Excellent experience. This was my first time here and I loved it. Dr. Held is professional and wise. The front end workers, to the ladies that gave me the pre-testing, to the lady that helped me pick out my glasses….Kudos to all of you. I truly enjoyed my time with y’all.Thank you for your help, patience and smiles. Their selection of glasses is also the best I’ve seen. It was truly a fun and relaxing experience.

Dr. Pass is my favorite doctor I have had in any specialty. A down-to-Earth, friendly man with incredible knowledge and a caring demeanor. I highly recommend him specifically.

We came in today to have my oldest daughters eyes checked. We also have been in for my fiance and my youngest daughter. Both times the doctors were fantastic and patient with my daughters. Very kind and helpful. Then when choosing glasses, we were allowed to take as long as we needed and no pressure was put on us at all. We settled on a pair and got all taken care of by one of the ladies who do that. She was also very kind and helpful. The front desk girl wasnt very friendly, but all in all, it was a great experience and we will be returning.

I’ve been going to Neo Vision now for a few years. I never really have had a complaint. However, I will absolutely be changing my eye care provider solely because of one lousy “receptionist.” Not only was she extremely rude to me, she was rude to my wife as well (on multiple occasions). She was difficult to work with, not helpful, disrespectful and is the sole reason that we will never be back. So, my family and I will be going elsewhere thanks to whoever wasn’t able to do her “job” on Saturday, August 8th and today, August 13th. I have never made a review or complaint like this in my 34 years of life. However, after the numerous encounters with this person, I just had to let Neo Vision know that this one person will be losing them business from us, and I’m sure other people.

Dr. Loew is the best! Hes always so helpful and extremely in depth. (He was also the only one who had any idea how to help a member of my family when they needed a surgery)The ladies who run the front desk and all of the people who have helped me find frames are just the same: kind and friendly, and patient when customers are being difficult.I wouldnt even think of going anywhere else.

I went there 10+ years ago, was a wonderful place. Was given a eye exam by Dr. Lowe and was given bioficals at a very affordable price. He helped me understand what happens to our eyes as we age. I was very grateful for his knowledge and skill as a Optional Dr. I want to go back very soon.

My experience with Neovision this last week has been nothing but positive. The doctors are very friendly, the support staff is helpful and attentive. Its a clean building and the prices are not bad as well. Would highly recommend them.

I used the services of NeoVision several years ago and was not satisfied. But recently, I had heard again nice things about them so I returned. I needed 4 new lenses put into my frames--$1000++. Upon my arrival I was asked if I had been there before...OK question...upon asking about my expericence, I responded that it was less than admirable...Next thing I knew, Scott appeared to meet me. He asked me to tell him about my experience and when I declined (my feeling was that that was in the past...could have been their fault or my expectations...but I am here now), he said then I have been told not to service you.What a surprise. Not a wow..thank you for coming back..we appreciate you..how can we help you?

And now theyve moved within Market Square and have a very nice, large space with a new sunglass shop next door that carries Oakley, Coach, etc. The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reputable eye care providers.

The staff at NeoVision is one of the best, most knowledgeable group of people Ive ever dealt with in any business. They always knew the answers to my questions, were there to help, and made me feel welcome. Top notch establishment and people.

I have vision insurance, but Neovision will not file it for me. They have given me the wrong paperwork to file with insurance and given me the wrong prescription of contact lenses. There are some nice people in the office, but Neovision generally has some issues that make it hard to do business with them.

It took me more than three weeks to have my glasses back. They did not even informed me that my glasses are ready! I have to call three times to have someone check the status of the glasses.

Neo-Vision is hands down without a doubt the absolute best eye care place to go in Tippecanoe County. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about not only your eye care but also your overall experience. They have a beautiful state of the art facility and they only stock quality brands that have a proven track records..So forget that over-priced place in the mall where youre no more than a wallet and a number, go to Neo-Vision ...

The doctors and most staff are great. The front desk girl who looks like a teenager with copper orange blonde hair (wears huge glasses) is extremely rude. Has no customer service skills. She acts like she doesnt want to help you or even be here. She is the reason we wont be back.

I tried very hard to make an appointment with Neovision. I called twice. Both times I was put on hold for approximately 7 minutes. Someone would pick up and put me right back on hold. I gave up. I called Optix. Not only did they pick up on the first ring, but they were able to schedule me over the phone and also pointed out that they have online booking. Optix now has four new patients. Sorry Neovision. I guess youre too busy for new patients. And based on the reviews Ive read here, I shouldnt have been surprised.

After making my glasses wrong and doubling my wait time they charged me twice what they told me it would cost.

Went in for service, and the employees couldnt figure out pricing of glasses, they asked if they could call me when they talked to billing to give me a correct price simple enough, and grateful for double checking. Than instead of me saying yes ill take them they authorize and order them, and i get a call to pick up glasses i never said ok to. I declined them as i wasnt comfortable with the cost they said ok. Week later i get a bill for the glasses. So now im dealing with a billed ins and their billing and have no glasses. First time there love the doctor but unfortunately Your staff has cost you business.

Had some trouble with one associate at first but Ashley took over and was amazing!!! Good prices and nice selection. Ask for ashley!!

Have been with Dr. JJ Pass and Dr Lowe (and, many of their technicians) since arriving to Lafayette in the 90s. Theyve had different employers and now work with Dr Kirchner and own their business at NeoVision, which is conveniently located close to downtown. Theyve always been very professional. Theyve referred me to ophthalmogists whenever necessary (new-onset glaucoma), repaired glasses if outside of warranty, provided prescription products (anti-reflective coating when was doing a lot of night driving), aspheric convenience with heavy-duty prescription, UV coating for sunglasses, progressive lens, and multifocal adjustment), plus cost advice, and provided the best and most personable service in town.

Receptionist is very rude and unhelpful. She also gets angry when customers ask for information. Owner of this place should know about this issue if they want to stay in the business. They hired most unprofessional person as a receptionist

They take my insurance (Davis Vision) and have a great mens selection. Will be coming back!
