This is a great store — My girl likes shopping at The Vitanin Shoppe; she has a membership. She is always able to purchase what she needs. The products are always natural and fresh.

The mgr was very helpful! Nice store, bought the bio zinc as its more absorbable, mind your copper though.

Disappointed....once again, they changed product labels, so I ended up with another different item, as the labels dont match. And their fear is so great that you have to scan your own items

I was in to make a return and Assitant manager was extremely unprofessional. He stated that store policy states that I cannot get my money back I will be given the store credit(even though I had my Receipt and it was within 30 day period) Store policy that was actually posted stated otherwise proving him wrong but he kept trying to find prove that Policy thats posted is incorrect. Extremely Unprofessional.
