I was very appreciative of the care from the assistant and dentist during the procedure. Dental work can be stressful for some of us, and they made it pretty easy. I am very surprised I havent had any pain after the procedure! Thanks Modern Care!

I was able to get in to see Dr Simonton very quickly for a root canal. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The doctor and his assistant were very professional and did a great job of putting me at ease for the procedure. The procedure was relatively painless. I was very pleased with the outcome.I was pain free later in the day after the root canal with no adverse side effects.Thank you for a job well done.

I highly recommend Modern Care Endodontics. Dr. Simonton, his assistant and the front office personnel were all very professional and accommodating during my visit. I was very impressed that he was able to show me his work post-procedure and explain what he did and why. 100% will return if I need more dental work!

I am very disappointed, my 8 year old needed a root canal and they would not allow me to be back and hold her hand as it was the policy of Dr. Simonton, Covid or not any minor should be allowed to have a parent present during a procedure! Unfortunately she was in extreme pain so I felt I had no choice once she was numb and I as a parent felt trapped and unheard. I just want other parents to be aware as this was never mentioned to me prior to her being brought back!

Modern Care is seriously lacking in Customer Service. The dr just shrugged his shoulders at my questions. They did nothing for my pain, and the assistant was rude and completely ignored what I was saying. I would never, ever go back. There is a reason they always have openings.

It all started with a referral from my Lakeville Dentist to Modern Care Endo.Dr. SIMONTON wanted a CT scan of my mouth and I dont blame him he had expensive equipment to really look into your mouth. After that I sat down with him to review the pictures. I knew instantly that Simonton had a high IQ and maybe some ESP. I felt at ease talking with him and he told me Dustin this is just starting to get bad.I now am ready to get work done on my infected tooth and there was a chance my tooth would break. The doctor did not break my tooth and successfully cleaned it. Props Dr. SIMONTON. The other thing is he was very gentle and kind and really cared about me. The initial poke of the novacaine needle was amazing!! I didnt even feel it! He twisted his wrist in a way where the needle hit my gum and I didnt even feel it. I am very scared about needles and the way Dr. Simonton conducts his work with that initial needle poke is something he should be praised for. Thank you Dr. Simonton10/10!!!

I went here in September 2020 to get one Root Canal.I called to make an appointment to go in and the young lady that i was speaking with was so very kind & sweet. I found out that we were birthday twins (I believe her name was Katie).I got in super fast.The front desk ladies were super amazing! Sheila came to get me and she was super sweet and hilarious. Sheila talked me through every step.Dr. Simonton was a really cool Endodontist! He talked me through everything,he was super gentle and constantly made sure that nothing was bothering me. He also has some really cool gadgets!This place was so.... amazing and i guess that i had so..... much fun, that i ended up having to go back. It turned out that i needed to have a second root canal. I was still having trouble after Simonton completed the first root canal. He had me come back in and he examined my teeth and saw that i needed another root canal,he did it and i havent had a problem since.I would highly recommend Dr.Simonton & His staff, they truly are delightful! I really felt cared for.

I walked in crying in pain and the entire staff including the doctor was so concerned, they took every safety precaution and ensured that I was in as little pain as possible. It is the very next day and I am already 90% pain free. Modern Care deserves more starts than they offer here! I feel they went above and beyond for me and I cannot say that about many doctors and their staff these days!

From the online registration and friendly greeting at the front desk to the way that Dr. Simonton and his assistant Erin worked together, it was a great experience. My experience with Modern Care Endodontics was a very pleasant experience. Starting with the front desk and the dental assistant and the doctor they were all very professional and very kind. If and when I need any more care for my teeth that my regular dentist suggest I to a specialized doctor, this is the only place I would go!

This place was a complete joke, the staff actually was extremely rude an tried to charge us double of the going rate for a root canal. When i tried to speak with someone about the situation the staff became very hostile an tried to spin the situation on me. This place seriously needs to work on its customer service skills

This was the best dental experience of my life, and Ive had a lot! Dr. Simonton was amazing! I had had a previous root canal experience that was terrible so I was worried about having to get another root canal. However, getting a root canal at Modern Care was a better experience than to get even a general cleaning anywhere else! It was relaxing and pain free I actually fell asleep in the chair and had barely any recuperating pain at all. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Great experience! I would recommend Modern Care Dental to anyone! I will never go anywhere else!

I’ve had two root canals here, and both times I’ve been here its been nothing short of what you would expect. Dr. Simonton does a great job, and the staff here is really friendly and they make sure that if you have any questions that your mind is at ease. Having a root canal isn’t fun, but this is the best place to get one.

The service was great, quick and painless! Never had a root canal before and have heard horror stories about how bad they are. I definitely did not experience any of those horror stories. I have been to Modern Care now 3 times in the past 4 weeks for root canals. While it may sound horrific, it was entirely due to my own negligence. Even though my teeth were a mess, the entire staff treated me like I was their only patient. Though I am absolutely terrified of dentists in general due to some traumatic experiences in my younger days, Modern Care made the visit extremely comfortable. Though my first visit was to treat a badly infected tooth, the relief was almost instant. Dr. Simonton is exceptional when it comes to both performing the procedure (the numbing shots are always bad for me, and he has a superb touch) as well as explaining what he is doing both before, during and after the procedure.The assistance (both during the procedures and at the front desk) are extremely friendly, courteous and caring. I really appreciated the fact that they took the time to call the following day to check in on my pain level, comfort level and healing.As I mentioned to start, Ive had multiple procedures done here and can highly recommend them. Ive had root canals at general dentists that were terrible experiences. With Modern Care this is ALL they do and they are experts at it.

Awful people working here. Don’t go here. They told me before I came to my appt that I could take a small dose of Valium for my anxiety for having stage 4 cancer and then after tearing me and putting me in even more pain then I already was they told me to leave and they couldn’t help me because I took a Valium. Awful people, only care about the money, not the person who is suffering .

You need a root canal and you aren’t sure where to go. You do the research and lots of people love their endodontist. Let me break the tie for you. My name is Kelly and I was scared to death to have the root canal. Dr. Simonton and his staff were so caring and professional. I had zero pain during the procedure and just a few hours of tenderness post-procedure. Now, here’s where he differentiates himself; he doesn’t work on Fridays but I was having a problem with a tooth and needed some answers before I had a major surgery the next week. Instead of leaving something to chance, he took time out of his day (when his kids were out of school), came into the office (opened it just for me) and did a quick exam and x-rays to give me the peace of mind I needed to move forward with my other surgery. He went above and beyond. He is the one to choose; trust me.

I was nervous before I came in for my root cannal appointment. I have been told by many people about how scary it was. BUT.... during my treatment, I felt asleep during my root cannal session! First, the staff greeted me with very warm and friendly welcome and said that they don’t like pain here at this clinic, Dr.Simon have been doing this everyday all day. When I met Dr.Simon, he greeted me very professionally and explained the process to me clearly. During the treatment, I learned that Dr.Simon has very gentle hand.
