My father in -law had extensive work done here. I was concerned for the many appointments and work being done. But they came up with a plan and it is wonderful! The staff is patient and kind and very helpful! I can’t say enough about them!

So after months of dental work, one of my fillings cracked and literally had me almost in tears. When I called Aspen I was very upset that I had to go back and be numbed all over again, for something that was no fault of my own. I spoke to a woman named Betty. My day immediately got better after speaking with her. She was very understanding and assured me we would get it figured out ASAP! She got me in the next morning and made sure the situation was taken care of. I’m not sure if it was her southern hospitality or the fact that she is filled with compassion but whatever it is she’s amazing! Truly a blessing working with her!Thanks Betty!Vivian Turner!

Staff were incredibly kind and gentle with me as I hadnt been to a dentist in quite a while out of fear. They were very patient and kind and did everything so painlessly! I had a great experience and left with a numb but happy smile!

If I could give them zero I would. They will open lines of credit without your permission. They will tell you they will do a “soft inquiry” and then actually push it through if it’s approved whether you ask them to do it or not. They also slip extra stuff in their estimates along with their excessive prices. I wouldn’t let my dog get his teeth done here.

Overall a pleasant experience ☺ the staff seems knowledgeable and they made me feel at ease .Did not have to wait long for service

I really appreciated the friendly staff. Brittany took her time with me and the financing. I didnt catch the name of the lady who did my molds, but she was awesome too. I like the fact that they were more worried about getting my dentures done than the financing. All of the dentists and dental assistants were very nice and always smiling. Thank you for a down to Earth experience. It has been a pleasure.

I got my dentures about 6 years ago. Everything was great when I spent $13,000. Now I am having a problem and I cannot get anyone to repair my dentures! I need a gasket ordered and cant seem to get it!!

My wife was evaluated thoroughly. All staff were really nice and professional. It was a long session and a a breakdown of costs and financing did not get discussed. I am diabetic and did not have any glucose to finish. However, it seems very positive for moving ahead with the treatment plan.

Have an appointment soon,for a full set of Dentures upper, and lower.Wish me luck! Ihave been without teeth for 9 months.

Great experience at Aspen Dental in Lancaster. The office manager Britni provided excellent customer service at check in and explained the process. All COVID precautions were taken very seriously with temperature checks before entering. Abby and Dr. Barone both had excellent chair side manner and really made my son feel at ease. Thank you!

I had to switch dentists due to insurance coverage and a need for fillings. I did a lot of shopping around because I already had a dental exam this year covered by my insurance and would have to do some creative solutions to get a new patient dental exam in order to have my fillings done. I chose Aspen Dental because they offered some great deals for services (since I thought I would have to pay out of pocket). They were professional and very quick and Dr Barone did a great job! Much to my surprise and relief, they applied some discounts that I didn’t think I was eligible for and it ended up being much cheaper than I expected! Am looking forward to getting fillings done which is certainly not what most people say!

Wasted all my morning in here.They work fast , but all over the place .not very Organized . in my case they were charging me over 24 thousands which I found outrageous I walked out very disappointed never thought was gonna be this expensive and of top of that they charged me 40 dollars for the visit..

I went to Aspen Dental for an initial visit for denture replacement. Ive had my current set quite a long time and thought I was certainly overdue replacing them. The dentist was absolutely amazing! She informed me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my twenty year old plates, that they didnt need replaced at all! Essentially I was told to keep my money, lol. Whens the last time youve heard of that? I wanted to commend my local Aspen Dental in Lancaster, Pennsylvania for their honesty and putting their patient before their income. I couldnt have been more surprised, happily of course! One last thought...I am a cash patient, no Dental insurance. They even comped the exrays.

Terrible. Ive been going there for about a two years. They cancel on you constantly for their dentists vacations. Then they make you have another checkup appointment since it has been too long since the last one, even though theyre the ones that cancelled. That check up appointment pushes back any fillings regardless of how urgent they are.I had a filling turn into a root canal because it took so long to actually get in for it. When I finally got in for the appointment, they told me they knew it was going to end up being a root canal because of how much pain I was in after getting numbed, but they continued anyway, exposing the root and putting me in a lot of pain. Then they told me they didnt have openings to give me the root canal, which would have relieved the pain that is keeping me from sleeping at night. Instead I had to call around and get an appointment somewhere else, weeks later. And to top it all off, they didnt even give me the x-rays at that appointment. Now I have to make a special trip into the office to sign a form and get the x-rays that they knew I would need at the end of my previous appointment.This is a business that does not care about there customers. I have only seen a dentist there that I had seen previously one time. They dont care about keeping you healthy, just getting more of your money.

I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and x-rays. The office seemed very chaotic and disorganized. I spent allot of time sitting in the chair waiting for someone to assist me and start my cleaning. At one point, I almost got up snd left as I sat for 20+ minutes unattended to. Then, the receptionist came and got me. I never got my cleaning. A waste of my time and money.

I was scheduled for my annual checkup on 3/16. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and easily completed my paperwork on an electronic tablet. Lobby and staff followed all Covid safety procedures and wore PPE. X-rays were simple and had two different mouth bite plates for smaller size mouths like mine. My cleaning was done by a competent new trainee. Had to wait for the doctor for a few minutes while she finished with another patient. Overall a pleasant experience. I dinged them a star because they appear to have a high staff turnover rate, (both the hygienist and doctor were new since my last visit.) and the earliest they could schedule me for my next 6-month cleaning was nine months out. When I questioned them about the delay, they said they were short hygienists...

The Surgeon Jae Was Very Careful and comforting and reassuring Throughout the Tooth Extraction, I Experienced Little To No Major Discomfort After, I did not need to have any Stiches and it was a Clean Pull. I highly recommend Jay For your Next Visit.

My wife got a replacement lower dentures. It did not fit properly, she was back 3 times for adjustments. After 3rd time they told her not to come back. After over $1000. She cannot wear them. Great job Aspen.

I called them at 8:15 AM about a broken denture. They asked how long it would take me to get there if I left right then. I said it would take me about 25 min. I was told well see you in 25 min. I arrived and was taken right back. They took my denture and said it would be ready in about 1 hr. When I went back, it was ready and I was able to walk out with a fully repaired denture. I love their employees!!! They are all awesome!!!!

Went for a second opinion. Was very happy with the thoroughness and discussions of all my options. All my questions were answered and pricing was explained very well. Much better experience than previous dental offices.

Overall really unprofessional. They were running a deal that was $75 for people that did not have dental insurance. It was supposed to be a new patient exam, an x-ray, as well as a routine cleaning. We drove an hour to this office for our appointment, only to sit here for an hour and a half and then them tell us that there was no hygienist for a cleaning... I’m not sure why they didn’t call us to reschedule for when there was a hygienist available. They then proceeded to tell us that I should book my next appointment which would be $1300 to fill in two minor cavities. SCAM.

I am so thankful for the people there they were so kind and understanding. From the time I walked in the doors to the time I left. They explained everything that they were doing so I could understand. They help me to set up a payment plan. I would definitely tell others this is the place to go for dental work. Due to an unfortunate experience when I was a teenager, I dont have much confidence in Dentist, however yesterdays visit to Aspen Dental was one of the nicest experiences I have had in a dental office. The receptionist was friendly, polite and helpful. The technician who took the exrays was patient and considerate and the Dentist took into consideration my nervous demeanor and acted accordingly. He explained in detail the procedure and what to expect. I would definitely recommend this office to family and friends.

I took my 82 year old mom to get some teeth pulled. We had a great consultation and everyone there were so very nice! Kind and Caring. Nice enough staff, for sure, but runs the typical game of being a chain dental office.I made an appointment for a cleaning. Got in, filled out paperwork, everything was normal. The assistant and dental hygienist were pleasant, as was the dentist.However, I never got a cleaning, all I was given was an exam. In fact, they told me that, because I had gingivitis, I had to get a special periodontal cleaning done instead. Which, oddly enough, isn’t necessary. You know what is a big step of reversing gingivitis? A regular cleaning! Also, the dentist looked over my teeth, said they were fine, just needed that special cleaning. Odd, considering I’ve needed to get some fillings done for over a year now.I can’t complain that my service wasn’t pleasant, but it was definitely not good quality.

I wanted one of my teeth to be pulled but they want to do a thorough exam and want all my teeth to be pulled.

Good first experience. Would be helpful to know that the cleaning is not included in the first visit and that a follow up appointment is required. I took time off from work to get to the appointment. I got lucky that they had an opening later that day for the cleaning so I could make it all happen in one day and not miss more work time. The staff was nice. Hygienist was very gentle and polite. The place was clean. For routine dental work and preventative maintenance, I highly recommend.

Incredible service. I called in as an emergency patient because I was having bad pain and couldn’t be seen at my primary dentist and they were able to fit me in for an appointment within two hours of calling. The employee that picked up the phone, the office staff, the hygienist, the dentist, and the oral surgeon that worked with me were exceptionally kind and thorough. I may be switching to here as my primary practice in the future!

Aspen dental and all of their staff are awesome! They are polite and professional! The dentists did a great job reviewing all the work they were going to perform. The hygienist was very thorough with cleaning my teeth and she explained each step before she performed them. The office manager was great in making sure all of my dental was was fit into one appointment, so I didnt have to make three trips. Overall, this is Isa great office and they do great work. I will definitely recommend Aspen dental to my friends and family!

Emergency need for relief from major tooth pain.Aspen Dental got me in within the hour. All staff working in mouth, very gentle. Thoroughly evaluated my problem and mouth and immediately got relief and follow up care. Need two root canals to be done this week. Yikes!Thank you for helping at my hour in need.

Called to make an appointment... never got a call back I work 2 jobs so it was really important that they called me back within the same business day and they couldnt be bothered. They could care less about me or the issues theyve caused.

Had oral surgery done they were great everything went smooth and super fast and couldnt be happier.

Broken off tooth and Dr. Moe was just wonderful. Had n0 problems after taking out the root and his assistant who I call Darla is really a doll and Angel wrapped into one! Thank you!!

I could write a book about my experiences with Aspen Dental, but I will try to make it the condensed version.Everyone was so kind and helpful. Dr. G. is a GEM and his gentle mannerisms made things so much easier. Any questions I had, there was someone to answer them for me.As for the cost of it all, I know I could not have done any better and I am not sure why that one person wrote a book about the finances of it all, but they worked with me and everything was paid for before my partials were completed. Maybe if better care were taken of their teeth, all this expense would not have been necessary. This was a young person and if they do not take care of their teeth now, they will only have more expense later. It is so much easier to keep up with the cleanings and check-ups on a regular basis. Oops! the mother instinct is coming out of me.I know that dentists waiting rooms are rated high on the fear level, but I never felt that way in that office. Actually, with having two partial plates made, I sort of became part of the office. I expected, any day, to walk in and see my name engraved on one of the waiting room chairs. :)All kidding aside, this Aspen Dental office is top notch in my book.

I had an appointment for extreme pain and hopefully an extraction, No one there was able to extract, the oral surgeon was not on site, what a complete waste of my time. I cant even fathom why they would schedule an emergency appointment and not have the personnel on site to perform an extraction, and they wonder why my blood pressure is high. Avoid this place at all cost.

All the staff’s are very nice! The only reason I gave 4stars because I Have to wait till August to get my wisdom teeth out when the surgeon comes back. But overall staffs are very helpful they gave me a referral but I want them cause they’re the only place that take my insurance around the area.I highly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful experience here from the moment I walked through the door. I had a very thorough exam, the office is clean and the staff is wonderful! My DA, Irenia, was was especially sweet. But really every person I interacted with was super competent and kind. I highly recommend this office.

I used to go to a different popular Lancaster PA dentist, but they made me feel more like i was just bank for them. When i went to Aspen they were not pushy. They didnt make me feel like it was all about about money they made me feel like they care about my teeth and smile. Im happy to be switching!

They treated me very well. I was comfortable and felt confident that I will have an Awesome Smile! The only downside, I got seen about 30 minutes after my appointment time. Prepare to be there for a while!

I called Aspen Dental because I was new to this area, had lost a crown, & really did not know who to go to. I was so pleasantly surprised that they got me in quickly—the next day. Their usual way to operate is to see you for an introductory appointment & schedule you from then on, so it is fortunate that I’m not having any pain. My appointment is the end of the month, but I think if I was having pain they would have gotten me in more quickly.

I did not like my experience at this place. I thought I was going in for annual cleaning instead they wanted all these x-ray and bunch of bs things. I saw 3 different people before seeing the doctor. Before seeing the doctor I wait an hour because he had emergency. Finally, I no longer wanted to wait anymore because I was left alone for hour and some lady said the doctor was ready for me. The staff is unprofessional, they stood around and laugh and jokeD for about 20 minutes in my area. I personally, won’t be going back to them. To top it off, they gave me invoice for 1800.00 on Deep cleaning and to fix two baby cavities. This place is very money hungry I will not be returning.

I recently went into Aspen Dental on Fruitville Pike to have a routine cleaning and descaling. They were able to see me right away and I really liked my hygienist Jenny. She was very nice and knowledgeable and explained what she was going to do before she did it. She was able to answer my questions with confidence and I think she did a great job. I usually dread going to the dentist but I had a very good experience.

My family and I was in search of a dentist office that would take our insurance. Not knowing what to expect I called an made an appointment. The first appointment I was a little nervous not knowing any of the staff (and my fear of the dentist), but every staff member that I came in contact with was really nice and explained what was going on. My husband felt the same way after his appointment. I am anxious to see how they will do with my son when he turns 5, fingers crossed.

Awesome from the free consultation and xrays to my wisdom teeth extraction. The surgeon made me feel comfortable and did an amazing job with the surgery due to the fact I had no pain, swelling or even minor discomfort after pulling 5 teeth. Aspen Dental-was my dentist for about 8 Years, I got a text last week saying my appointment was 2/13/2018 @9:00, got there sign in and they told me my appointment was @ 3:45. They check me in and everything. I also show them the text. Now I have another appointment for March but how can I be sure that they going to get the right time on this one. Now I was only going for a cleaning, now they are going to try and charge me for two, when I only had one appointment. Would I recommend ASPEN DENTAL, Hell no. I told my daughter to find another dentist. That was mess up. I was glad it was early cause I had other plans later. But I still got the text saying @ 9:00.

I am impressed. My teeth are white again. I also needed a quick extraction and these folks took care of it within a couple of hours. The staff from the receptionists and bookkeeper to the dental staff are professional and courteous.

The service is beyond professional, clean, friendly, and no waiting time. i had a filling replaced. in and out in less then 45 minutes. the dentist, she was without a doubt top notch. and the dental assistant was equally professional. i have money invested in an investment company that provides loans to well run companies, ASPEN DENTAL is one of them, i understand why ASPEN is in the portfolio. i am looking forward to my next cleaning! It was a very long time since I went to the dentist and decided to go to Aspen Dental, I was very nervous...but everyone at Aspen Dental, from the receptionist to Dr. G and hgienists Abby, who were very professional and amazing and have made me feel very at ease. I am now excited to go to the dentist, because I know I will have a pleasant experience. They really do get you your smile back!

Terrible.Just for a consultation I had to wait over 2 hours. Got a $160 bill for xrays that couldnt even be used because they were blurry. They tried to sell me every product they had. Told me I needed 3 filings (second opinion said I only needed 1). For just a cleaning I had to schedule 2 months out. Then they called to tell me the dentist would be on vacation that week and I had to reschedule.I cancelled my appointments and went back to Smilebuilderz.I went here because i thought it would be faster. Ended up being longer and just another franchise trying to get the most money out of you.

I will definitely return to Aspen dental for my care. The staff was very friendly and made sure you knew what was going on at all times. The Dentist was extremely helpful and did not portray feeling rushes. She took the time to explain my X rays and the reasons for my plan of care.

I was there for a tooth ache that I had for a couple of weeks but had disappeared by the time of my appointment. The dentist was very friendly and thorough but did not find any decay or any definite reason for the pain I had been experiencing. I was very pleased with her honesty and professionalism. The pain has not reoccurred.

My initial experience with the receptionist was not good. I came up to sign in and she ask me my name. I gave it to her and said that I had an appointment. She looked in the computer and said no your not in the system, what is your phone number? I gave her my phone number and she said no, your not in the system. I said I have been here at least 4 times, I should be in the system. She asked another employee and she showed her on the computer where my name was. The receptionist may have been new, but she was not professional at all. She couldve at least apologized and said oh, I found you in the system. She didnt really say anything. The rest of the staff was very friendly and my hygienist was excellent. She was thorough and professional.
