This place is none compassionate whenever call always excuse, relative wasn’t acknowledge birthday greeting. She doesn’t have a landline phone in her room.which to receive calls.She sleeps 24/7 never ever a time which to call talk to my relative will be contacting director Monday 10-18-2021

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facility was clean and welcoming. Very positive visit.

Going off of a recommendation and looking for a facility for my mother and was very disappointed with the customer service we received from the admissions department. We left several messages and was never called back and finally I made contact today by calling back again and was informed that no beds were available which could have been told to us on April 22, 2021. A return phone call to communicate that information would only have taken 5 minutes. Poor customer service.

The staff at Millbrook was professional, friendly, and very helpful during my visit to see my love one.

Good day to anyone that may read this review. I have 2 reviews I am going to post due to I have had 2 different wonderful encounters and I wanted to do 2 specifically because it may help someone who was searching for resprise or long-term care. My first encounter was for resprise care. Everyone from the time I walked in the door until my mom left after her 30 day resprise stay they cared for my mother as if she was a permanent resident. Anytime I had an concern or question, my situation was answered promptlyThey allow the family to communicate by emails , calls or text which is unheard. The facility doesnt smell its cleaned and the upkeep overall is excellent and the staff are friendly and treat the resident good. In conclusion my 30 day resprise care allowed me to make a decision I dreaded to do but was needed and I ended up putting my mom permanently here and I am very pleased with the services and care my mom has received.

My mom was only at the facility for 5 days and passed away. I’m still in shock. No one told me what happened to her. I called and no one was available to come to the phone. I was told someone would contact me. But no one ever did. I called them and I received information that was estimated information. It was precise information. So I have no idea what really happened to my mom.

We moved from a facility in Houston, Texas in order to be closer to family. I have been very pleased with most aspects of my husbands care since he arrived. He has the perfect roommate, caring nurses and aids. Any issue I complained about was promptly attended to by the Administration and staff! It is a family atmosphere whenever I visit. The wound care professional is someone to which I would give the highest praises for her expertise!

NOT a good facility!!!! Dont communicate well with the family unless youre asking questions all the time and they get annoyed when you question them. Not very secure, people walk in and out off the street and arent question. My only regret is that my loved one wasnt moved out sooner! The rating on the website that are 5 star are mainly the employess that work there.....what does that tell you.....

I have a loved one that stays in the facility and its an amazing place to be. There is always activities and events to keep the residents happy and active. The staff is very helpful and always willing to listen

Staff is rude. At least the nursing staff. I know they mainly deal with the who cannot speak up for themselves.

I truly enjoy working with the team at Millbrook. The residents are always doing something fun. Going to the aquarium, the seniors games, and now about to participate in the Alzheimer’s walk.

I been here for 9years and I have always look forward in watching this facility improve every year. It’s a great place to work and have elder grow and improve their wealth being.

Millbrook staff treats their residents like family. They take great care of them an make sure they have what they need. They do plenty of activities such as bingo, manicure mondays, card games ect. I would recommend Millbrook to anyone.

My mother is a resident@ Millbrook and we all love it here. She loves her nurse Mrs.Regina and all of the CNAs that work with her. Very nice facility.

Everybody was working. Rooms were clean. Love the bingo lady. The people I came in contact with was polite. Residents was friendly and talkative.

Unless you have someone to stay with your love one 24-7, I would not recommend this place!

A great and clean place to work the staff is so nice and professional!!!!

This place is horrible. Do not place your loved one in that place. Flies in the room, food terrible, they allow you to sit in soiled pull ups for extended amount of time. They wake you and get you out of bed at 4 am everyday. They steal your personal belongings. The staff act like they dont care about the residents. It takes them a long time to respond to call lights. No activities for the residents to do. They dont monitor a resident when they are outside unattended by themselves.

This facility provides awesome care! Caring staff!

They are not sensitive to my mothers needs! I did not put her there and she now has pneumonia!

I toured this building and the staff was very interactive and provided me with all the information that I needed.

Not a single nurse in area for patients. Passed her room, say she had stroke had rung bell hours ago. Layi g in urine for hours. Male nurse just sitti g at desk. Female been here 15 hours or more, also sitting. Please tell me whats up with that.

This place is terrible patients sit around traumatized, they stole my Moms wedding band, made no effort to find it, looked at me as if I was lying. No interest in patients welfare.
