I hope my experience improves but first impressions have not been great. I had an appointment over a month ago and was told by Dr. Parker that he was ordering 2 procedures to get a better look at my urinary track. As I was checking out I was told I would receive a call to set up a follow appointment and these two procedures. I waited a month (as with COVID I was sure things are running slow and didn’t want to be “that” patient) before calling the office. I was told the hold time would be 2-5 minutes and waited for 10 minutes. Okay, no biggie things get busy.I finally get a person and am told I need to hold again to talk to the scheduling personnel. Fine, happy to wait. After waiting on hold for a while I’m told the personnel is not available and they can leave them an email request to call me back. I saw that’s fine and ask if it is normal for there to be such a long time for follow up for scheduling. I was at that time told that based on how the doctor documents in the chart indicates who is responsible for follow up and that the way my chart was documented indicated I, the patient, needed to call and schedule these procedures. I explained that at no point anyone told me this and I was told to expect a call. I was also given no information to set up any of this. The receptionist did apologize, but this is ridiculous. This was all in the Parkwest location to be specific. In contrast the Powell location (who I later found out does the procedures I need for all locations) was super on top of everything. Jamie was fantastic in explaining everything in great detail and getting me scheduled. She also gave me contact information for concerns. They called me almost immediately after they received the message that I needed follow up for scheduling.

Had an appointment with Dr Brian Parker on March 30th, 2020. When I arrived, the office was closed without notice. My appointment had been canceled, I was out of medication and needed lab work. I received no notice that my appointment was canceled or that the office was closed. I could not reach anyone to reschedule. After hearing nothing from the office for over a month, I called regarding my medication and was told that the 1st available appointment would be in JULY!In July, I called again because now I was out of two medications and had had no cancer screening. Two weeks later, Ive heard nothing from the office and the medications have not been called in to my pharmacy. The office staff is uncaring, unprofessional and dangerously inept.I hope their malpractice insurance is paid. If they treat other patients as theyve treated me, theyre going to need it!

Surgery went well. Not responsive to any phone calls. Had a problem 2 weeks post op. It took his staff at 3 weeks later to call, when problem was resolved through my other surgeon. Never gave me a post op visit, had to beg for one. Very upsetting how when they do call and tell you it is not surgery related( ROLLING MY EYES AND SHAKING HEAD) It had everything to do with my bladder, seriously! Hello Urologist! I dont think staff or Dr Parker realise how unprofessional this makes them seem. Would have gone to another surgeon but several people said he was best for what he did. Only reason he is getting any stars is for the surgery performed.

Dr Parker is very nice & informative. His office is a nightmare to deal with! They canceled an appointment because the power was out and I have tried for over 2 weeks to reschedule! They ask you to use the online portal & yet they ignored requests for a new appointment! I finally got through on the phone and the soonest they could see me was over a month out! Called my regular Dr and asked for a new referral!

Dr. Parker is an ok physician but his office and administrative staff is the worse! There is no follow up or return calls, messing up of appointments and general lack of care and concern for the patients. So terrible his office scheduled a procedure at the hospital and following the instructions given, we show up at the hospital at 5 am only to be told that there is no record of the appointment or procedure!! Do you and your family a favor and find another physician.
