The frame of my glasses broke on the side of the bridge. I called around town to see who could help me. I heard I can’t repeatedly. I called here. Their response was “come in and we will see what they could do. He offered to see if he had a pair of glasses he could pop my lenses in, which he did. Emergency averted. This is what old school customer service looks like. This is what all customer service should look like instead of “I can’t”. Thank you so much. I appreciate your customer service and can do attitude!

I have a pair of frames that came apart. I have had them for 5 years and love them. They are so light weight on my face. Bought them through Wal-Mart Vision center. Took them there and was told they couldnt be fixed, that the weld had let go. I would have to buy all new frames and lens because my style was discontinued. Found Joos. An older gentleman named, Carl fixed them and wouldnt even charge me for his work. Wonderful people.

I needed eyeglass repair and they took me in immediately. He repaired the nose pads where only one was broken off, and only charged me $5.00. Needless to say I was more than thrilled! I would give them 10 stars if I could! Outstanding! Highly recommended!!
