. Standing room only. Expect to spend sometime here, even for simple preemployment screening.

I’ve never written a review before but since this is medical, I feel that it’s important to share my experience! I went in for blood work and told the lab tech that i am very very very prone to fainting and to distract and talk to me, but he did not talk to me at all! When he was done, he told me that i was clear to leave, I walked down to my car with an overwhelming headache and passed out in my car as soon as i got in! I know tht i’m a fully functioning person but it would have been nice if i was observed or if the man cared at all when I went back to deliver a sample ! When i told him what happened, he just said “you looked fine when you left!” Which i’m sure he just didn’t think about it, i just wish i was observed and tht he cared about a “patient” i guess! lol Very much wish i went to LMC or Doctors…

Very professional and great atmosphere. I give all the workers a 10. Highly recommend Lab Corp.

They always close early and alter their own hoursPeople have things to do and value their own time. A corp like yours should at least update your hours of operation.

Awful customer service. Dont even try to call the lab for any kind of information, you will spend about 20 minutes waiting for a representative to end up not talking to anyone, and just with a disconnected call.I will take my business somewhere else.

Got here for drug screen at 12:10 and they are trying to tell me they dont want to do it cause they want to go to lunch and to come back in a hour. I called before hand to make sure cut off time was 12:30 not 12 lady lying to me. Then they left me waiting in lobby for 20 mins till they were going to lunch and threatened to call the police if I didnt leave so they could take their lunch break. They even had the nerve to tell me not to bring children with me cause they didnt want them in their lobby 😠😠😠

Never answer the phone and take too long to get you your results

All are very nice went in and came out in about 30 minutes

Fast service just avoid Fridays all the druggies are there Friday 😂😂😂😂

Horrible service at the desk. Couldnt be worse. People who draw your blood are great. Sad this is our only option in Laredo.

Fast and Great Customer service . I get poked 3-5 Times every-time at other places for blood work and at Lab Corp always just once.
