Every staff member that I had the pleasure of speaking with was extremely friendly, patient, efficient and so very helpful!! I had to reschedule my appointment not once but, twice and each time, they were very caring and accommodating. Thank you, for making this past visit such a wonderful experience!!

Dentist is a complete jerk. A while back he saw my daughter and told her to stop being a baby when she was crying because he was pulling her tooth and she wasnt completely numb. I decided to let it slide and now hes refusing to see me because he found out Im still going to my orthodontist for Invisalign that I paid for cash. He said if I wanted to see them also I should call and switch providers even though my insurance wont cover that and said he wont see me or finish providing the services I was there for after waiting 45 minutes. Rudest Ive ever been treated at any dental or medical practice.

The office is well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and caring. The Dr.s are prepared and show attention any concerns I might have. The entire experience is professional and personal.

When I first came to him my teeth were a mess and my gums bled a lot.and I had cavities with silver fillings.. ... now I have the most beautiful smile and with my gum treatments and visits every 3 months and he changed my silver filings to white.. I have no more problems ... now I have great dental visits every 6 months.. ,I have beautiful white teeth, no more cavities and beautiful healthy gums... I have been visiting Lancaster Dental Care Associates for the past ten years. Dr. Saidara and his staff are truly incredible, each visit. It is well worth the drive from Los Angeles. The staff and Dr. are puntucal, and I never wait. Dr. Saidara always gives me a detailed explanation of the treatments and options I have. They are always flexible on payments and never make me feel overwhelmed. I am thankful to have found a great dentist like Dr. Saidara!

Ive been to multiple dental offices and this is the only one Ive been to that does not tell the patient what he or she has to pay after treatment is provided. Usually most insured people have a co-pay and the balance owed by patient is sent later in a bill.At no point before the procedure was I told I would have to pay $300 immediately after the treatment, Had I known I would of declined services. After the treatment telling them I was not going to pay in full it felt as if i was having another tooth pulled. The dentist himself was ok not the best. His clerical staff need major help in communication with their patients. Now I am receiving text messages demanding I confirm my appointment or they will charge me more money! These clowns are pathetic. DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE!

My experience with Lancaster dental Care has always been wonderful. The doctors and the staff are very professional and caring to your every need to the best of their ability I want to say thank you movie theaters in and that I will highly recommend the services that you provide .

Every time I came in you tried to upsell me something in a way that left me worried that I really needed the service. The dentist hardly talked to me and the actual exam was so brief. I understand I need the mouthguard, but does it have to be $650 when I just told you I have a newborn and less income. Yesterday was the worst. You did not discuss skipping the xray due to pregnancy, you just said no. Then after you looked at my teeth you went to the computer (without taking off your gloves), came back to me and said I would benefit from the irrigation because I dont come in often enough. I said look again because I do come every 6 months. Then I didnt even get a proper cleaning, just a polish with a little scraping.

Took advantage of an SSI medical patient by giving an extra clean and charging $80 after it was over. They aren’t ethical in treating people with disabilities!

I had two permanent crowns put on one day and while traveling one of those permanent crowns came out. I called the office and they told me to get temporary dental cement and put it back in myself. Then the receptionist put me on hold and another lady came on the line and she pretty much told me the same. I told them I was out of town and couldn’t go back in and they told me to find another dentist and have them put it in and bill my insurance company. I told them I have a problem with that because if they had done what they were supposed to do in the first place I would not have to be seeking out another dentist to put the crown back yet. I was very upset and as a result I am going to find another dentist. Enough is enough!

My visit to Lancaster Dental was due to the friendly and professional greeting by Arthur.I was promptly examined and was shown several coast options for my required dental work.I selected my plan and to my surprise the staff prepared me for cleaning gums treatment, prep for a crown and tooth extraction all in the same day.Dr. Farid Farahnik professionally did the work painlessly and finished and out the door at 2pm as promised.I am very pleased with their services and will recommend them to fiends. Great job!

DONT USE THIS DENTIST EVER!!!!They dont listen, give wrong information, dont know their own schedules, and lie continuously.My mom went in to have a stint put in her mouth for a new tooth. She repeatedly told the dentist she is allergic to titanium. Which we found out in surgerys before. She then asked the dentist if their were any other kinds of stints and he said no. She then asked if this didnt work if someone would be in on Monday to take the stint out. He assured her someone would be. On Monday December 2 my mom goes in to get the stint taken out, because just as she had informed the dentist that she is allergic to titanium and her body rejects it, the stint is causing her tremendous pain and making her face swell.She went to the dentist only to be told NO one was there that could take it out, and that she could have had a porcelain stint put in.She wasnt informed about the porcelain before, and she was lied to about someone being there to take it out if she had any problems. The dentist on duty said that someone would be in on tuesday (yesterday) that would be able to take it out. Both of my parents go in, just to have the dentist who owns the business say i cant take that out you need the surgeon to do that and he wont be here til monday(December 11th) or my mom could drive down to palm springs to his office to have it done.My mom is in so much pain. The people in the office just treated my mom like an old grumpy woman. They didnt care about how much pain she was in or what ahe had to say. So please dont use this dentist if you have any sort of allergies or medical problems with any equipment they use. They wont listen and their staff doent care.

I would not recommend getting your braces here. They are money hungry. Charging month to month payments without treatment. Stating they have no available appointments because they only have one ortho Doc. available twice a month. Even with an appointment we have spent all day here from 11am to 5pm. The lack of assistants has made the doctor pull a regular dental assistant to execute work she has never done before.... unproffesional.

Id give this pace zero stars if possible. Check with your insurance company before spending a dime. Literally tried to charge my wofe 1700 for things that were covered by her insurance! Its a good thing she called her insurance and checked what she was covered for before spending a dime there. I recommend you take your business else where. Staff is incredibly rude as well and not helpful. Please people dont just believe what they tell you, do your research.

I agree with the others. Yes, they are money hungry. However, thats where the world is today. As far as my visit. The doctor barely spoke two words to me. He said hi and mumbled. Nothing more. Not even to let me know how my teeth were and/or the condition. He left the room with an attitude that wasnt necessary at all. Tried to charge me for a root canal at another office. I did not sign, i knew the requested proceeder was not covered by my insurance and i would have to pay out of pocket $1200. They tried to have me sign even when i refused to see this other office for a root canal. Oh also. Pulling for no reason will be covered jan 2018. Told by my insurance company. Nice!

I went to get a crown, the doctor gave me a disgusting attitude, after giving a 300$ deposit I wanted a refund, the receptionist said the accountant shows up every end of the month. Ive been back and forth waiting for a refund since October 2017, it is now February 2018.

Very Unfriendly, and money hungry. Refused to write an antibiotic prescription for a infection.
