Everyone was very personable and helpful. You were given a lot of information verbally and written handouts so you had a good idea of what to expect. Explanations were given before any procedure and you are always ask if you have any questions.

Love Jamie Weaver she is Amazing at talking to you so you understand her! Treats you like Family is what I like about her the most!

Dr geiss was extremely thorough, he really listened to me and gave me all the options for treatment. Staff was efficient and friendly! Great office!

I noticed weird marks on the inside of my legs and immediately got a referral. Within a week they booked me an appointment with Michael Snedeker, PA-C. I didn’t have to wait long, the nurse that took me back was super friendly. He took a look at my markings and was friendly and thorough of what it could be. He explained that he needed to take a skin sample for biopsy and I am a very squeamish person, although I hate to admit it. I began to feel light headed, cold sweats, and turned pale as a ghost. Him and the nurse were so kind to me and tended to me even though I was thoroughly embarrassed! They took my skin sample and stitched it up and I didn’t even feel a thing! Awesome experience and super professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

The weight time was not very long at all. The doctor and staff very professional. The friendliness of all was great. I feel very comfortable talking to and being treated by Dr Michael Duffey.

The staff was helpful. When documenting my health history there was no rushing through to get done quickly; she was efficient but thorough. Dr. Geiss was very thorough with his exam and took the time to answer all of my questions.

I had my first visit yesterday with Dr. Geiss. I was so impressed with the entire facility. The front staff was very warm and welcoming. The nurse I had was sweet and very accommodating as well. Then I met Dr. Geiss and he was very knowledgeable, kind and had a great sense of humor. He was very thorough in his exam. Spent time making it understood what he was doing. He even seemed to find more things than I went in for. I am so happy that my primary care physician referred me them. I would highly recommend this facility for sure.

I’ve been going to Barrett&Geiss for about 12 to 15 years.. the staff is excellent .. very cordial and polite! I see Jamie Weaver for my visits and she’s the best ! Very knowledgeable and has the bedside manner of an angel! She found a melonoma spot on me and within 3 weeks it was surgically removed at Ohio State James Clinic! She always follows up with her patients after visits! I’d rate her 10 stars as well as her staff!!

Great place. I see Jamie weaver annually. She does a wonderful job, and she is very thorough. The office has a great check in and out system. I have not experienced any long waits for my appointments.

As usual, I found my appointment and exam to be efficient and effective. The staff took care of everything out front and were friendly. I met a new staffer named Erin who took me back and got me settled. She was interested, responsive and caring. Jamie came next and, of course, was the same. She had me out of there and on my way in only a few minutes. Given the stress and pressure these medical heroes work under these days, this staff made me feel like everything will be ok.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. There was only a 5 minute wait for me to get in and the procedure was quick as well. Horrible scheduling issues. My scheduled appointment was rescheduled twice, then was I told to reschedule again. So now the appointment is pushed back 3 months. I requested another doctor to see if that made it any easier to accommodate an appointment and their response was, “they don’t like to do that.”

My exam was through. A diagnosis was made with a biopsy, and bloodwork ordered. Excellent care. Friendly , caring., highly recommend.

Horrendous staff, the blonde receptionist with a tattoo on her finger was incredibly rude and short with my mother-in-law and we will absolutely be taking our business elsewhere. So disappointed in how they treat clients.
