We love seeing Michelle for cleanings. She has done such a wonderful job helping my daughter enjoy her visits. We had struggled the first few dentist appointments, but once we met Michelle she absolutely loves going to her check ups now. This is huge because my child would literally not let them clean her teeth unless she was sitting upright. It was terrible! Very stressful for mama as well. Both doctors and staff are all top notch.

I took my Special Needs daughter here for over 6 years and was very pleased with the care that she received. I decided to start taking my twins to Dr. Evans also. However when my Special needs daughter became very ill with Covid and was in the hospital for over a month in Serious condition her appointment had to be rescheduled as well as my twins due to the illness. My child almost lost her life twice while in the hospital and after she got through that ordeal she had to have an Open wound surgery. When I had to cancel my twins appointments due to all of the hospital stay and surgery the receptionist informed me that they were discharging all 3 children!! I begged them to please not discharge my Special needs daughter since she had a dental surgery coming up within the next couple of weeks and was in a great deal of pain !! They absolutely refused to keep the appointment and had no Mercy or concern for my daughter. I have no problem finding a dentist for my twins and was willing to do that but Dr. Evans, you have no Compassion as You Claim , and if You were the True Christian that you Claim to be where is your Mercy and Understanding?? The Child would come before your so called rules!! I have given you multiple referrals and Praise that you can still read on Facebook but Never again!!!

We had used this office for years for our 4 kids. They did surgery on my youngest when he was less than 2 and did an amazing job. My kids loved everything about it. That is why they get 2 stars.They get 3 taken away because when I called to try and get my 12 year old seen for pain and a cone shaped growth in his gum, I was told (first call) it was 12 year old molars by the lady answering the phone. It made sense, so I hung up. The next day it was hurting worse and didnt look like a tooth coming in, so I called back. The same lady answered and went to look him up. She saw that we had been dropped as patients for missing 3 appointments. Shocked, because my husband is very good at keeping scheduled appointments, I asked which 3 appointments my son (singular) had missed and was told that my 3 sons had missed their appointments in June, so policy dictates dropping a patient for missing appointments. That makes sense to me. But he had only missed 1appointment because my IN-LAWS passed away in a car accident June 1, effectively taking our focus AWAY from dental appointments (and anything really). I was told that with each child missing, that was 3 missed appointments for the account. I explained the situation and was told that the office manager would get back with me. She called and left a voicemail explaining that the doctor understood but policy is policy.So, that is why I am rating them with some stars, because they really are amazing. But I am truly sad that 1) we were not notified of this before I called 3 months after the missed appointments, and 2) they combined the 3 boys appointments instead of giving 1 strike to each.

Will never take my children here again! They have been very unprofessional and not understanding at all During covid! We had to cancel last minute due to discovering we may had been exposed and they dropped us cause we didnt give 24 hour notice.

Will never take my kids here! We missed 1 appointment due to covid and they dropped us after going here for 14 years! I have 3 kids so they counted that ONE missed appointment as 3 and dropped us! Were in a pandemic and they are not considerate at all!

My kids love here. Staff are very friendly, reception is always clean and organized. My kids always want to play with toys whenever we there. You don’t have to wait for too long it is quick visit. I would definitely recommend to anybody. Thank you, I appreciate for all you do for my kids.

My kids love this place. I think they would prefer to come more than twice per year. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The assistants really made my kids feel comfortable when they were scared. And dr. Elise is the best! She is so great with kids, very up to date on recommendations, and an awesome surgeon. Highly recommend.

Weve been to see Dr. Bo several times with our 3 children and weve had a great experience every time. Always nice and outgoing. My kids really like him. My wife and I also really like him. He always shakes my hand and asks me how Im doing and then turns his complete attention to the kids.His office is always busy, but weve never had a long wait. Thats a good sign that Dr. Bo is doing something right!

We had a wonderful experience at Bearden Pediatric Dentistry! The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The waiting room is excellently decorated and geared to children. Dr. Elise made my son feel very calm about his first dentist visit. We will continue to see Dr. Elise for many years. This is a great Pediatric Dentistry Practice!!!

This is the BEST dentist office I have ever been to. They are so good with my 5yr old daughter. I can honestly say, they treat my daughter as if she was one of there own children. My experience with the Bearden Pediatric Dentistry was absolutely wonderful! It has a very comfortable and friendly atmosphere that I would recommend to anyone! The office has state of the art equipment and is beautiful! Going to the Dentist can be very intimidating for children and I have to say that Dr. Elise and her staff made the experience for my little one very pleasurable. My son really loved Dr. Elises grape gloves:)

Weve had issues in the past with Dr Evans (the dentist) giving out information that contradicts the American Dental Association regarding breastfeeding, but today my husband informed her of my daughters sensory issues and that she doesnt like her face messed with and the dentist physically restrained her (anyone wrote working with sensory kids knows you do NOT restrain them unless its life or death and you hurry the hell up if you do have to) while she took more than 15 minutes to brush her teeth VERY roughly while chit chatting with my husband (all the time Eden was screaming her head off) and kept sternly telling her to stop screaming and stop spitting. Then told my husband to not give her any juice in her water at all (completely contradicting the information shed given us previously-and again a sensory child she cant taste or sense the water at all without any flavoring in it, it feels like drinking air to her) When I called to complain the office manager said that they talk to all the parents and that theres nothing wrong with the way the dentist handled my child-that they deal with sensory children all the time and thats just how they are . my daughter cant stop crying and clinging to my husband and wont open her mouth for anything even though shes never had an issue with letting us brush her teeth before

We love Dr. Elise and her amazing staff! We switched a few years ago and couldnt be happier. She takes the time to listen to our concerns and the kids really like her. The office staff is very friendly and helpful as are the hygienists and assistants. We would recommend the office to anyone. The office is also cute and very clean!

This place is amazing to with my daughter. She has Dravet syndrome and They are very patient with her. We drive almost an hour to get here. Well worth it. Would recommend to anyone. Love Dr.Evans!

Had our first visit today and the staff was absolutely wonderful with both children (and myself!) Love the atmosphere and amenities provided for the kids to keep them entertained. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a pediatric dentist in the Knoxville area.

Loved this place my kids did also.....my daughter had a appointment at 1:00 called them to let them know I was running behind they told me as long as we werent 10 minutes she could be seen got there at 1:11 walked in they told me they couldnt see her ok....i asked to reschedule they told me that this was her last chance they couldnt see her anymore.....really upset they couldve told me over the phone instead I drove an hour up here and this happened.

I had a great experience with this dental office. From the receptionist all the way to Dr. Evans, I was SO pleased with how they treated my daughter. They clearly explained trearment and prices, have friendly people, a great atmosphere, and a KIND and caring staff....Highly recommend!

My son has Autism and has always struggled with the dentist. Around age 10 (after having sedation at ETCH with 3 previous dentists 6 times) we found Dr. Elise and have now been with her 6 years. My son couldnt even sit in the chair or have tools near him when we started. Over the years they have brought him further along with patience and kindness. Today he was able to get all his teeth cleaned while laying back and using the suction and water, as well as getting x-rays. This was a HUGE milestone for us. Hes so proud of his perfect checkup and keeps saying Congratulations! Im so thankful for the whole staff at Bearden Pediatric Dentistry and I think he is too judging by the hugs he gives them.

I will never go here again!!

What a fantastic experience at Bearden Pediatric Dentistry! Dr. Evans and her staff were SO helpful with our very high energy toddlers! They made the experience quick, and fun for the boys. Very professional, yet very kid friendly!

We love Dr. Elise! My son, 5, had a bad experience at another practice. Dr. Elise and her staff made him feel very calm and welcomed. She also did great with him at Childrens during a mild dental procedure. I highly recommend her and her staff to everyone! My son refuses to see anyone else now.

Love the staff. Office is always clean and staff are always attentive. And the decorations are gorgeous! Glad to see you got to expand!
