We havent heard from their staff in almost 40 days... we realize there is a problem with finding DSPs,, however, a phonecall goes a long way. Were pretty understanding and go with the flow when it comes to the services for my stepdaughter and this company provides no substance and a lot of excuses. Even after the long time of no contact we had a meeting with supports coordinators that they were supposed to attend but blew it off so at that point we cut off their service.Dont be fooled by all the good reviews here. All they did was get employees to post great reviews to try and bury some of the bad ones they previously recieved..

I have been employed at PA Health Management since September of 2019. Since being here, the company has grown rapidly with its employees and programs. This should be of no shock to anyone as PA Health Management has adopted its own collectivistic and inclusive culture amongst each other. In the past, I have struggled with working for employers who care more about profit than the individuals they work with. Comparing those companies to PA Health Management is night and day. Im so fortunate to work with so many incredible people whos primary goal is to make the lives of individuals in our communities better. If every company adopted this mindset, I truly believe that the world would be a better place.If you are looking for assistance with substance abuse issues, I would encourage you to look no further. Absolutely love this company. Training is very thorough, team leads make sure you’re comfortable with the work and are all very quick to respond to any questions. I’ve personally have been with the company since July 2020 and have felt more communication, warmth, encouragement, then I did working for my last employer for four years. Biggest plus in my eyes is that you get to work remotely and not micromanaged!!!!!! The expectation for my position is realistic and help is always offered!!! COME WORK FOR PA HEALTH MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!

They truly care about the populations that we provide support to and are always looking for ways to improve upon what is already excellent quality and innovation. Management is supportive of new ideas and has a unique knack of learning everyone’s strengths and providing opportunity for them to succeed in roles using these strengths. Being in the Social Services field for quite some time, I have worked for many different agencies over the years. Every one of them has their individual pros and cons. However, that being said, I am about a month into my employment here at PAHM and have experienced nothing but the pros. Yes, there is paperwork, but that follows a Social Worker to every post. What I personally find so awesome working for PAHM is the organization itself; top notch people combined with top notch IT, and an unbeatable FAMILY atmosphere! Ive seen some negative reviews among the majority of positive, and I will say that if you are a Glass half Empty kind of person/thinker, then maybe the field just is not for you. If you want to seriously make a difference; LOVE working with great people, and are looking for the place of employment that cannot possibly exist in todays work force, then PAHM is for you!

I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and dedication of the employees of PA Health Management. It is obvious that they care about all the people they serve. Unfortunately, not everyone understands the complexity of the work they do, nor do they understand that mistakes can and do happen at any business. It is also a sad fact that typically most reviews tend to be negative in general. People seem to not have much to say when things are going well, but if their is an issue they become hyper focused. I am writing this to give kudos to a company who cares about its employees and the people they serve. They truly care about quality and are always improving their operations, learning new ways to serve and correcting their mistakes.

My son is on his 3rd service coordinator in 5 months. They do not get in touch with us. He needs a new battery for ceiling lift....I guess they dont really care that it can not be used until we get it. They say they put order in. Not helpful at all!!!!

If you need a health Managment company in Pa go somewhere else, because this people don’t care about any of the elderly client they don’t have any professional manner,The treat your senior and they family like trash, I wast dealing with them for about 24 days to get my mom a transfer from an agency to another and every time I spoke to them they gave a different excuse, I will contact my senate representative and the governor about this company so they can closed pa health managment for good.

I agree if I could give a 0 star I would to Seems they cant keep employees.Every time I turn around I have someone new. I had one last week and now she quit, I am so frustrated as I have been waiting on my isp to be mailed to me and to no avail I get none. Now with this being the month of December I was told an assessment would be done since July and I get none. Many things are to be put in to the state and its never done. I have an agency paying out of there pocket and wanting back pay retroactive due to waiting on my cordinator to put my info in the system. The insurance told me they have to wait for the authorization to start but however they the agency took it upon themselves to staff me knowing it had not been put in the system and now they want to go back and get paid. I even had a receptionist tell me to tell her my monthly questions and she would do the job of my cordinator, I was very uncomfortable with giving her info as she was not who I had assigned to me for coordination. That being said I began to wonder who I really had as a cordinator. So now Im wondering as I set with my phone number comming up on caller id that im just another number to be ignored to. Needs not wants, So here goes. another day out of 365 days of the year to be ignored again
