The owner is always cheerful and greets everyone that comes in. He is very knowledgeable about all of the products he sells. He also has a wide variety of different things, its hard to go in without coming out with something. You will be paying a little more for some items than you would at a chain store, but you are buying a better product and supporting small business. After years of abuse on my body from long haul semi driving arthritis has caused me to have 2 back fusions and multiple surgeries. I even opted to get pain pump put in me so I wouldn’t have to take opioids but still had terrible pain. This store has been a blessing for me. I no longer take any prescription for pain since I started using the Curamin extra strength pain reliever. This stuff is amazing.The owner has more knowledge about pretty much anything you ask him.

The amount of product that this being has in the store with all of the natural ways to get healthy and and supplements that can go and change your life in material that is available and the owner’s knowledge is like the encyclopedia Britannica multiplied by 1 million he is in formed he is current he knows what he’s doing everything that is in his store he knows everything about it!Then add to this a major BONUS!! He has made available on the stores website there are links to natural wellness and there are articles and information about any ailment or disease or issue physical or mental depression anxiety fibromyalgia insomnia ...Wow! Waaaay more than I can think of. I have finally found a true and reliable source of information about all the issues I am having myself. I feel like I have a new lease on life!! I now know that I have available to me a place where I can get true quality product and get the information I need and the owners own knowledge and experience to inform me of anything I need to know that will really help me. I have had worries about where to buy real quality supplements and getting professional advise on the products that are out there and available for everything.But when you think about the lack of quality and the contamination factors we’ve been reading about online in hearing about in the news products that are coming out of China that are infected with cancer-causing material. I came here and I know that everything in the store everything that Rick has is top quality that is the best of the market and that he can get whatever you want whenever you need it in he will advise you whether it’s a good product or not...he’s here to help us. I think that Rick would love to go and help the entire city the county the state I think he really just wants to help everybody be healthier and happier in their life and he wants to do it and he’s really good at it. Very polite and informative. No pressure sales & has always had what Im looking for at a reasonable price. A few products there, thanks to his help, have made parenting a little easier. That alone makes it worth the visit to his shop.

I always have so many questions when I visit Health in Hand and every time I leave, I leave with more knowledge than I can possibly remember. Maybe I can find something a little cheaper somewhere else (before I pay the shipping charge and then have to wait to get my product) however the knowledge and personal service I gets from the owner is not matched by the Internet, and thats what I am really paying for.

My mother shops here. Recently she started ordering her vitamins online because the price is too high at this Whole Foods. She still buys a few things to support the store.Last week she bought grape juice and vinegar. The items were bagged in a thin paper sack with no handles. She had to hold the bag against her chest so it wouldnt fall apart. She walked out and tripped on the rise in the sidewalk. She fell, shattered the glass bottles, and re-injured her knee that she had just had surgery on. A nice gentleman working outside ran over to help her get up. He went inside and told the owner, who brought over a broom and dust pan.He told her the sidewalk was a known problem, but wasnt bad enough to fix. She was humiliated. He went back inside and didnt come back out. She said he seemed very cocky and rude.
