Arrived at 2pm to see our family member and the young lady with the nose ring was a snotty ……… I’ll let you fill in the blanksBut what happened to greeting someone, checking temps, and handing out masks???? First time I’ve seen her at the front desk and hopefully it’s the last ✅. Leave your personal issues at home and be professional at your place of employment——-Janitor— Empty the trash outside for goodness sake. It’s been FULL FOR DAYS

One of the worst nursing homes in Lancast county. Staff is rude, disrespectful and lack compassion. I have see first hand being . on video with my mom that they put call bell out of reach. And turn call bell off at nursing station. Completely ignoring the resident. My would haven mom was given wrong medicine a few times. Would have been more if my mom didnt notice it. I believe ever staff aCity line should b2 retaught or possibly even fired. No matter who we contacted about ANY of the issues did not help or even look into the complaint.

To be perfectly honest the administrator has his work cut out much more to come.

Very little respect for the residents personal belongings. They have a hard time of keeping track of their personal things.

If you love someone keep them far away from this place

Staff is excellent always kind, always smiling, always helpful whenever you need them and the staff always goes out there way to ask if I need anything. Staff are a lot kinder then how I thought it would be. This is my home and I am happy to be taken care of 24/7 thank you Rose City Staff

The Nursing staff here at Rose City are very caring and loving to myself and other residents. Therapy is amazing as well.There are some pros and cons, but no place is perfect. Thank you

My wife was here for almost 7 months.. They took great care of her and treated her with respect . I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for all you did for her ..

My mother was put in this facility for short term rehab. While she was in physical and occupational therapy, they told me she was able to pivot and ambulate 15 to 25 feet. That was a lie. She did not sleep in a bed for years. She liked to sleep in her reclining medical lift chair. The nursing home refused her to use that and be comfortable. I feel that she would have benefited from the use of this rather than a bed and would still be withe her family today. They neglected her and left her in her bed all day. She became incontinent because they never would answer her call bell or put her on a scheduled bathroom plan. Many times when I would go in to visit her she would complain about them not taking her to the bathroom when needing to go. They would call me and tell me things about her and then they would call me and say it was about her roommate. Dont know how they could confuse the residents because they have a picture on their chart. Basically they did not care for her in the proper way. She was there almost a year. My siblings and other family members took her out and put her in another nursing facility, unfortunately it was to late. Her health really declined to where she became bed ridden, not able to walk, and barely feed herself anymore. This place use to be called Golden Living Center. My family now calls it Golden Killing. If you have to put a loved one in a nursing home, please do not choose this one.

I brought my sister here because it was the only place that had a room for her that her insurance would accept, for her rehabilitation after a severe accident. When we got off the elevator on her floor the stench of urine was debilitating. No one should have to live in such a disgusting environment let alone work there.

Rose city is the Best place to work!!! also the staff cares so much for their residents they treat everyone like family.

My Mother was in this nasty place and I will never do that to her again .It was dirty it stank floors dirty.Room dirty.Rude roommate .
