My experience here was not the best. I got my hair shampooed before my appointment and the girl that shampooed my hair pulled and yanked it. (I was hopeful for good results, so I didnt mention it to the workers at the time).I got my hair done here in a crochet style by Joanna, but had to take it down the same day because the hair was pulling at my edges. When I took it down, my hair was noticeably thinner and shorter. I have soft, fine hair and the workers here either dont care or dont know how to handle that type of hair.I do not recommend this shop if you have soft, fine coils.

I love my hair! And my kids hair!! You have gained repeat customers. I used to get these twist and it took 8 hours. But it only took you 5.5.
