LaQuanta was the sales person who helped me with the choosing of my glasses and she was so streamlined, professional, humorous and knowledgeable. I am so glad I was able to trust her with my style decision it was fantastic. The Doctor was also personable and informative best on point prescription I have had in years. I will definitely be back.

I came to the store on 08/03/2021 hoping I could get a new prescription for my contacts since my eye doctors office is booked for 3 months. The staff made it super easy and comfortable and I was only expecting a prescription but they actually had my contacts in stock so i was able to leave w what I needed in maybe an hour or so when I was expecting to have to wait a few weeks. I was really impressed with how fast the process went and my contacts feel amazing.

The two representatives that worked on Sunday 7/25/2021 were the best. Christy and Jordan were patient, professional and most importantly honest. They could have suggested and sold me the most expensive glasses in the store but they were supportive in making sure I had the best fit for me.They showed the same qualities to other customers. I didnt catch the name of the woman who assisted me, but she did a fantastic job! My new lenses were a bit off from what they should have been and she assisted me in getting some new lenses ordered. After this, I asked if they had a frame repair service. My old frames were pretty banged up and out of shape, she fixed them for me at no charge. She was very polite and helpful the whole time, amazing service!

I give the staff 5 stars but the location in the mall is a no star. This is the only lens crafters in our area. In the early mornings during school its nice and quiet at the mall but come 2pm it gets full of rowdy young people and a barber shop blaring rap music rite across from lens crafters and todays eye care. I along with others all complain about the same things. We would love to see this place out of the acadiana mall so our visits can be more comfortable.

I was excited about getting my glasses at Lenscrafters. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I give them 2 stars because they have a good selection of designer glasses but other than that, everything else was subpar and disappointing. I paid almost $300 with insurance for just 1 pair of glasses. I expected my whole experience to be at that level. My glasses were ready in one hour. The lady who gave me my glasses when I went to pick them up seemed like she had no desire to be there or to help me. It was like she was in a bad mood. The box they gave me for my glasses did not match the glasses I actually purchased. She just handed me my glasses without saying much. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE?? I asked if she could adjust them to make them fit better. AGAIN, no response....just silence.....I felt rushed and ignored. Almost as if they did not want me there. Then, after she adjusted them, she returned them to me all smudge. I had to ask her to please clean them. AGAIN, SILENCE..... After this, I noticed that my brand new glasses were scuffed. They said that they werent and that it was just the light. But this is not all. I also noticed that my eyes were hurting and I was having a hard time seeing clearly. I went and got them checked ELSEWHERE and they confirmed that the lenses had issues. One of them was even .25 off from my doctors prescription. Not a lot but this is not something I expected from them and for the price I paid. So in the end, I also gave them 2 stars because I am glad that they have the 30days to return if your not happy.Update: I used the link they gave me and submitted my form. This is what I got: “... We’re so sorry to learn that you were not pleased!Again, thank you for contacting LensCrafters.”GARBAGE!! 🤣But it did help. It helped me go from two stars down to one!

Came down on vacation and needed new glasses... the store manager was amazing and took the time to help me get all my information from my eye doctor and set me right up... AWESOME service!!!

The manager at this store Christy is the BEST... She goes out of her way to help the customers. With everything going on at this time it is hard to do this as you are busy. She and Jordan were great.. She is the best though.

I ordered my glasses through Glasses.com, when they came in they were crooked. I asked them how do I get my glasses fixed, glasses.com advised to take them to a LenCrafters. Immediately Christie seen my lens was put in wrong. I am so disappointed in my glasses from the website & I regret not getting them directly through LensCrafters. We actually don’t have a store in my city. The day after I received them, we had to evacuate for Hurricane Laura, we were 4 hours away until we were able to find the closest hotel an hour away from our now damaged home. I knew Lafayette had a store, took them there bought my daughter her glasses & my husband is scheduled for an appointment & will purchase his glasses. We have decided that the hour drive will be worth returning once we are able to live in our home.

The service I received at LensCrafters Lafayette was exceptional--above and beyond. I had broken my glasses, came in later in the evening just before Christmas 2019, and needed progressive lenses. The assistant manager, Nikki Scott, did not think the glasses could be done that evening as technicians were leaving for the day. I went back to Baton Rouge where I was staying and received a call that they had in fact been able to prepare my new glasses. Nikki offered to drive them to the Baton Rouge LensCrafters for pickup the next morning. Extraordinary.

Very knowledgeable, helped me pick out two great frames! I usually take hours to pick out a pair of glasses, also Dr. Broussard was very explanatory with my vision.

They are running a scheme here where they let you pay for your contacts On insurance. The place where you get your glasses is on the way out. They stop you and ask you if you want backup glasses and then they ask you if you would like to use your insurance for classes (remember you already used your insurance for contacts, your card was already charged) they get you glasses on insurance also. Next day they will call you and say you cant use your insurance for both and that you now owe a balance. This is their scheme and most people would not go through the trouble to fix this and just pay the remaining balance off. Their excuse is that the contact authorization takes a few days to complete but the glasses authorization is immediate. How is this so? This is all a scheme for you to get both and pay them more money. NEVER GO HERE THEY ARE and they are perfectly fine with screwing people over. No remorse, no ethics, no morals, horrible business. i paid the money because of course like the others i did not want to deal with it but I will write this review because I believe in the business code of ethics. This is wrong. Customers are the number 1 priority

I NEEDED an eye appointment...and no where was open with a doctor available on a Sunday..I was advised to call Lenscrafters , and they took me within the hour. The doctor was phenomenal! Exam portion had no issues other than advertising $79.00 but its actually $118.00 because they do an extra test without asking. It takes a law degree to stay with their offers. Picked out 2 pair and got my quote. Got all the way to the end (2 hours) only to be told that even after all the add-ons and upgrades, the lenses THEY chose for the frames I chose dont go together and it was going to cost more. 2 hours wasted because I picked up my receipt and left. Wont be back to the retail part again.

I was sceptical at first, but went anyways. Im so glad that I went here. The assistant store manager helped me out today. I had an all around outstanding experience. The service was exceptional, the wait wasnt long at all, and the prices were on average about the same as anywhere else. I plan on going back there from now on.

On 2/10/2019, I had an eye exam scheduled for 200pm. I arrived 10 minutes early and was immediately helped by the medical assistant and taken to an exam room to wait on the doctor. After about 30 minutes waiting, and no doctor , I went out to inquire about the delay and was told the doctor was with a patient and would be in shortly. After about another 10 minutes, Dr. Guidry came in to the room and the first thing she said was that she had already dealt with an upset patient and was not in the mood to deal with another. She then proceeded to tell me that she is the only doctor working and that I should have made an appointment during the week when there are 2 doctors. I advised her that the reason I made the appointment on a Sunday is because I worked during the week. Her attitude was downright nasty and unprofessional. No apology at all. She then attempted to proceed with the exam and I stop it and told her I could not deal with her and that I would reschedule my appointment. I will NEVER allow Dr. GUIDRY, to come anywhere near my eyes ever again.

Two Years ago my wife had her Eyes checked at another Eye Care Place. At that time we did not have vision insurance. Now we have vision insurance so we went to LensCrafters because they were on the list of subscribers. We ended up paying over $200.00 more with insurance. The Prices were outrageous and they should be ashamed to charge as such. I wonder what it would be if I didnt have Insurance. According to my receipt OVER $700.00 for ONE pair of glasses. The prescription was the same as Two Years before and so were the Lenses. We will Never Return.

ABSOLUTE worst place to go for glasses!! The appointment with the doctor was ok, however, didnt appreciate that they force an additional testing and increased my bill by $40. Then I went to get my prescription, and I think her name was Annette, absolute worst professional I have EVER dealt with in my life. I tried to ask questions only to be cut off every time! My frames and lens should have cost me $25 but somehow my total was $211. When I questioned it, according to my co-pay, I was told their costs were different, I said their cost didnt matter when I had a CO-PAY, to which she only became even MORE rude! I snatched up my prescription, told her she was the rudest and unprofessional person Id EVER dealt with. Left and went to Target Optical, walked out and my bill was $27.99!!! AND I got everything that was on my prescription!!! Lenscrafters will screw you out of money!!!! WILL NEVER go back and NEVER recommend them to ANYONE!

Poor customer service. Rude, self important staff. Kept pushing contact lenses on my wife when she told them time and again that she wanted glasses not contacts. Messed up her lens script and had to redo it. Avoid at all costs. Seriously, just take your business elsewhere. They are swindlers.

When making my appointment I was told the eye exam for contact lenses was $79 but when they started the exam the hidden fees started coming out. $97 for the doctor to fit the contacts and another $37 because I have an astigmatism.I walked out.

The worst customer service I have ever received! It has been 4 weeks since my lens came in and I still dont have my glasses! I live 90 miles away, and they were supposed to mail them.I keep calling, and they keep telling me they will put them in the mail tomorrow - well its been 4 weeks and I still dont have them.Dont ever go there! Their service is awful!
