My wife and I came in for a couples relaxation massage. My massage therapist, Samuel, was fantastic. He was great at listening to feedback, and did amazing work. My neck, upper back, and shoulders feel so loose now, and it is easier to maintain better posture now. My muscles were a mess coming in, and now have never felt better.I definitely recommend asking for Samuel. You will not be disappointed!

Jennifer is amazing! I can tell she really takes her craft seriously. She takes the time to make you feel 100% comfortable. And she knew that I love rose oil and made sure to use it in my service. I visited, my first time having a massage.. ever. My therapist Danny was very skillful when I pointed to my problem area. He was amazing, and Ive never felt so relaxed in my life. Zeroing in on my shoulders (I work on computers everyday) he really erased and help ease my pain and fatigue. I left feeling refreshed and light as a feather. The facility itself was very relaxing with the decor and lighting. I already booked my next appointment before leaving, front desk personal was very attentive and helpful with information for my next scheduling. Ask for Danny, give him and Healing Hands a chance.

First appointment and wont be my last. Ive been to several massage therapy businesses and this one takes the cake. Atmosphere was relaxing, staff were professional, massage was on point. I like soft, gentle massages. This is always hard to find as most therapists want to dig into your muscles...it makes me feel like they are trying to separate them from my bones! My therapist started out a little hard but asked as she progressed if the pressure was good. I told her I like light massage and she adjusted and from that point on it was perfect. The hot towels were a pleasant surprise, the facial massage at the end was icing on the cake. The price paid was on par with other places, but the added perks of the fragrance and hot towels tipped them over to being the best value.

Went for a couples relaxing massage and it wasnt relaxing for either of us. The guy that did mine, would go across a Knot or spot that needed more attention, but it was like he would run from them. His technique was God awful.

I was able to get a last minute appointment for pain in shoulders and neck. In Knoxville, that in itself is amazing and then I got an awesome massage from Ryan! He listened to what I needed and used the exact right amount of pressure to get rid of the neck and shoulder pain. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and friendly and I left feeling more peaceful and relaxed then I have in a long time. I will be recommending Healing Hands Spa to my friends and going back for future visits!

This was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. My husband and I got the couple’s deep tissue massage and I also had hot stone. My therapist’s techniques were so skillful and targeted all the right tense areas. The hot towels were such another nice bonus. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience! I only wish we were local so I could become a regular! I may have to come visit Knoxville again soon just for another massage!

I love this Spa! Everyone is professional, but in a personalized manner. Kelly has been amazing from the start. She went out of her way to fully understand my situation. Decided to treat myself on a Friday afternoon and was able to get an appointment last minute. I did the 30 minute massage and 30 minute steam facial combination and it was amazing. She started with a relaxation massage and then moved on to the facial. The steam felt so nice on my face and my skin was glowing afterwards! I had an amazing experience here! I started with a infrared therapy that was heating my body so I was sweating out a lot of toxins and they said it also helps with inflammation. While I was in this warm almost blanket, Sharon gave me a face massage, aromatherapy smells, a mask and light therapy on my face. I was treated with a glass of delicious tea before we moved to the bio electric massage which I was excited to try because I was having such bad pain in my shoulder and neck. It was the most incredible sensation I’ve ever felt! All in all, this was a phenomenal experience- I left feeling like a new woman, so relaxed and with no pain in my neck and shoulder!I am so excited to go back for a couples massage and share my experience with my fiancé. I chose this place because it was easy to book online and they weren’t booked for and at a time. On their door it says walk ins welcome which is nice for Knoxville. It turned out to be one of the best massages I have ever had. The prices were extremely reasonable and the massage rooms were very nice and warm. My masseuse was so much stronger then she looked. It was a very laid back environment. She didn’t try to sale me a membership or anything pushy like that. Jessica L is awesome and can apply deep pressure.

Yesterday I was basically reborn with my new skin after I got a body scrub massage by Liana. I was so relaxed after I left I had to stop and get a bag of chips to wake me up because I was afraid of getting a DUR (driving under relaxation). She was so kind and professional. My skin is still baby soft today, this my new go to massage place.

Never going anywhere else for a massage!! I saw this place had electro magnetic massages online and even though I had never had one before I have had stem from physical therapy I thought it would be a good idea. This specific massage has helped heal my body more than ANY deep tissue or other massage I’ve ever had. Sharon took care of me and used the electro magnetic waves to really focus on areas that were tight to release them. I walked in there not even being able to turn my neck, I walked out of there a new woman. I highly recommend this place and the electro magnetic massage!

Profession: front line medical worker. Under certain environment the job could be intense/ stressful. Been suffering with acute towards chronic muscle tension/ache in the back, neck, and shoulder area for some time. Have looked into other forms of relief especially traditional; but not able to obtain positive results. But, now I can personally recommend the cupping therapy. Those who suffered symptoms like me should give this a try. I was nervous at first; but now I wished Ive tried it sooner due to the positive results I felt right after. Sharon, explained cupping therapy and the different types; which made me more comfortable. Would definitely recommend to others.

I just had an amazing massage with Sam Embury. I’ve actually been seeing him for several years now but this was my first time at Healing Hands. His technique of using pressure points with long strokes is superb. I’m always surprised at how much tension I carry in my hands and feet and how wonderful they can feel being massaged. I had bought a $120.00 massage for my husband as a gift . Girl-Sharon was short and pushy was not welcoming. Massage was not enjoyable. Will not return. However Kelly the manager was very nice.

I had a classic massage with Katie. It was my first time ever having a massage. Ive had issues with my back muscles for years and do accupuncture weekly to help. But Katie did such a great job on getting out all the knots and loosening up my muscles. I typically can always feel a knot in my right shoulder but here it is 2 hrs after my appointment and my shoulder feels normal. I definitely plan on booking again and bringing my husband with me to get his back rubbed as well. The only recommendation I would have is if you all had warming beds to lay in. It has been quiet cold out and that would feel very relaxing as well.

I just had the best massage in knoxville. Only took 5 years to find her (sharon) I like it deep and firm pressure and love extra add ons. I did cupping in china but her technique was fabulous! I loved the stretching and it has improved my hip pain with just one session.

I loved my hour long massage and Ross did great working out the tightness in my neck and working on the plantar fasciitis in my heals and ankles. He was very knowledgeable and caring. Electro-Therapy massage was well worth it and something completely new! I love trying out new massage styles and was in Knoxville for a quick trip. Since this was my first travel in awhile I was really feeling the effect of sitting on the plane, and as I was a day early decided to get my back and shoulders worked on.Healing Hands has online booking where I was quickly able to verify availability and confirm an appointment without having to call around. There were a lot of options involving electric treatments so I decided to take a chance and try one out. I pre-completed a health form online and arrived without problem, and their location has plenty of parking.I filled in another quick form and had a pleasant chat with the receptionist while waiting for my session. The interior is very nice and relaxing. I really wasnt sure what to expect but met my masseuse Sharon and heard her setting up some equipment after I had got prepped.So, the electro-therapy is outstanding! If youve ever seen or used the muscle stimulation systems for therapy, its like that. There is a very mild current of electricity that at its lightest feels like a little tingle and when Sharon presses causes the muscles to kind of twitch. Somewhere in-between it feels like the pins-and-needles sensation you get after one of your limbs goes to sleep.The crazy thing is that shes got one part of the system attached to herself so the current is flowing through her hands whenever she is working on you! Science!!Ive never seen anything like it and it adds a new level to the massage. It really feels great on your muscles and gets at those deep muscles and tension. Sharons regular technique is fantastic anyway but I really recommend trying out this option. She also has some natural ointments you can try that are kind of like tiger balm or icy-hot on steroids. Not for the highly sensitive!I wish we had something like this in Denver and if Im ever in the area again Ill definitely be returning. Highly recommended!!!

WOW! Amazing Service. The staff was really friendly. They clean the rooms with UV lighting in between massages as well as wear mask during the massage. My masseuse took her time to really work out some tense pockets througout my body. I appreciate the dedication and art she put into making sure I relaxed and felt better than when I came in. 15/10 recommend going here. This was also one of the only places that was open on Sunday after the holiday and had spots which I also greatly appreciated as well.

Both my husband and daughter have been here and they loved it. I developed a shoulder/neck issue and my husband insisted I go see Sharon. Sharon worked me over head to toes. I started with a foot bath to warm me up and got a massage on my back, neck and shoulders. Next came an all over bio electric massage. Because my sinuses were full, Sharon spent some time with the bio electric around my eyes/temples. I felt well cared for and Sharon paid exceptional attention to all my needs. She was well versed in muscle health and she had a good sense of humor to boot. Like my husband, I will become a frequent visitor to Healing Hands.

I just had my 2nd appt with Sharon today for the bio-electric massage. It is a tremendous help to my low back pain. It is definitely almost like acupuncture but without the needles. I really enjoyed my service with Sharon. I had a terrible head cold that day and was feeling really yucky. The foot massage with the steam bath that I got from her was just what I needed. I could tell that Sharon really wanted to make me feel better through her services and that she is passionate about what she does. She had me drink a delicious tea and she made sure I drank plenty of it because it helped me sweat. The footbath and the tea together really got me sweating and you would be surprised how much better that really makes you feel if you have a stuffy cold. Left horrific bruises all over my back. I told her that the pressure was too hard and that I have Fibromyalgia. I have been in pain for 4 days now. Regret going here!!!!!
