I called to apply for medical and food assistance and they were most helpful. You could complete the whole application process with this initial interview. I just have to wait for them to send me the paperwork that I need to send back in. It was a lot simpler than doing the face-to-face interview.

Fast service and the staff have always been nice

The customer service is awesome, quick and professional. They take care of you right at the window and dont make you wait 30 days to look over your case. Everyone I encountered was nice. The staff seem to really want to help you.

I visit here to use their free fax service and to make copies. They also offer free computer use, and job search help. If you are new to the idea of resumes they have trained personal and materials to make it easy to make one for your next job search. Service is always friendly in the resource room.

It would be really helpful if they got back to you promptly instead of you having to call them time and time again and give you exactly what you need to succeed and to keep your benefits instead of just stopping them with no warning some people have no one no help or anything like me Im severely disabled I cant work and the little bit of help that they give me is not enough I dont even have enough money to pay all of my bills I have taken all of my information and and wires got crossed and they cut my benefits off Ive been trying to get them back now for 3 months and I cant get anyone to return my calls

The receptionist on the 1st floor is the nicest woman youll meet in Fairfield county.

If you have child support court they make you come in the back way the door facing the big parking lot, make sure you wear a mask, they will ask you your name and why you are there, then you gotta stand and wait for someone to come down to talk to you,more or less you will be rescheduled, they will not let you up on any floors, again, they will make you wait by the back door...just thought I would let everyone know..dont forget your mask!

Most generally the woman at the front door entrance one the first floor is fairly decent. I entered my information in the system for paperwork she was short and abrupt. Handed me the two sheets pages 1 of 2. I asked her politely to staple them together, she rudely declined. When I asked whom I can speak with about a certain situation she looked at the man behind me and said what can I help you with? Asked me to step aside As if she was finished with me. Ive worked in public relations for many years and can honestly say that Ive never treated anyone with any less respect than I expected in return. She was rude and unprofessional.

I have put in writing information that they should know already and they continuously send me letters to the contrary, About weekly. Its very frustrating to write the same letter every week saying the same thing over and over again.

Not the first jfs I have dealt with but is definitely the best . Quick and efficient also respectful and pleasant . The best .

Awesome government facilities. Work net room is free too all job seekers. Additionally they have three to five staff members to assist with job and education improvements.

I honestly havent, ever, spoken to a rider individual than the woman I spoke to just today! Not only was her false attempt at condescension insulting, her superior attitude was unconvincing when she couldnt come up with excuses fast enough.Something as simple as a miscommunication had me ready to jump through the phone because she made getting any helpful information out of her an ordeal.Never had a problem like this there or anywhere, but I hesitate to utilize the system again.

Excellent service when you appear in person but it’s hit or miss when calling on the phone. Document processing is painfully slow but they will expedite if your need is immediate.

I love the people here, the workers are more than happy to assist you any way possible. I couldnt ask for more respectable and helpful atmosphere. And its a very clean place. They are open from 8am to 4 pm monday thru friday

Ive never had any problems aside from one slightly unprofessional elderly woman at the front desk. When I get her name I will come back and update - I asked her what floor something was on and she got very condescending and rude. Told me I needed to go to my last countys job and family building, so we left - drove into Columbus, waited for an hour and some for Franklin county to tell us everything gets switched over automatically when you do an official address change.It was upsetting - But since, I just read the posts by the elevator and if I have any questions I ask the next floor up.

Very horrible place all employees are non trained i was givin a housing voucher for me a pregnant fiance thats due in 3 months they gave us high hopes to get a place with this voucher considering we have been homeless for 8 months now living in a car struggling to get by and they fail to tell us the requirments to be elligable for the voucher until we met our landlord signed a lease was ready to finally have a home within the week. They failed to tell us we had to be in the process of being evicted or have been living in a dirty homeless shelter. SO THANKS ALOT JFS FOR YOUR FALSE HOPES AND UNEDUCATED EMPLOYEES YEA HELP THE PEOPLE THAT CLEARLY WILL GET EVICTED AGAIN BUT NOT THE PEOPLE TRYING THEIR HARDEST TO START A FAMILY IN A HOME

They lady in the lobby is such a lie...i went in to ask what all I needed to turn in and she told me then I went back in a few days later and ask the same lady if there was anything else I needed turned in and she said she couldnt tell me so I told her she told me a few days ago and she pretty much called me a liar lol
