My spouse and I have used Park Dental in the past but did not have a good experience at the Burnsville location. We switched to Lakeville and Dr Wood is down to earth,honest not pushy at all, we felt comfortable, it is like family . Everyone on staff from Heather the office manager to Brianna and Agnus assistants to Dr. Wood are wonderful! Thank you Lakeville Park Dental.

The entire staff at the Lakeville location were amazing. Very courteous, easy to schedule to get in and the office manager, Tesa is absolutely awesome! Thank you to the entire team for making me feel at ease and making this appointment such a great experience for someone with a fear of going to the dentist! The dentist took her time with me and explained everything in language i could understand. I will definitely see you and your team in 6 months for my next cleaning! I highly recommend this clinic - from the dentist to the dental hygiene and dental assistant - their staff is awesome!

Have been to Farmington and/or Lakeville for years and have always liked and respected the staph and DRs and feel like Im in good hands. The gal that does my cleanings and I deal with the most is Britney. She is great and always smiling. I still hate doing anything but the cleanings but I would have to say I could probably hate it a hell of a lot more.

My wife brought her father to lakeville clinic. They were very courteous and very helpful. Janne was very nice and knew what she was doing. My wifes father had to go back numerous times for adjustments and they would always would get him in on the fly. They were great and would recommend this clinic.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. f you have sick children, an unpredictable schedule or run into traffic, this is not the office for you. They refused me service because we had to cancel our appt a couple of times. This office must make a lot of money to be able to refuse people service and treat them poorly. Clients are customers - what happened to the customer is always right? This is not an office that caters to its clients - only to their checkbook.

The service while at the location is great, however their billing department is clearly trying to gouge their customers for more and more money. I went in for a filling in early February, got a bill for X dollars, insurance paid for some of the filling on the 25th of February, and then on March 2nd I paid the bill (online payment where it verified how much was owed) which was $42.20. I paid the amount on March 2nd. A month later I got another bill in the mail from Park Dental for another $34.80. When I called to ask for help, the person on the other end of the line was incredibly rude and did not listen to what I was telling her, instead asking me who I talked to last time I called (like I would remember this??). I refuse to give business to a location that isnt clear in their billing and keeps sending bills after things have been paid in full.
