Been a member a lomg time...even worked in eyewear for 10 years. Today we went to have the lenses replaced in two pairs of sunglasses . Have done it here before and the frames were perfect. The lady behind the counter said our lab wont do those frames they are really picky funny thing is weve brought frames before that were the same brand and more curved and they did them just fine. There was no valid reason to turn oir business away. Were off to youre competition to see if they will take care of us right now.

Staff are great, the only problem that I see here is a long line. Why they do not use the number so customer can still go around inside costco to buy then come back later.? Costco vision center, you need to organize for your customer. Do not let the people waiting in line.

Went with my husband to get glasses. I don’t know if this is due to the quarantine but the opticians did not help with anything. We waited in line for an hour. Once it was our turn, we provided our prescription and were not offered much information. The girl stood there irritated, could tell she didn’t want to be there. Felt like they just wanted to get us out. Didn’t help us with selecting a pair of glasses nor with any questions. She gave a price but I wasn’t sure what we were paying as in what type of lens or what was included with the price.

Very disappointed in the service and my eyeglasses.

In the past I used Costco’s optometry without any problems. They were busy, didn’t have the best selection of glasses, but the optometrist seemed to get my prescriptions correct and the prices were great! The last couple of years, not so good. Both my husband and I had to go back multiple times to get our prescriptions and eye lenses corrected. Although we were taken care of each time in a very professional manner, who wants to spend over 2 months going back and forth to get their prescription corrected again and again. The frames available for women’s prescription sunglasses are also extremely limited and cheaply made. Wore mine for less than 4 months and the sides are already loosened to the point they easily slip off my head. I was told there was nothing they could do to tighten them. What happened Costco? 😔

The staff is great! If you want to avoid the wait go later in the evening or first thing in the morning. The private MD that gave me my prescription gave me the wrong one twice! Costco has been very helpful throughout the entire process.
