I had filler done and on my next appointment expressed that the results were not as I expected. Next visit the Dr suggested filler again only to end up with the same results!! Such wasted money!Went to another place and I had filler done there and what great resultsI called and asked Dermatology Physicians if we could discuss the quality of their work and perhaps another option but never heard back#wasteofmoney

What a great experience! I cannot say enough about Lena and the rest of the staff. Everyone is just SO nice! Lena is so genuine, sweet and so easy to talk with. She listens and gives advice and takes her time with you- I even went on a Sat when they can’t really spend as much time as what they can during the week with you! The most important thing is that I immediately felt safe and trusted her. Hands down the BEST first time Botox experience ever!!

I started a few months ago coming here for their dermasweep service. I fell in love and have been going back regularly since. It has helped keep my skin clear, soft, smooth and helped decrease the severity of my breakouts. I also just booked my first Juvederm appointment for next month. They have a great rewards and referral program for lots of opportunity to save some money while pampering yourself and your skin! The staff are super friendly, and patient when going over all the questions I had about all of the different services they offer. I love it here :)

I highly recommend nurse injector Lena Metcalfe if you are looking to get botox. I have been coming here for about 4 years now and have been highly satisfied with each visit. I especially like Lena because she listens to what I want and creates the exact same look consistently each time. The scheduling is also very flexible and their prices are the best I have found so far.

I got botox n fillers n outcome was awesome! Very happy with my results! In less then 7 days I look amazing at 60! I highly recommend this place! Staff n Dr.s are very professional n caring for your concerns. I will only go to Laser & Skin Care Center. And the best part it didnt hurt! 😊

Extremely unorganized. They have no process and/or procedures in place. I called the office and was on hold for 23 minutes before I spoke to a human. Office wait is at least an hour or more... And thats just waiting in the reception area. A lot of staff turnover. They still use pen and paper invoicing, not a computer software system!?! Same with charting.

I highly recommend this place with special discounts, friendly staff, professional doctors, safe products and more!

Dr. Patricia Groleau is an awesome dermatologist. She listens to my areas of concern with my skin, and her recommendations are great. Their products to help my older skin are working well to keep my skin hydrated. I would highly rate this dermatology group.

I have been coming to Dermology Physicans at their Lime Street office for 3+ years. I have been to the Oregon Pike office 2 times now. I have been ‘5 stars’ happy with my skin care. The doctors have been spot on with every treatment and staff is professional and very nice to deal with.

Disgusted and humiliated! Went for a leg rash after my family doctor unsure what it was. Waited 45 minutes just to be seen. Meanwhile, in the waiting room, absolutely, I mean absolutely no Covid compliance was addressed. Staff without face masks, patients sitting next to each other, etc. Thought I was seeing a doctor only to my surprise it was a PA. In and out in 5 minutes and was told to buy expensive support hose and lose weight. Waste of my time and money. Left without an official diagnosis.

I have very good experience with them I had Botox and fillers first time in my life. They have good physicians and very good team I am completely satisfied and definitely recommend

I have been seeing Dr. Groleau for cosmetic treatments for close to two years and have been incredibly happy with the staff, the experience and the results. Their prices are much lower than the same services in Northern VA where I live so its worth it for me to drop in and get touch ups when Im visiting the Lancaster area. Everyone is friendly, they never make me feel rushed. I wouldnt trust my skin care to anyone else.

Never again. Went in to have something on my neck looked at months back. It was removed along with another mole on my lower neck by my chest. Something apparently was not done correctly with the stitching because by the time it came to removing the sutures, the wound was open. At the doctors direction, it was not restitched so as to allow nature to do its thing. Nature did its thing alright. To the tune of a purple keloid-looking mass on my neck up by my jawline that is obnoxiously difficult to cover with makeup. I was then charged for the unsatisfactory procedure I received to the tune of nearly $500. I planed to pursue the matter through an attorney, but I received a not so nice voicemail stating that if it was not paid, it would be turned over to collections. I have very good credit - never a late payment. The week after Easter my husband was let go. Last week he totaled his car (not at fault). To say it has been an eventful month has been an understatement. I returned the call and was told I would need to pay the full balance to avoid collections. Fine. I will not be back, and I will go ahead with the consultation I have set up with counsel.

Don’t even go here. I made an account exclusively to make this comment. Money hungry, no cares about helping you out. Only to make money. If I could, I would’ve gave them 0 stars. I’d drive all the way to California for a dermatologist before I make another trip here. Horrendous.

I had a really great experience with Dr. Groleau but the office staff cant get it together. My insurance requires a preauthorization that my pharmacy sent over twice. In addition to them having my wrong insurance information on file (Ive only been here once so there is no chance of changed or outdated information,) its now two weeks later and Ive called every day and been promised a call back from Joyce, evidently the only person who does a preauthorization, four times and have yet to be contacted. I spoke with someone else this morning who rudely informed me the ever-elusive Joyce wont be in until Thursday or Friday and might get to it then but truly this isnt our priority because there are other patients with cancer and so we work through them with attention to urgent needs.Im sorry that my condition isnt considered a priority but if I had been followed up with as promised a week ago, we would not be in a situation where priority needed to be considered. After waiting over 2 weeks for this office to get it together, Im just going somewhere else. It isnt worth your time, money, or struggle- especially if your condition IS urgent. Its a shame that such a great staff of doctors are supported by such a rude bunch of office folks.

Disorganized and unprofessional management. They change appointments at the last minute, do not return calls, and have equipment issues. Laser treatment results were underwhelming as well.

Was told I had a food allergy after doc looking at a rash on my back, no tests done! They said see u in a year. After several months of avoiding peanuts I went to an allergy doctor, had testing, not allergic to peanuts! Terrible place, I would give negative stars if I could. Waste of time and money!
