I had my first hydro facial a few weeks ago. They did an amazing job! My face felt so clean and clear. It is always nice to feel pretty when you walk away from a service. This was not like other facials I have had in the past it definitely is a must do for yourself 😉

My first time with Skin Care Center. It was a very pleasant experience. When I arrived the staff was courteous. My appointment was with Ms Cam. She listened to my concerns and was very helpful in explaining how she could correct my issues. She was very gentle and I was very pleased with the results.

Cam is great! She is thoughtful and takes time to answer any questions you have about other services.

REVISED****Within a week of the incident listed below, I was contacted by the office staff apologizing profusely and they offered me a store credit to apply towards something else. I will shop there again.ORIGINAL POST:First, let me qualify that I have never received services from this facility, however I have purchased some skin care and some cosmetics from them. A few days ago I purchased some Jane Iredale makeup and I tried to return it because I had a duplicate at home and I was outside the 7 or 14 day (I dont recall) return policy. As long as product was unopened they would return it.I recently decided to go back to Jane Iredale foundation and saw that its 15% off this month, and discounts rarely apply to this makeup so I though, yay! This happened on Friday. I came home and started digging for my Jane makeup brushes only to find that I still had nearly new products from my last purchase. So on Tuesday -- 3 business days later -- I decided that I would return the makeup and get my money back. I tried to return it and now their policy is only if you have an allergic reaction will they accept returns. Apparently they have been bought by a bigger corporation with very tight regulations and absolutely no returns unless its an allergic reaction. I couldnt even get credit for it to use at the spa.Heres my take-away: 1: I wont be purchasing anything else from them, ever, because I think that is really poor customer service (and the ladies were very kind about it; its the corporate policy that I have my beef with), and 2: why would I purchase products there when I can purchase them somewhere else and have the comfort of knowing that if my scattered brain purchased a duplicate product that they will kindly take it back within a reasonable period of time? I can purchase the makeup online at other retailers with no problem.

I went in for pulse dye laser treatment. I was well informed about my first treatment. I will be going back for a second treatment in 4 weeks. I also look forward to going back for a hydra facial!
