I was referred to this place after 3 years of dealing with symptoms not knowing what’s going on with me, bloodwork after blood work taking steroids and muscle relaxers and still they only did the same bloodwork and claim to have referred me for another test that no one called me about… I basically get scolded today at my second apt getting accused of not responding to phone calls when no one has called me. I was given a number which I called multiple times and left multiple messages, with no reply and still no apt for this test. Needless to say I’m disappointed with this place… I’m sad and still go home to take medication for something that I don’t even know that is the cause!!!

I wish I could write a better review because the staff, from front to back, has been amazing both times Ive had an appointment, BUT for some reason they cannot seem to get a peer-to-peer review done with my insurance for an MRI approval. Ive been calling since early July and now its August and no one has EVER called me back - not one time. Ive been told the peer-to-peer is simply a phone call from the PA to my insurance - why cant this to be done?? I dont get it. Starting to assume they just dont care. Its sad because otherwise I really love the office...

Never returns phone calls, her or her nursing staff, doesn’t file paperwork with insurance to get prior authorizations completed, doesn’t submit records showing steps taken prior to requesting a MRI, extremely difficult to get nerve conduction studies scheduled and just an all around horrible provider. If I could put negative stars I would. I would absolutely not recommend her.

Absolutely useless. Had an MRI over 3 months ago with no results. They used the excuse they couldn’t get the CD. So I personally drop it off over a month ago and still no results. Numerous phone calls with no call back. Again called this last Monday and left a number with the clinic manager. What a surprise no phone call back. I am now seeking a new Nuerology clinic. I have had MS for over 20 years and this is not right. I would highly recommend that people don’t go here

This place is the absolute worst neurologist to EVER go to! Ive been with them for about a year and omg let me tell you it took the 6 months to get a simple insurance approval for a medication i need due to pregnancy they never return phone calls with updates they constantly lie about filling paper work ive finally had enough and have switched to a different doctor tennova is just horrible all around no matter what facility it is not to mention how freaking rude the receptionist are and the nurses and even to office manager please folks dont waste your time like i did!

I had a very good experience with this group. Dr. Dhand was very thorough and I was very comfortable with her. This was my first appointment here and did have to wait 6 months but that tells me that she has a lot of patients and actually isnt that what you want: experience and knowledge?

The doctor and staff were professional and friendly at our office visit the follow up was the problem. The doctor told us as we were leaving after a nerve conduction test she would have the results the next day. That was on Tuesday, we waited until Friday to call about the results. I called that office and the referring specialist that ordered the test...no return calls. Finally, 10 days after the test and several phone calls, I got a message that the results were sent to our primary care physician. I thought that was weird because our primary did not order the test. But I called our primary. They did not have the test. So I called the specialist that did order and they said they just received the report. 13 days later! Granted, this was not a matter of life or death, but it was important to us.

Doctor Dhand has been my doctor for many years now and she has great knowledge and wisdom of her work sure she’s had to reschedule a few times but she’s been an awesome person as well as an awesome doctor I recommend her highly

Doesn’t take symptoms seriously. Did not order any medical tests to try to make a diagnosis. I had to wait 2 hours to see her.

Id like to just say ive been waiting on a prior authorization for 2 weeks now. And they dont seem to care. The doctor Mrs.Joseph is very nonchalant about everything. Acted like I didnt even have epilepsy. Treated me very disrespectful and really hurt my feelings. Ive been without my meds now for nearly 34 days and she cant take a few seconds of her day to send a prior authorization through. I am angry and very disappointed because I had ueard good things but apparently not true in my case. I will be in search of a new doctor.

The doctors at Tennova Neurosciences are attentive, kind and knowledgeable. The support staff is just as great.

This practice is so busy they do not care about patients. 4 months for an appointment. To be told 2 weeks before appointment that it is canceled and rescheduled for six months later!
