I took my brother to Dr. Bushkell yesterday. He had a very bad infection on the back of his neck. My brother is a self paying patient (i.e no insurance). Not only was Knox. Dermatology and Dr. Bushkell very courteous in setting a quick and timely appointment. Dr. Bushkell treated him like any insured patient of his. You could see real concern in his eyes to take care of my brother. Once he did all he could do. He referred him to another specialist and got the appointment on the same day, which was very important considering the seriousness of the problem. When Dr. Bushkell returned to the room and got us headed in the right direction he gave my brother a cost for the visit,( which did include some surgery) a ridiculously low price for the visit. It was one of the most personable and kind experiences Iv had in a while. I want to thank Knox. dermatology for their kindness and professionalism.
