Ms. Felisha is one of a kind. She is very professional and helpful to anyone she comes in contact with! I love her personality. Keep up the good work and trust me it do not goes unnoticed..

Visiting this place has always been such a pleasant experience. The location is always very clean and they take great care of all the people in their care. The employees are very nice and personal and we especially had a great experience with Felisha! Highly recommend this place.

I have been working with the employees at this facility and they are truly awesome!!! They are in tune with their residents and go far and beyond to keep them happy, and healthy… I absolutely enjoy the staff and the residents.

West ridge rehab is such a great place. Their staff takes pride in everything that they do. Making those who are present feel at home away from home is what I see that they strive & take pride in. One great employee I want to commend is Felisha , she never fails to go above & beyond, & I appreciate her for everything she does.

Absolutely love this facility! I was very apprehensive about leaving my love one here at this facility, but when we received our tour and the personal care that my family member gets; well its just amazing!! I love the way they tend to all the residents of the center as if they are their own relative! Our Social Worker, Ms. Felisha, is very informative and knowledgeable and has a very big and generous Christian heart, which is extremely important to us. This young lady took time out of her schedule and really took the time to make us all feel confrontable with this decision! So glad that we chose this Center, which makes it easier for me to sleep knowing that she will be ok!

Ms. Walton the social worker, was very professional and made my visit very welcoming and pleasant. She is a model employee and always does a great job consistently every time I come in. Thank you for your hard work Ms Walton!!!!

My experience here with my granny has been amazing. Ms. Walton my grannys social worker is like family and treats her like she was hers, with love and compassion.

My friends room was very dirty when I arrived. Floor was very dirty ( paper and such all over the floor) and needed to be swept. Diaper had not been changed in QUITE awhile anyone could tell. Bed had no covers or pillow. This place really needs to be inspected by the proper authorities.

The Food is Outstanding, makes you feel like you at home. I know cause I been cooking here for 3years!!! Now I will keep it going as long as Westridge nursing home and Rehabilitation keep me here serving my Westridge Family. 💓

This place has come a long way Iam very proud to say ASHLEY ( CNA ) has taken great care of my uncle . She does everybody hair and keep them well groomed and keep them laughing . The nurses are awesome and the social worker ( FALICIA ) is very helpful

I absolutely love this place! Its totally awesome. There are lots of friendly staff and other residents. The atmosphere is so peaceful. They have state of the art equipment for therapy as well as onsite therapist so whether you need physical or occupational or even speech its available. The dining is exquisite and changes daily, the alternate menu offered with meet anyones cravings. So if your looking for an addition to your family to take care of your family member this is the place....

Westridge is under new ownership with renovations under way the staff and administration is great with caring about residents and making them feel at home. Looking forward to see all changes.

This place is awful. The staff is lazy, and there is only a small percentage of staff that are friendly or even speak to you. The facility is dirty. There’s not much structure. I’m surprised it’s still in business.

Under new administration and ownership, the building is doing great! The inside of the center is nice and the staff truly care. Thank you to the staff for all of their hard work!

The facility is currently under new management. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, courteous and caring . I would definitely recommend sending a family member to this facility.

This place is horrible they are rude the building is nasty and the admin jason is rude and needs to be tested for drug use he keeps his door shut and yells at the residents he do not care about the staff or residents this place needs to be investigated

This place is great. The administrator mark was a very friendly and kind man who was very helpful for placement of my mother following discharge from Parkland hospital. Staff were friendly and therapy was helpful in the physical and speech recovery process! We were very blessed to find Westridge.

This is the worst nursing home in texas. Rats and roaches . Its old and the whole entire staff is loss they have no idea what they are doing. The dont care for your love ones at all . Dont bring you love ones to this nursing home if you truly love them.

Horrible place to leave a loved one. Disgusting facility. They leave their residents in their filth and dont provide care when they need it. The Healthcare system has failed again. Nursing staff has no idea what they are doing.

Originally this was the perfect place for our great grandmother. The facility had been recommended by Parkland as an idea place for my grandmother due to her having dementia and them offering a secured wing. She was recently referred by the social worker there at Westridge to an off site behavioral health hospital so that she could be observed for 5-7 days. After her 4th day of being observed, Westridge Nursing contacted my family to notify us that they were discharging my grandmother because they could no longer care for her. We were totally surprised by this decision. There were no signs or talk that discharging her was even a posibility. Westridge stated that she needed more one on one care. However this had never been expressed to the family. It appears to us that the desicion to no longer care for her had been decided long before referring her to the mental health hospital. The referral appered to be an excuse for them to no longer care for her.

Had a hard time reaching someone on the phone. Not really organized and some of the staff come off as rude. Not place I will be dealing with.
