I made an appointment for today over the phone and I could not be more pleased!One of my bridesmaids and I went to get our nails done before my wedding in a few days and we both love our nails!The nail tech who did my nails was super conversational and I had the best time. She helped me decide on the base color for my French manicure and it turned out absolutely perfect!

The man who did my nails seemed like he was in a rush when I was one of only five clients in the building and on top of that I did not even get what I wanted. I asked for nude and white ombré nails…the shape, color and length isn’t the same from nail to nail plus there’s a hair under one of them. Second time I’ve been here, first time was moderate so thought I would give it another try however this time made me sure I won’t be back anytime soon. Also booked online said it would be a different price but they charged $15 more at the end of it all.

This is the second time my mother and I have come to this business and everyone is so kind, clean and professional. Christie does my nails and I absolutely love her and her work!! Thank you guys so much!!💕

Nancy took the time to show me the different Products that are used for a SOHO pedicure. Making it the best choice for smooth finish to heels and feet.Her technique and order of care are the best I have ever had. She was great! I will be back.

Go anywhere else! After a poor quality service and nails breaking, lifting, and coming off within the first week, I went for a repair/new set and they made me pay full price again. Only two days after I had my dip nails done here, every single nail was cracking and nearly half had chipped. I called to make an appointment to have them repaired for the following day, however, when I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist informed me that they never booked my appointment and could not see me that day, so she booked me an appointment for two days later. I was annoyed, but happy to know it was actually scheduled this time and was going to be taken care of. Unfortunately, my husband had to take an emergency work trip and my sitter was out of town, so I had to cancel that appointment. I called to make another appointment as soon as my husband was back in town. By then, it was just over a week after my original service and my nails were a nightmare. Two nails had come off entirely and every single other nail was cracked and chipped and lifting from my nails, causing them to break underneath. I was given a new set at my appointment, though I’m not happy that my nails are extremely short now due to the breakage. Then, upon leaving, I was confused as to why I was expected to pay full price for the repair due to their lack of quality service and the receptionist offered no response, other than a dirty look.Go anywhere else. Had I know that I would have to pay double and the result be over $100 for short nails and three visits there, I would have just gone to another salon to have my nails done properly after they began cracking and lifting.

They did an amazing job on both me and my lady. Ask for Lily when you call to make appointment.

1st time going to Soho. I was a walk-in guest. My stylist was Nannie and she did an Outstanding Job. Very pleased with the service and my nails look amazing.

Not impressed. Technician could not have been more disinterested. Spoke so softly had to ask her to repeat everything more than once. My pedicure was done in half the time that my daughter’s pedicure and we had ordered the same service and started at the same time. Dip manicure also done with disinterest. Quality of service upon completion was below fair. $100 not well spent. Probably won’t return

Ken gave me the best nails i have ever had in my life today! he was the best nail tech i have ever had, and he was so sweet!! not only that, but he did a full set on me in probably 35 - 45 minutes, the FASTEST i have ever had my nails done. highly recommend!

This was my second time at SoHo but my first getting nails done too! The pedicures are amazing and they do not rush through them. The girl that did my nails and toes was very detail oriented and made sure I was happy with my results! I definitely would recommend them to anyone!!!

I’ve been coming here for years for my pedicure. Because of COVID this was my first time back in awhile. I was disappointed to see they are no longer sterilizing their tools and packaging them separately. The tech just had them all together in a jar. I tried to ask her about them but I guess she didn’t understand me. I won’t be back.

Nancy did an absolutely wonderful job on my dip nails. She perfectly nailed the almond shape I was going for and made sure to get the exact length I wanted. She took her time to make sure my nails looked stunning and was so nice and friendly. I will definitely be going back to her for all my nail needs.

I found here to be a good local spot to try out some new designs, have a little fun with my nails. It only took an hour for my nails when it usually takes 2 at any other salon. And was no easy feat when it comes to multiple layers. My nails look very beautiful and they last FOUR weeks! & I was so glad I did!

Very dissatisfied. Technician wanted to use the drill on my nails to remove gel polish. I declined...It was explained to me that it was faster to use the drill! I told him I didnt care about it being fast...He was not happy to do my nails...very rough and only did one coat of polish which chipped off quickly. I will not return.

Very clean nail salon. Prompt walk-in service. They use liners in their pedicure bowls, which I personally really appreciate. Friendly and personable staff. Excellent selection of gel polish, regular polish and dips. The staff is very well trained. Definitely recommend.

Left finger nail polish all over my fingers, didn’t push cuticles back. When I asked him to fix the polish on my finger he wouldn’t fix it and was asking me to go to front to pay. Rude and pushy. Mine as well done them my self. Zane is his name.

My favorite place to get a gel manicure. They do it exactly how I like it. Bonus: they are very quick so you get in and out and on with your day! Most places take up to an hour, they were finished in 30 minutes 😁

I recently went in for a manicure & pedicure. I called ahead of time and I was able to get the appointment I desired. As soon as I arrived I was greeted & immediately served. They had a great selection of nail colors (both regular & gel) to choose from. The pedicure station was very clean & my nail technician, Nancy (Thu), did an excellent & thorough job. By the time I received my manicure it was close to closing time but Nancy didnt rush and payed close attention to the manicure quality. I was very pleased & would definitely recommend.

Very nice posh nail salon! Many choices of nail polish colors, dip powder, gel, etc.. They do good work. It’s a very clean and sanitary place. They have massage chairs, TVs, they offer you drinks including wine. Will definitely be back!

Ok, my rating is mixed. The service of the technicians is phenomenal - 5 stars. The service of the management is horrible - 1 stars. So...3 avg it is.. Dont make an appointment and expect to be serviced at your appointment time. The mgmt is so interested in throughput that they will give the last technician (or person you have an appointment with) to the walk in job. Then you come in 5 before appt time and get to wait 30+ min.

Nancy(Thu) did a WONDERFUL job on my dip nails! She is very personable and friendly. I came in with VERY thick and uneven dip and she re-did my color and did an excellent job at making them look natural. I love the atmosphere of Soho Nails and enjoy coming here!

Soho Nails is the best salon in Knoxville by far. They have the best techs and the best color selections. My nails always look perfect. I always get powder dip and My nails never look chunky or thick. Very relaxing and beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff and good prices! I won’t go anywhere else!

I refuse to go anywhere else. Also, I LOVE the recent remodel. It looks great! I also love the hand scrub at the sinks. I look forward to that after every service. Keep up the good work guys!

Soho is hands down the best nail salon in Knoxville! I go every 2-3 weeks for a pedicure and a dip manicure. My nails always look natural unlike other salons where they can end up looking like acrylics. I have never had a bad tech here. Check them out!

Nancy was my technician and she was amazing. I had the hot stone pedicure and I could have melted n my chair.The establishment is very clean and the ladies are so sweet. I felt very pampered.

Staff was not friendly. Receptionist said I was too early and would have to wait a while when I was there 5 minutes before my appointment. The tech barely spoke to me and did not provide the service I was scheduled for. He had me switch tables after he bounced between me and another client. The nails were mediocre. They do not provide hand massages or lotion after. They tell you to go wash your hands and meet them at checkout. Not worth the price.

Good quality, super fast, but a tad expensive. 🙂

I came here with a friend expecting quality work to be done because she frequently used the salon, but left disappointed. I got an acrylic French manicure. After the first guy put the acrylic nails on, he left for about 15 minutes (I don’t know where he went) and then he came back and told a younger, inexperienced kid to finish it. The nails were not filed correctly and they were very uneven, and since the nails were not filed evenly, the white tips also weren’t even (notice how you can see my fingertip when you look at my ring finger, but when you look at my middle finger the nail comes above my fingertip). The nail file had not been replaced and was obviously used many times before on other customers. There was also nail particles left under the acrylic nails from where they used the Dremel on my natural nails and then didn’t thoroughly dust them off. The little red dot on my middle finger is also from where they cut me with the Dremel. Not to mention, they charged $40 for this, where as the previous salons I’ve been to charge $20 and provide better service.The only positive thing that came from my visit was the receptionist, she was an extremely young girl but she was very sweet.

I always go to Soho for my pedicures. Nancy (Thu) is by far my favorite tech. I have super rough and cracked heels. She always gets them super soft and callous free. She takes her time and does the best foot and leg massage. I also appreciate that they cover the water bowl, so it’s always clean. The tools are always sealed and opened in front of you. I don’t think I would ever go to another place.

Love the people here they are so nice. I have never had a problem with anyone. I will recommend this nail salon to anyone. We love all the staff her. Always so nice. Good customer service!!!!

I went to Soho nails today and was blown away by my experience! I’ve been many times and never left unhappy but today was a Christmas treat!! Helen spoiled me with my pedicure, wonderful touch and excellent polish! Nancy-Thu did my finger nails. She suggested dip for the first time and she was so knowledgeable about it and that I trusted her and tried it! They look absolutely perfect!!! This place is relaxing and beautiful and the techs are incredible!!! 10/10 coming back every time!!!

So clean and very nice decor. Paul and Tony were so nice and Paul really took his time with my pedicure. He made sure our needs were met and was very friendly and talked me the entire time. Tony did a great job with my daughters pedicure and was patient with her. Amy did a fast and great job on my eyebrows. Definitely recommend.

It is a tad more expensive but you get what you pay for! They are attentive and consistent. I love going here they make me feel special and pamper to the extreme!

I got a pedicure by Nancy Thu and she did a fantastic job. She made sure my feet were soft and smooth. There was no wait and the chairs are comfortable. Large polish selection. My favorite Knoxville nail shop. If you haven’t tried it you should.

Steven did my nails today. This is the first time I have ever been here. Its a pretty awesome place. The staff were very friendly. The hand scrub they have is so awesome too! My hands havent felt this soft in a very long time. Definitely going to go back. Getting some of the great smelling scrub too!

I have always been happy with the staff and services at Soho. As a pedicure regular I always leave with happy feet and toes.

They were so nice and sweettttt! They goes above and beyond to make sure I am completely happy with my service! The facials are wonderful. I will come here just to escape life. And the place was wonderful!

When I first came to SoHo I had my nails done by Tina. She did a wonderful job on my nails with the gel polish and was very nice and personable. When I came back two weeks later to have my gel refresh Tina wasnt in, so I had a different lady (forgot to get her name) who very nice and informative. She did a great job on my nails as well, but about 4 hours after leaving the salon the polish on my right hand on my thumb lifted and peeled off. Later that night the polish on my first two fingers of my right hand lifted and peeled. I went back the next day and with no problems they fixed my nails. I will definitely be back and recommend them.

My daughter and I both came in for acrylics. The staff were not friendly and the place could definitely have been cleaner the ambiance was nice and in the past I remember having a good experience here. Was very uncomfortable today. Will not be going back.

My best friend and I came in today without an appointment for SNS full sets and our techs, Anna and Nancy were absolutely amazing. I have very sensitive fingers and Anna is such a light touch and does amazing work. Definitely will be back.
