Im so disappointed at this place the workers I went to the er twice and they still have me a appointment for August then I tried calling to get off of this insurance and they claim not to have my information

My boyfriend has been calling this place for months and because they havent answered he has given up trying to contact them. I just tried to call here and no answer. This insurance sucks.

I was reading the reviews and I agree with all of them I had a 9:45 appointment. And by 11:15 still wasn’t seen ask for just a refill and it took me to leave and come back twice just to get a prescription if you have paper work that need to be filled it takes forever been calling for 2 weeks for a discharge folllow up no answer when you do finally get in the back you have to sit back there for hours appointment means appointment..... Sad

They dont always answer the phones. It is extremely difficult to get a refill for important medications. I need to find another doctor.

I wish i could give a zero star. They lie about apointment times. I was shceduled for a 11:30 am appointment and arrived at 11:25 and was told my appointment was at 11 am although i had the appointment paper and a voicemail that said 11:30 i still wasnt seen. I was told they dont make appointments after 11 but a lady behind me came in for an 11:45 appointment and they took her in. Prior to that i went in for a walk in appointment at 8:30 and was told they were not taking anymore appointments although walk ins dont start until 9 am and there was nobody in the lobby waiting. You also Can never get anyone on the phone to make an appointment when i walked in to make an appointment without even looking at the computer she tells me they dont have anything for the next 2.5 months or longer. Although over the phone i was able to get an appointment within two weeks. On a different occasion i had a staff member come in my room and tell the dr. that someone else was waitingfor him and he just walked out i had to walk out of my room a little later to find out that he wasnt coming back to my room 😤😤😤

Long wait time. I had to wait over an hour to see a doctor even though I had an appointment.

I had a fever, the flu, and i was in so much pain i waited almost 4 hours just for them to tell me i have the flu.

There is usually a wait time longer than an hour every time appt or not

They schedule appointments toofar out and I was on hold for 40 minutes before they answered.

The wait to have some answer the phone is crazy long!!

My nephew just had procedure done at the ER and have to make a follow-up appointment with his primary care doctor Ive been calling for over an hour and the phone just Rings Rings rings and hangs up this is terrible service and I really need to make this appointment ASAP for my nephews follow up totally unprofessional changing doctors real soon

Super bad service, this clinic is now called Blue California Promise Health Plan, I arrived and they had no patients in the waiting room and they dont want to attend you without an appointment, wait for more than 3 hours in the room and in the room almost 1 hour, Only attending a doctor, Thanks this I decided to change my insurance to be able to attend me in another clinic where they give better patient care.
