Really unprofessional. They girl at the front desk was on her personal phone while customers were in line waiting to sign in. She had a very bad mouth. Saying bad words and a customer laughed and said wow how low is this place, everyone just laughed at his comment. The person that did the test was very nice and friendly. They need to hire a respectful girl to be in the front with good costumer service quality.

Our company has been doing business with them for sometime now, but the last couple times they have been rude and unprofessional. They dont even acknowledge that you are there you have to tap on there window just to get them to stop chit chatting with each other and attend you. When I showed up I had one of our employees that had been sitting there for over an hour, I attempted to asked them what could be done to get him in and the girl started ranting. They had previously told my employee that they didnt work with our company in which, he responded this is the second time Im here. Bottom line dont use this service, they are a waste of time.

Went in for a drug test. I was out in about 10 minutes. Fast service. Friendly ladies.

Nuses are rude, waiting 2 hours for doctor to show up... I dont know what time hell get here, from 2-5pm sir. waited till 4:10pm, arrived a 2pm

The staff is very friendly, I have no complaints about it but my complaint and my anger is that it takes 3 hours and a half just to apply a Tb Test and to be told that I had to return in 2 days to read the result . It makes me very exaggerated so I always feel lazy to go for checkups or consultations.
