My family and I began seeing Dr. Boyle and his team almost a year ago. So far our experience has been great. I have a 10 year old daughter who was extremely scared of the dentist due to a bad experience a couple years ago and after a few visits with Dr. Boyle and his hygienist, Lori, she isn’t afraid to go for her check ups with them anymore. They have a nice, clean, office, and they always take COVID precautions upon your arrival. All the staff is easy to talk to, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. IM SAD BECAUSE I TRUSTED THIS DENTIST AND HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR OVER A DECADE - NOW I WONDER HOW MUCH WORK DID I HAVE DONE THAT REALLY WASNT NECASSARY? SO MY ADVISE TO ALL - ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION, ESPECIALLY IF YOU GO HERE!

I’m convinced I’ve found my new dentist. My dental technician - and I’m sorry I forgot her name - was super pleasant. She explained everything and was very calming in her demeanor which made it a pleasant experience. (I know at the dentist office right 😁). Nothing against my former dentist - just geographically unsuitable for me since my move to the AV.Dr. Boyles staff is amazing. I’ve been to the office now on a few occasions and it’s very clean, and very professional - a must for me! If you’re looking for a dentist in AV I suggest you check out Dr. Boyles. I was experiencing severe tooth and jaw pain. Dr. Boyle made time to see me the same day (my regular dentist is in another city). He and his assistant, as well as the office support team, were competent and polite. In addition to the quick professional evaluation and referral (for a root canal), the office support team went above and beyond to locate my insurance information and secure my appointment with an endodontist for immediate treatment. I appreciate the extra care that everyone in the office showed to me, even though I was not a regular patient. My problem (and pain) was addressed the same day due to their quick and competent action.

My family and I just moved to the area. Last week was my first visit to Dr Boyles office. From the moment I walked into Dr Boyles office I was greeted with a smile. They immediately knew I was a new face and attended to me immediately. I was seen promptly about 3-4 minutes after I was done with my paperwork I was brought in for my visit. While I sat in the waiting room other patients were greeted with the same attention. Today, I had a root canal. It was by far the best experience I have EVER had at ANY dentist. I tend to go to the dentist only when I absolutely cant avoid it anymore, so this is not my first root canal. But the doc put me at ease from the first visit and today I was so relieved to not have issues with pain during the procedure. I highly recommend Dr Boyles office!!!!

Its going on 3+ years now that Ive been going to Dr. Boyles office and the main thing I notice every time I go is the consistency in service from the office manager, the receptionist, technicians and hygienists. I literally do not wait for my appointments. The last time, I barely cleared the front doors and they were ushering me into the office for my cleaning! The staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I have not had the best of luck with dentists in the past and it surprises me that I now look forward to actually going to the dentist!

After trying several dentists throughout the valley for the past twenty years, I am happy to report that I have finally found one that is worth keeping. Dr. Boyle is not only knowledgeable in his field, but he uses up-to-date equipment and technology, including a small intraoral camera, which is a device that lets you view images of your teeth on a t.v. monitor while the dentist is explaining to you what he sees. This is the first dentist office where Ive experienced this practice, and it makes me wonder why all dentists dont use it.As well as doing wonderful work, Dr. Boyle makes sure that all your questions and concerns are answered, without ever making you feel rushed. His manner is easy-going, but professional, putting you at ease.The facilities are clean, organized and beautifully decorated with custom murals in each room.The hygienist is excellent, and the dental assistants and front desk personnel are pleasant, professional, and efficient.

Had my appointment cancelled out of the blue the day of and was given another date many weeks out which was a big problem at the time.The dentist himself is alright, but the woman working the front office is an absolute nightmare.
