My dad was cared for over a month after his surgery. The staff did a fantastic job with him and were so attentive to his needs. Great place !

The facility is top notch. The staff was very knowledgeable and gave excellent care to my aunt. Were they sometimes realky busy? Yes. Butthey told us they would be back in 20 minutes and they were. Highly recommended.

I recently had a lumbar fusion, and chose Lanfair for my rehab. I must give the physical therapy department a big 10 for their skill, knowledge, and courtesy to me. They treated me the way they would want to be treated. My therapists Todd and Laura were outstanding! However, this is where the good words stop, and the bad part of Lanfair must be revealed. As I said, I had a major back operation, and was experiencing a great deal of pain. Once when I pushed my call light to ask for something for pain, it was nearly an hour before I seen the aide, who I had to inform I was hurting. She said she would tell the nurse. It was another 25 minutes before I seen the nurse. Over an hour! This is unacceptable! I had also sweat up a storm one night, soaking my sheets. I asked for clean sheets. It wasnt done. The food is lousy. Its not seasoned, and I refused to eat. A few times, I called out for something from Pizza Crossing, just so I could have something to eat. I had decided I had had enough, and requested to be discharged. I was discharged, but needed help with an issue when I was discharged. I called and left a message, but my message went unanswered. I could go on and on, but you get the jest of things. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Beautiful facility full of some of the best nursing staff around! Friendly and always greated with a smile!

The caring people working at this rehab facility are what make this place special. This is where I would want to do recovery if need be in my future. Cant recommend highly enough

Amazing people and an excellent place for rehab after my knee replacement. Would never want to go any place else for rehab.

My mother was transferred from FMC to Lanfair for rehabilitation. The facility is beautiful, but the staff is mediocre at best. She was no better after several weeks there and discharged. She ended up passing away months later before her bill was paid. My brother is POA which Lanfair knows, but theyve sued me for her bill. When I requested a copy of the social workers progress notes which stated my brother told them to speak to me about her discharge, Tamika, who identifies herself as the Medical Records Director, refuses because Im not the POA. If you can, send your loved ones anywhere else. This place should be fined for malicious business practices.

Beautiful facility but I feel as if they are understaffed.
