My father has a disappointing experience with Dr. Dhillons assistant. Im strongly upset that she can not follow up with a recovering patient. My father does not speak English fluently. He always calls for status updates for another alternative for his pain since hes surgery was done last year in May. It very discouraging to refer new people to come to this facility. The doctor is wonderful but her staff member Dina needs to do her job. Its always a difficult task to get a hold of her when it comes to scheduling.

My wife and mother-in-law are both patients of Dr. Kareti. He does a fantastic job for both of them. We wish other doctors in the AV were as good as Dr. Kareti.

Rarely get the help I need here. Its always a two minute consultation and I get turned away. Every time I come in, the doc asks me why are you here or what do you think I can do to help? Im here because I need your help! Youre the doctor, you tell me! No tests or solutions ever get offered. Its hard to find a good doc that cares and this is not that place. This place is beyond frustrating!

Spent less than 5 minutes with the doctor. He didnt even check me out, just wrote some prescription. He didnt ask how was I feeling, what was my pain level. Just take these medications and WE will call you in 6 weeks. The nurse was nice, but Im getting a referral to a separate neurologist.

Can I give this doctor a BIG FAT ZERO?! I feel like I just got held up in a dark alley. I checked in, paid the co-payment, filled out paperwork, called in to the exam room, was asked 2 questions, waited for the doctor. He finally came in, asked me 2 or three questions (that includes how are you today). He had me squeeze his hand and raise my elbows and knees. Then I was done. No medical history questions, nothing. And he wants me to make another appointment for a nerve conduction test (which is the main reason I made this appointment anyways!!!) Haha, very funny... Just called my insurance and will definitely file a grievance.

Dr. Farrukh is horrible on many levels. Had 3 appointments with him. Waited 90 minutes the first time for a 10 minute visit. Ive had pain in my back for YEARS, and the second visit he said it was caused by kidney stones even though he said I have bulging discs. I asked him if a kidney stone can last multiple years. He didnt answer and sent me on my way. FYI, Ive never had a kidney stone and still dont have one. The 3rd visit I was still in the waiting room at 0950 for a 0900 appointment. I asked the front desk how much longer they thought it would be and they said HE IS NOT IN YET. There were also people that had been there way before me. I walked out and wont go back. As I was walking out after cancelling and signing records release form, he walked in at 1010. This sucks because it takes about 4-5 weeks to get an appointment with him so I wasted 3 months of my life. What a joke.

About five years ago Dr. Mishra performed a procedure putting spacers in my neck at 3 different levels. I was quite miserable at the time and could not do much of anything. Within weeks i was able to have full movement of my neck with no more pain, I could sleep again, i had feeling back in my fingers and 5 years later this surgery is still a 100% success. Thanks for coming to work that day DR. Mishra!

I have been seeing Dr A. Farrukh for about 8 years now for my back and neck, he has even helped me with my hip. I moved to Oregon 3 years ago and have not been able to find anyone here that can help me the way Farruhk and his staff can. About a month ago I started to have back and hip pain and the doctors in Oregon could not or would not help me in a timely manner, they were not even willing to take me off work until I could get an injection, told me to just keep walking. Im a nurse and work in the ER 12 hrs 3 days a week and could not tolerate the pain any longer. I called Farruhk office and they knew I would be coming from out state, they were able to get me in within 3 days took me off work, was able to get an MRI, and injection and out of pain and back to work with in 2 weeks. I am so grateful for Dr Farruhk when he evaluates me he is very knowledgeable and confident in his diagnosis and treatment of the problem. I have worked with many doctors in my job and Dr Farruhk is one of the best. If I need any further treatment Dr Farruhk is the only one Ill will be seeing even if though its 800 mile away. I also want to thank his assistant Maggie she is the one who really made it possible for me to get in quickly and all the staff at AV Neuroscience.

Never on time, charges extra for every piece of paper you need signed, only to do it wrong have it delayed. My husband and I have waited anywhere as little as 45 minutes late to an hour and a half past appointment time.Post operative care was a joke.

This group of neurologist are the worst in Southern California. Countless Associates have been seriously damaged undergoing spinal surgery from this group a very poor neurologist. This group of neurologist is very terrible at following through with epileptic seizure medicines and almost killed my wife as a result.THIS GROUP DISCRIMINATES AGAINST THE Affordable Healthcare Act insurance as well as individuals who carry it.Doctors Janumpally, Farukh and Lee, should not have a medical license. Dr. Dllon is the best doctor in this group but I would advise you to see Drs Makoi and/or Shamulgan. Both my wife and son or epileptic and have seen these doctors. I will not allow them to be seen here again. I had spinal surgery performed but neurosurgeon Makoui, after speaking with numerous Associates who were nearly paralyzed from doctor for roots shaky knife. Other than dr. Dillon these doctors should not be in business youre putting your life in Your Hands by going here

Dr. Dhillon did a spinal laminectomy on my bosss neck. She showed us from the MRI why it was necessary. The office scheduled everything and even found a cardiologist to help my boss be approved for surgery the next week! Dr. Dhillon is very considerate, professional and real. She didnt act like this surgery was going to fix everything, instead she was very realistic with the prognosis.Since the surgery: my bosss pain level in his neck has significantly decreased, his feet and hands have more feeling and less pins and needles, hes had no infections from becoming cut open and plans to have Dr. Dhillon perform any other neurosurgery he may need. Thank you Dr. Dhillon!

Dr. Janumpally was busy so another neurologist saw me. He did some preliminary tests, said he had read my doctors diagnose online. He said you need an MRI., because xray and CT did not show anything. He then called Dr. Janumpally into and explained quickly compressed spine between 4 and 7, but needed MRI. They both explain needed MRI done 1st thing Monday morning. On Monday Dr. Janumpally called MRI every 30 minutes until I showed up. Got MRI done, and as I was dressing he called and told me Tuesday morning wanted me in his office.Let say for almost 3 weeks I was partial paralyzed in legs and both arms, couldnt walk 1 foot without falling down. Soon as came in, wheelchair, I was taken to an exam room. Dr. Dhillion came in an introduce herself as a neurosurgeon. Young and beautiful! Boy, did I think I was in trouble. She got down to business. Explain whag was wrong, what was going to be done. She then wheel me into computer room and showed me my MRI. The team explained I should had been in their office 3 months ago after my accident, hear this workman comp, because nerves were being destroyed. She got me in 3 days later, and after 1st op, I was able to walk. Needed second op, but able to get most abilities back. All I can say I am overjoyed my doctor sent me to them. That was in 2014, and I very grateful to them here in 2017.
