, I had an appt at Albright Opticians opticians on Monday. I didn’t get a confirmation call and I missed the appt. I called as soon as I realized I missed the appt. I was told it would be a $50 missed appt fee before I can reschedule. (The staff member who confirms the appts was on vacation so that’s what I didn’t get a call). My husband also has an appt scheduled. As a new pt to the office with no established continuance of care or loyalty I will absolutely not pay a $50 fee and I have since also cx’d my husbands appt. The above business model makes no sense to me. They have lost 2 pts.

Great Optician. Great looking shopping area and waiting are, newly renovated. Would like a better selection of Mens frames.

I love the personal attention and customer service Ive received from Albright Opticians. And even though my insurance only covered an inexpensive pair (so Albright probably did not make much money off of me) they always provide courtesy adjustments if the frames become loose.

Helpful, thoughtful service. They were sensitive to my time and also gave me a great price. I bought contacts and glasses from Albright and they gave me a huge discount on glasses because I ordered contacts through them. As long as I live within a half an hour of Albright I wont go anywhere else.

Two years ago they treated me really well and ended up asking me to pay 60 dollars for a safety glasses frame which they claimed not covered by my employer. I should have asked my employer to pay for it because that was the only glasses frame fits me. I believe today it may have very well been that they should not charge me anyway.Early last month I went there to have my the lenses of the safety glasses to be replaced. Because that was covered by my employer, they treated me really bad. I had to go there four times to get it done eventually. When I was there on last Tuesday, the person who adjusted my glasses to fit me never came out and the communication between me the that person was relayed by the receptionist. I ended up adjust the glasses myself.

Worst glasses spot in Lancaster. The Staff is rude, condescending, belitting, and demeaning. Never would go here again
