After 3 different spine Surgeons and their horrible mannerisms in the way of caring for me personally and my concerns,Dr Snyder is an answered prayer.I highly recommend him to anyone tired of being treated like just another surgery. Thank you to him and his just as amazing nurse Christie.

Dr Synder was wonderful to me this past month. I had been seen by another Dr complaining of back pain and incontinence and was pushed off like I wasnt a big deal . My injury took me to UT emergency room where Dr Synder did surgery and not only did a great job he was caring and understanding with his care. His nurses in his office are very nice . I Thank you for making me better and feel like you cared.

I called today to confirm the receipt of my referral from my PCP and they did not have it. I told them the urgency of my issue and they instructed me that it takes at least 2 weeks to get through the referral process and then another 4 to 6 weeks to set an appointment. I am completely disheartened by how little health care providers actually care.UPDATE - After my initial bad experience in scheduling. Dr. Snyder DID perform my microdiscectomy and it was great! Had many ancillary symptoms from the compromised nerves that I didnt even know about until after the surgery and those functions were returned.Started out rocky with the office piece, but the procedure was spot-on!

I had a very good experience with Dr. Snyder’s office staff. He did ACF on me and it couldn’t have gone better. I would highly recommend him.

Staff is very unorganized and rude. Katelyn snapped at me after not returning multiple calls acting like it was my fault I couldnt get an appointment in a timely manner. Reception staff is also rude and unhelpful. They yelled at a lady over a copay instead of giving the lady an explanation for the amount. UT in general doesnt seem to have a clue. Each time Ive been Ive been told the wrong location for appointments. Drs say they will come by and answer questions and fail to do so. They wanted me to have a procedure done never explaining why then I was suddenly released from the hospital. Every encounter Ive had has been less than positive.

Had l5-s1 laminectomt 3hrs check in to leaving... walking with a lot less pain... amazing doc.. very professional,skilked and thorough, understanding. and im having a l5 s1 fushion in 4 days so i will let u know how it goes

Has an Anterior dysectomy with fusion onC3-6. A screw broke on the bottom plate 6 monthsafter surgery. Snyder neither told me or will do anything about it. My arms go numb. Im only able sit upfor 2 hours without laying down to rest my neck. I have as much pain now as before surgery. I thought i would get more miles out of this hardware. He rfuses to do anything for me. I dont really want painmeds i want a fairly normal life. 😠

Dr.Cruz was very impatient. Gave me the wrong diagnosis. Went to Vanderbilt for a second opinion where my back issues were corrected.

Had a micro lumbar discectomy in 2010 after a snowboarding incident. Havent had any issues since.
