Quick, easy and efficient. My Hygienist Pam was really wonderful. She was friendly, thorough and educated me on my problem areas. Front desk staff was helpful and easy to chat with. Overall - great office and experience!

This dentist office singlehandedly took my anxiety about the dentist and expedited it. As someone who had extreme anxiety about dentists, DO NOT GO HERE. When I came in with a toothache, I was seen by Dr. Bui for less than two minutes. She did not hear my concerns. She simply said, As previously stated in your appointments, youll need a root canal. I was charged over $100 for this service.Another time, I was getting a crown done, and Dr. Bui and her assistants constantly were talking about their political preferences. This was extremely unprofessional to talk about in front of a patient.The accounting department constantly over bill me with no explanation involved. Every time I call to get an explanation, stating what my insurance told me about the charge, they tell me that they will look into it. I never get a call back, and then I get the bill again in the mail.This dentist office does not care about their patients, especially if you have work that needs to be done. It is very evident. They only want money. Do not go here!

Six years ago I moved back to MA and didnt think I would ever find a dentist that I would feel so comfortable with. I had a chipped front tooth for three years that needed a bridge, but was petrified to get back to the dentist. I saw the reviews online for Southeastern Dental Care and decided to give them a try. My only regret is that I didnt call sooner. The office highly exceeded my expectations. I cant thank Dr. Bui enough for being so pleasant, and making the experience so easy, but mostly for bringing back my smile. I can comfortably say I no longer prefer wearing a mask in public! :-)

New to the area and called them for an appointment about a broken crown. They took me right away and all the staff are friendly and professional. Happy to find such a good dentist in the local area. Bonus, most dentist there are women and being a women in business myself, I love to see women in business, modeling good role models for young girls growing up!

Southeastern Dental Care is terrific. Ive been going there for a few years, since I moved back to Massachusetts. I had cracked a tooth; they were able to get me in earlier than expected on a cancellation and completed my new crown very quickly, in one morning! The staff at Southeastern Dental Care was so friendly and welcoming! It was my first visit to the dentist in about 4 years and they took xrays, a gum check and a cleaning in under an hour. I was pressed for time this morning and they totally accommodated my needs without issue. So happy I chose them! Kayla, my hygienist was so friendly but also efficient and thorough!

Always treated well. Everyone is professional and provide detailed information about my treatment. Dr. Bui and the dental hygienists are very good at what they do.

I was fortunate enough to get an appointment because of a cancellation today. Jackie was, as usual, competent, professional and personable. She wore every bit of PPE available, making me feel safe. I need two more appointments and these were scheduled for me quickly.

Dental Malpractice. Horrible experience. Watch out. They do not check with your insurance to make sure you are covered. Instead of letting you know they rack up the bill on you then hit you with an oh by the way youre insurance will not cover. I had soreness and pain after my procedure with South Eastern dental and am fighting the charges as they did not check with my insurance.

First visit was great. The procedure I thought I could get done wasn’t possible. I was given options and everything was explained in detail. I felt very comfortable and the Dr. Bui and staff were awesome! So happy I went there.

Being that I have not been to the Dentist in many many years, I was fearful to go back. I read allot of good reviews and decided to call and give this place a shot and try to stop my fear of the dentist. First impression was amazing with the front desk staff named Jen. She is so Friendly and welcoming especially as soon as you walk in the door. The dental hygienist named Jackie is amazing she makes you feel very welcomed and so comfortable. She explains everything into detail and is knowledgeable. The Dentist is very nice and wonderful also. I am so glad I decided to come here.

Dr. Bui is an exceptional doctor that ensures you are never in pain. I was anxious about receiving my first crown and she performed the procedure perfectly, feeling no pain. The office is always wonderful to talk with and very informative. We always end up laughing.

Jackie cleaned my teeth today and as always, did an incredible job! Dr. Bui checked my teeth with efficiency and knowledge that only comes with experience. I am highly satisfied with the cleanliness and precautions that are being taken due to Covid-19. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and amazing! After being away from the dentist for over a year and needing some serious work, I was accommodated with a speedy appointment. New to this provider, I was impressed. I was treated very well and received a cleaning and exam by the hygienist. The cleaning was quick, painless, and she provided information that I had no received in the past. The first visit was very good.

Very impressed being back to Southeastern Dental Care after reopening. Safety protocols have been put in place every step of the way. They even gave me a pair of gloves! There were hand sanitizers readily available as well as several HEPA filters to clean the air. I felt very safe. Kudos to all the staff and doctors for wearing double masks, goggles and shield for 8 hours a day and still have a smile on very late in the day. There’s always laughter here. Jackie took her time to thoroughly clean my teeth. My family would not go anywhere else.❤️ Dr. Bui and all the staff! 👍🏻

I have been going to Southeastern Dental Care since I was born! All of my family goes there as well. This dental office is by far the best around. I usually have Jackie and she is amazing. She is so kind and personable and holds conversation with me. She takes her time on my teeth and always checks in on any concerns I may have. Angel and Liz are always really welcoming when I enter the office and are so helpful when I have questions or want to make future appointments. Also, the offices are very modern and clean. Overall, it is a comfortable place to be. When I was little, I loved getting a toy after my cleaning, haha. It was the best part. Now I am grown up and will continue to go here for a long long time!

This is the first dentist Ive been to that made me feel comfortable and welcoming. You can tell right when you walk in how Dr. Bui and her staff treat one another like a big happy family. I was very happy to visit Southeastern Dental today. It was my regular 6-month checkup and it was great to see Dr. Bui, Angel and Jackie. Its like visiting with old friends. It was time for me to have a cleaning and Jackie made it seem painless and easy. Not many like going to the dentist but I always look forward to my visit because they make it a fun time and even a pleasure to enjoy their excellent service.

Wow!! Where do I start... This place is unlike any dentist office Ive ever experienced! The staff here is always SO friendly and kind, every time!! Ive had Jackie and Tracey clean my teeth and each time it was a pleasant and very caring experience! I have sensitive teeth so even cleanings can be painful for me, so having a good experience at the dentist isnt a norm for me! Dr.Bui has given me 4 fillings and her work is truly exceptional!! As soon as my child and I walk in the door the receptionist greeted us by name and its our first time there! The office was clean and kid friendly. We were seen promptly and as a mom, time is precious! The staff was knowledgeable about my insurance coverage and made it so easy. The staff made us feel right at home. My daughter never likes going to the dentist but she was not scared of Dr. Bui at all. She even gave her a high five at the end. I would highly recommend bringing your whole family here for your dental care.

Having had terrible experiences with dentists my whole life, I was more than pleasantly surprised by Dr. Bui and her whole office. First visit today for a cleaning and it went great!! It’s not your average building, small but cute! I was a few mins late but didn’t have to wait. They have you do all the paperwork online prior to appt. I’m very satisfied with how friendly, clean and prompt the place is. I’d recommend Tracy to anyone. She is very easy to talk to, careful & did a thorough job!!

Very disappointed with this place. They just lost 3 patients today. They charged an absurd amount of money for literally 3 minutes visit to just look at my daughter’s tooth. No material was wasted it, just a very expensive look. I know it was a 3 minutes time from the dentist who paid a lot of money for dental school, and I am not asking for free service, because the insurance paid for most of it, just a little of consideration to the patient when charging ridiculous amount for that very minimal time.

1st visit and was impressed with Dr Bui and her staff. Appreciated their responsiveness to my needs and questions and will definitely go back to them.

This office is a highly trained and also well established dental facility. Everybody is extremely friendly and theyre fast and accurate with their jobs.

I can go to any dentist 10-15 minutes away, but I choose to drive 45 minutes away just so that I can be under the care of Dr. Bui and her staff. I got my teeth whitened and I was hoping for a bit whiter, so Im disappointed with that, HOWEVER, she made it clear that they wouldnt be as white as I was expecting in my mind, so its not their fault at all. Very caring to the point of doing half the cleaning due to an enormous amount of pain on the right side of my mouth.But I walked out in more pain than I went in with, with 800 MG ibuprofens? Im still in an enormous amount of pain but in my opinion because of all the addicts around I have to suffer. Im not an addict ,a dealer Im just a paying working customer who has been in pain for 3 going on 4 days and cant get proper pain medication perscribed.

Best teeth cleaning Ive ever had!

I was looking for a new dentist to see and a friend recommended me to Dr. Bui. At first I was hesitant to come out to Lakeville because I live in Quincy. After my first visit, I knew this was the place to bring my smile to and I have been coming here every 6months since 2010. Dr. Bui and her hygienist(Jackie) are delightful to be around.

I took my 18 month old to have her very first check up here! The staff greeted me warmly upon walking in the door which made me feel really welcomed. As for my daughters appt, she allowed them to be in her mouth and clean it! I was so impressed with how well they handled my lil princess! She didnt cry once! We left with toddler tooth brushes and instructions on how to help the rest of her teething experience. I think Ive found our family dentist for life! Thanks again Dr. Bui!
