They go above and beyond. The doctor checked in after hours to make sure he was recovering well. We had a prescription question and the doctor got back to us on a Saturday with the answers we needed. Thank you for taking great care of your patients!

We had a lot of questions due to me continuing to nurse our infant and the medications that would be given. Everything was explained and answered and I was extremely comfortable with our decisions based on the advice given. The procedure went super smooth and I had minimal pain after with no complications. Yesterday I had a third molar extraction at Advanced Oral Surgery in Lakeville in the past 13.5 months. Once again, Dr. McCabe and all of the staff with whom I interacted were competent, professional and personable. Dr McCabe and his staff are amazing! Having had a dozen brain surgeries and a horrible experience with another oral surgeon I cannot emphasize enough how great his team is! From day one there was no pressure from them and I had 3 consultations with Dr McCabe. No question after first visit that he was going to do my surgery but questions on timing and cost. Surgery went great and personal follow up from Dr McCabe that night and his staff in the following days was great. They care about you and want to make sure you are taken care of. After all the surgeries I have had this has been the best experience ever. Would have given 10 stars but only allowed me to give a 5 star review. The best care you could ask for!

Would highly recommend advanced oral surgery to anyone who needs their wisdom teeth out. I was really nervous about the process but they made it super simple and explained everything really well beforehand. I got mine out a week ago and I never had to take any of the opioids because I had minimal pain and hardly any swelling at all. Dr. McCabe did a fantastic job and my recovery was super quick!

What can I say about Dr. McCabe and the clinic that hasnt already been said? Hes a fantastic doctor and a fantastic human being. I didnt even go through with the extraction surgery because Dr. McCabe, as a professional, was more interested getting me right treatment than making money from my mouth (heads out of the toilet). I also saw the guy in-person ONCE and even still, he used his expertise and compassion to give me the information I needed to pursue the proper treatment for my teeth and gums when I called and asked him. He told me hard truths too, including where his limitations of knowledge lie. Fun Fact: I accidentally contacted him a year later and he STILL remembered me. His care has spoiled me, and set the bar for how I want to be treated as a patient.

I went to Advanced Oral Surgery for the extraction of my wisdom teeth and I had wonderful experience. The day of my appointment, I was running late because of car issues, so I called them in advance to make them aware of my situation. They were very understanding and were able to reschedule my appointment for a later time that same day. When I arrived, the front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. Their check-in process was quick and they followed all of the COVID-19 safety protocols. As far as my appointment, the dental assistant and surgeon made sure to explain the surgical procedure, medication, recovery instructions, and payment process in detail before heading into surgery. They also accommodated for my mother (a non-English speaker) who would be driving me home after the surgery to ensure that she understood everything as well.

Great customer service! They have appts held for urgent cases so I was able to get in next day. They were even able to consider getting me in same day but my breakfast nixed that option. Customer service care was top notch, stream lined process. Even though I had to wait, the medical assistant made conversation and discussed some after care tips. The practice manager even stopped in the surgical room while I was waiting for the Dr to make sure I knew where we were at and apologized for the delay. I was just greatly appreciative that they got me in next day. Definitely would recommend.

This is a beautiful location and the doctor was very thorough and helpful. I loved that he was straight to the point! I unfortunately was referred there for a botched extraction and he simply had to do the clean up work of my regular dentist. Thankfully, he was kind enough to work me in last minute and he was very nice about it.The only thing I would comment on is that the desk staff kept whispering about my case and staring at me, it was very uncomfortable. I would suggest offering patients who are in pain/crisis some water, ice packs, or a comfortable spot to sit in. I was nauseated and really sick to my stomach because of pain and the staff were too busy gossiping to pay attention.I love this location and the doctor was amazing, but it was unfortunate that they already labeled me as difficultor a drug seeker before I even walked in.

Everyone there is professional and kind. This was a great experience. Everything was laid out and explained and the quote was even less then I expected. Overall just a warm and comfortable atmosphere. I love the extra perks they gave me, gourmet ice cream, recipes, ice pack and beeswax chopsticks besides the normal care pack.

I was very impressed that in one day I did the consult, had the exam, had all my questions answered and the surgery! I was definitely nervous and I’ve never been under anesthesia but everything went smoothly. I don’t remember falling asleep but it felt like it happened in seconds. It’s the day after surgery and I’m not even in pain or have puffy checks, they did really well and Dr McCabe even called me to checkup me! I would highly recommend them !

I had 2 teeth extracted & dental implants. Im extremely impressed w/everything about Dr. McCabe & every team member I had interaction with. As an RN, I noted the difference in care I received from Dr. McCabe-I attribute that to his being an MD, DDS & an oral surgeon. I have a complex medical history & he was very attuned to this. He provided superior care. This includes his surgical technique, which is importantly performed under anesthesia for several reasons, ultimately being the highest quality & safe outcome for the patient, his in-depth pre & post-op education, his personal follow-up call the evening of my surgery, his post-op home prophylactic infection prevention, including a prescription oral mouth rinse, oral antibiotic & very effective pain management instructions. Ive had the same procedure performed by other oral surgeons/dental implant specialists in the past & none gave me such exceptional & personalized quality of of care as Dr. McCabe-not even close. His empathy & compassion for me as his patient was incredible. I felt cared for as both his patient & a human being.Dr. McCabes team of professionals are also exemplary. Dr. McCabe and the staff here are incredible. From the first visit and x-rays, surgery, and follow-up care they didnt miss a step. They made our daughter feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. The didnt even mind when she came out of surgery and she treated the nurse like a waitress ordering a steak and popovers. LOL! Dr. McCabe himself even called that evening to check in on her. We were very impressed at how they went above and beyond from start to finish.

I never imagined having a dental emergency during a pandemic and statewide lockdown but thats exactly what happened. So despite being already anxious, and in pain, the Dr and staff at Advanced Oral Surgery were able to make me feel comfortable, relaxed and most importantly - they took care of the problem quickly and skillfully! Needed all my wisdom teeth removed because I was in a lot of pain and they were able to get me in pretty quick. I had a lot of anxiety going in but the entire staff was super friendly, caring, and just overall amazing!I was worried because I was also dealing with some angry mouth sores as a side effect of chemotherapy, preventing me from opening my mouth too wide, but Dr. McCabe and his team were very gentle and understanding. Dr McCabe took his time explaining my options, describing the procedure, and showing me the digital images of the problem and the recommended solution. I was able to ask questions at multiple points during the consultation. Plus, the recovery materials provided were helpful and fully explained. Honestly, this was the best dental care experience I’ve ever had, and it happened during the covid 19 outbreak.
