No one ever calls you back, appointment was so quick and not like anything I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been trying to call to order contacts for three weeks and get no response.

I started going here a couple years ago because it was close to home and for insurance purposes. I should have changed doctors after the first year... First appointment, staff was not great and welcoming. A week after I got my glasses I called the office to tell them there was a problem with my glasses, lady told me someone would call me back. No one ever called me back. I brushed it off, as they were too busy... Next appointment, staff still not friendly. Everything went ok that time... This year, after getting my glasses, I have tried to call the office several times and left messages that my prescription in my glasses were not correct. I may as well not be wearing any glasses at all. It has been a month, still no returned phone call. I wish there was something more I can do about this place besides write a review and call BBB. I consider this to be stealing.

My husband and I both had a good experience, did not wait long, had a thorough eye exam. We found glasses we liked and ordered them. The MA was a big help in picking our glasses and we had wonderful service from her. But after 20 days we did not hear anything about our glasses. We finally got a hold of someone and my husbands are in but mine are not, they are on back order. It would be nice to get a call telling us that. My husband has to wait another week to get his glasses because he could not pick them up in the 2 hour time frame they gave him and staff will not be in next week because they got picked for jury duty. Dont they have someone else to cover for them?????Now one week later I get a call they have my glasses so I go there and guess what no glasses they had to send them back. So 4 weeks later no glasses can not go else where because the manager is not in to get a refund for our insurance.I would have a huge article if I put everything in here that did not go well. I would have never said anything about the office , but I will now. It needs updated and cleaned. I should have gone with my instincts when I walked into the office but I try not to judge a book by its cover!Very disorganized office WILL NOT be returning or recommending!

Ive only been going here a short time but I have found them very helpful. Im enjoying going here.

I guess everyones experience differ...But some of these reviews I find kind of hard to believe only based on my experience...I never had to wait more that 20 min for my name to be called...I find the staff here very friendly and most definitely easy to talk to...I had 6 kids and myself going to this eye doctors for many , many years never a problem...

I like them because they gav me glassdes that were awsome and they fit my eyes and face really well i didnt like the eye drops the doctor did because with AFIB he could have dont lesser in stead of alot they were in my eyes hadthem dialatedfor 8 hours and the heart group say he can use lesser not so much enxt time other then he isa good eye doctor

Called in for a Visualfield test, came in and waited over 45 mins to being seeing. After called back they tried to do an eye exam, when I explained to them what I was in for they told me that I needed to reschedule. MA had the worst attitude ever, she acted like it was too much work for her to preform, plus asking me private questions in a room full of people. Worst experience ever.
