Im so glad I switched to Dr. Dukes. The staff and Dr. Dukes are so kind, he really took the time to explain my vision to me which really makes a difference. Id give this office 10 stars if I could!

Every person that works there is a joy to me also I have the best glasses That I have ever ever ever had I don’t know what they do differently but my glasses are perfect ever since I have had to wear glasses I have absolutely hated glasses they were always uncomfortable I never liked the frames I never found any frames that I really thought were pretty until I found these at Dukes they are rose gold and mother of pearl and they are beautifulI don’t know what they do differently but the lenses are beyond believe they are so perfect I have never had a pair of glasses that I was not constantly putting on top of my head or taking off and losing I only need glasses for reading the progressives are supposed to be wearable all the time all my other classes were not I will tell you that I’ve been to many places through the years and their glasses were never ever rightThese lenses are so clear the prescription is perfect the progressive part of the lenses is perfect the glare protection is perfect I would rather wear my glasses driving on a sunny day then using my sunvisor driving at night the headlights don’t bother me anymore I don’t know what more I can say I wish I were this satisfied with everything I spent money on I will be a lifelong customer and I have already brag to everyone I see and I have already received compliments from everyone that sees me and their comment that they’ve never seen me in glasses before and I’m been wearing glasses for five years the reason they never see me in them it’s because I hated them they were uncomfortable they screwed up my distance vision so the only time I would put them on as when I was reading I have two years worth of contacts that I will not be needing as I prefer my glasses I guess I have said enough

NO customer service what s ever! Sitting in the empty waiting room for over 30 minutes. So I cancelled my appointment and left. Called to make a complaint and was told the Doctor said I need to find a different Doctor. What trash!

Everyone there is so nice and friendly it has a real hometown feel and they have the greatest equipment and the best choice of glass frames

Attempted to create two new appointments for two days. First call I was placed on hold for 20 minutes and during that hold the phone line was picked up once by a live person who put me back on hold picked up again and I can hear the click that I was put back on hold and then sent to voicemail in which I left a voicemail to call me back so I can make appointments which I never received. Attempted to call the next day and was placed on hold and then someone answered and then hung up on me. Called again later that same day was placed on hold again until the phone re rang within the line mind you this is 15 mims into the hold call, a person picked up again I said, Im just trying to make appointments. Finally I thought I was getting somewhere and she gave me a first available day and I said thats fine and then I was asked to stay on hold again and another 5 mins later I hung up. If thats how they treat new clients I cant imagine how youre treated on a normal basis. So Ive taken my business elsewhere.
