I am very appreciative of Dr. Shah and his services. He has been the only Dr in the AV who has been willing to do surgery for my husband who is a chronic patient as it is. He is a very direct Dr., cuts all the bs aside and really just says how it is. Although sometimes when you speak to him you think he’s not listening, he actually is. Thank You Dr. Shah.

I had my first appointment with this doctor today. I walked out still asking questions. He said see you in three weeks. Yeah I made the appointment but I will not be going back. I felt like he didn’t want to really answer anymore of my questions or concerns. If he cannot make me feel comfortable by answering all my questions then guess what I have a choice to see a doctor that I feel comfortable working with when it comes to my care. I wouldn’t let this doctor do surgery on me.

Dr. Shah is wonderful. He was able to show me what was wrong with my knees and how to avoid surgery. How to exercise so I could not do surgery. However. If I needed to I had options. He took the time to explain all my questions and showed me all the parts of my knee that have failed. We went with shots and will eventually go with surgery. He just did my moms surgery. Full knee replacement. She is doing wonderful. Quick recovery. No reactions and barely any pain. He is amazing. I recommend him to you. He is going to do my carpal tunnel surgery soon. I trust him. He will do a great job.

The office and exam rooms were absolutely filthy and had a horrible smell. It took an hour and 15 minutes after my moms appointment to be called back and another 20 to be seen. While waiting the receptionist asked a patient in the waiting room who had 5 children in her care to translate for another patient and told her daughter to chill out when she cried because her mom was gone. When the doctor finally came in he acknowledged multiple tears in my moms miniscis yet expected her to climb a step stool in order to reach a flat exam table. When I suggested he examine her in the available chair she was already sitting in his response was literally, if she walked in here why are you worried about a few steps? Its easier to examine her over here. He was condescending and unconcerned with her discomfort. He did ask his assistant to take her to the car in a wheelchair, but his assistant walked us to the door and said, take her and make sure you bring the chair right back. then promptly disappeared, only to be called back a few minutes later to insure the chairs return. The same receptionist mentioned earlier ran outside only to inform us that we needed to come back inside, sans wheelchair, to get the paperwork we left, I guess she couldnt be bothered to bring it with her on her 2 minute journey down the hallway. They also didnt seem to care enough to keep her medical records and surgery instructions concealed since they were found on the counter top in the lobby area of the office. This was literally the worst doctors office I have ever been to and will never go back.

Staff Nice and cold. Money hungry office. Felt no love and little attention to details. They need God. Felt like my injuries were over looked.

I went to this doctor for knee problems. He discovered that I had a torn meniscus. Therefore I cancelled my cruise plans. I needed the doctor to fill out my refund paperwork for the cruise and he WOULD NOT since I had not made up my mind to have surgery. What kind of practice is this?? Unless you have surgery he WILL NOT complete your paerwork.?? His office help said, he will not complete your paperwork unless you have the surgery. I cancelled my upcoming appointment and ask for my records.Good luck with this doctor, but I wouldnt trust him.

Awesome..the doctor knows his stuff..straight forward get it done..we liked him..after surgery the stitching was brutal..could have spent a few more minutes..follow up..they did not remove all the stiches..thats it..my wifes wrist is fixed and we are thankful for that.

If you dont absolutely have to see this Dr. DONT. The office stinks. They charge you for everything they can think of and have horribly RUDE staff members.

If I could get an appointment, maybe I would be able to say what kind of care they provide. However, I have been trying to call for three days to make my husband an appointment, only to be cut off each time because they cant find his referral. I have given them the authorization number, but we are going on day three trying to get an appointment and being told they will call me back every time. I think my husband will have someone else put on the referral if I dont get a call back today. Why waste my time?

Dr Shah took time to explain to me. His office was very well run. Everyone helpful and friendly.

Its on the first floor, the staff and Doctors are very professional

This is the worse doctor.. his office is dirty outdated.. He informed me I need surgery on my ankle which he performed and my ankle is worse than it was before i had the surgery.. horrible

Doctor is very good took his time explaining how to go about fixing my injury. Staff is also very nice made sure everything was in order for me.

THIS DR. HAS DONE 2 KNEE REPLACEMENTS ON ME THE FIRST KNEE FOUND OUT WAS TO BIG THEN PUT ME BACK TO SLEEP TO GET A REVISION TO STRAIGHTEN MY KNEE DIDNT WORK THEN HAD TO DO ANOTHER KNEE REPLACEMENT WHICH IS ALL BAD STILL CANT WALK BEND OR STRAIGHTEN MY RIGHT KNEE I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN MALPRACTICE IS WHAT HE FINNA GET FROM ME STILL IN PAIN AND ITS BEEN ALMOST 2 YEARS AND THEN FOUND OUT HE WAS SUSSPOSE TO TAKE THE HARDWARE OUT OF MY THIGH BONE FROM A PREVOUS SURGERY WHEN I BROKE MY FEMER BONE BEFORE HE DID ANY KNEE REPLACEMENT

The girl at the front (Isabel) has the worse attitude, some people are not meant to work in the medical field. Blank stare, seems as if she hates the life she has, felt pretty sad for her. Called once and the girl hung up on me, returned the call and answered with attitude. No customer service or any care for their patients. Maybe they should also get paid to at least smile and be caring for patients.

For me the office us dirty somtime but dealing with doctor and they are good they care .They go over and beyond care.I appreciate them they take of my problem. They suggest other ways to take if my problems.I will go back to him again my him us band also

This place was a big mistake i had carpal tunnel surgery on May 7th and worst part is that my dog had a better and more professional surgery done on her for a dog attack she went thru. The doctor is very very! sloppy very insensitive and unprofessional i was never given any instructions on my recovery only said make an appointment in 2 weeks . Took my stitches out and the insision it self hurts more than my muscles 2 stitches crumbled up done on me, now my skin is not letting me move my hand the proper way .Im soo frustrated!

I arrived early for my 4pm appointment and signed in. I was taken back at about 4:10, and was done at 4:35. The people seem before me had more pressing problems than a small cyst.I have waited more than an hour to be seen, but I always presume that theres some reason theyre running behind. I havent experienced any rudeness toward the patients.

This place is joke not only is this place dirty they office mgt is rude and the Dr is ruder I’ve been told he’s had more malpractice suits than most which is probably why he can’t afford to spruce the place up? I tried asking the patients in the waiting room for their experience I didn’t anything positive from anyone there. Scary

Walk in and right away was disrespected by the old senior lady with white hair! Probably thought I had no insurance because she asked right away what insurance I had. Not only that but she wanted me to sit and wait for 2 hours for the doctor to come mind you its 8:30am and hes not coming in until 10:30am. I would give no stars if I could.

Very rude unprofessional office staff.I asked a question concerning my husbands situation and the young Hispanic female behind the desk response to me was I have no idea I just work here..Well yeah that was a given so I thought..she was unprofessional and very rude..Exam rooms were not clean and I hope we dont haft to ever come back here.
