Staff here is rude. Absolutely 0 manners. Do better. Nobody should have to step into a place like this and end up feeling bad about themselves.

Dr Potluri is a very professional, attentive and gentle natured doctor who listens to your issues and gives you the help needed not what just rushing you out the the with a solution.The staff are kind and friendly, even when the office busy with patients.The facility is extremely clean and modern, I would definitely recommend them.Thankyou Dr Potluri and staff for all you do🙏🙏

Not a good one he give me run medication and i feel really bad after i told him that those medication dont work for me. i don’t recommend this doctor to no one. waste your time and money

I honestly cant say how much I am so grateful to this office for everything theyve done for my son. We found him after being at another facility in the area, that was absolutely terrible. When my sons medication was denied by his insurance, they did everything in their power to help us get it covered.

Every time I go there for my appointments Im in and out pretty fast. Everything is pretty much swift and must say that the Doctor is very competent. It feels good to know that youre talking to, and being treated by a doctor who knows his practice well. His experience and understanding is why Ive made this my choice of practice to go to. He knows his stuff and thats a good feeling because you always leave well informed and hopeful for the progress that comes with seeing a doctor who you know is guiding you down the best path when it comes to mental health and overall wellness.Like every business theres always pros and cons. I just choose to over look and not give much importance to that and Ive benefit a lot from this doctors professional and helpful knowledge and ability to diagnose and progressively treat me. Thanks to his help I find myself to be doing and feeling great again. I recommend him because he knows his stuff.

I went to this office to see Jearene for counseling. I have seen many counselors throughout my life however Jearene is hands down the best. I have improved so much since seeing her. On the other hand, the office staff here is terrible. Mainly Rosa, the office manager. I was never able to reach the office by phone and I was always met with unpleasantness upon walking in. At one point I was having trouble with my insurance denying claims, which I was in the process of solving, but every time I walked into the office Rosa treated me like a misbehaving child. She was condescending and rude and addressed confidential details of my care in front of a room full of other patients. It got to the point where dealing with her negated the benefits I saw from therapy. I was thrilled when Jearene moved offices and I am far happier seeing her there, where I feel valued and respected by every member of the staff.

Dr.Potluri is a great doctor. He has helped my family member with a great plan to get one of my family members suffering from a rare cognitive disorder back to an independent lifestyle. The staff is friendly and kind. The office is designed to make patients comfortable and accepted. The bad reviews here are inaccurate. I give this place a five start rating.

This office is very comfortable and the doctors and staff make you feel at ease. Dr. Potlouri really listens and he doesnt start you out on high doses. He begins small and gradually increases. And he is not quick to give you medicine, he tries to also give you suggestions such as vitamins and life style changes too get the very best of care. And the Psychologist Jearene, is amazing. She really listens and Ive been to many therapists, but she is patient and she is the only one that I have made improvements on. Im not going to lie if you want the best out of this office, you need to take there suggestions and advice. Most of the staff is polite some could be a little bit nicer but overall its a great office.

I dont know what office the people are talking about, I have been going there for a year or more, I can honestly say that the doctor and his whole staff have been super nice to me. I am happy there and have no plans to leave.

On multiple occasions I have been told that I missed my appointments or that they were scheduled for days I would not make appointments due to work hours. Once I was charged a no show fee and then was told that I need to be more careful when appt are made. I request dates.... what date is entered is not my mistake but theirs. Doctor Kotadia is great. Staff are rude, and do not take ownership of their mistakes. Never using the therapist there as I obviously do not “know” how to make an appt.

I have been going here for years and the doctors are great.

The office manager is completely verbally abusive to patients and she violates HIPPA every time I’m in the office. My paperwork has been left unattended and she has discussed my personal business in a lobby full of people. She has NO professional courtesy or demenour and multiple people have filed complaints against HER. As far as my therapist Dorrit Ram and my Doctor (Kotadia) they are amazing. I’ve never had any issues with them treating or listening to me. Something seriously needs to be done regarding the management practices of this place. I was told “A google review doesn’t matter to me.” Well, looks like a bunch of google reviews SHOULD matter because you will be treated with disrespect and unprofessional courtesy the minute you step in front of the desk to sign in. I have never interacted in all my life with such non intelligent or unprofessionalism especially in a mental health environment. Shame on you, ROSA. You are nothing but a bully to people. This is NOT the field for you. Maybe handling dogs - but NOT PEOPLE. Good riddance.

Abusive and unprofessional office staff. Rosaisela the office manager is shockingly abusive and embarrassingly callous to the needs of the patients who are naive enough to receive treatment from this facility.Its a shame because Dr. Patluri is a kind man and competent doctor, I just dont think he has the slightest idea what is going on in his office.

A nightmare! What a DISASTER :( It was the most awful experience of my life. After having several surgeries, a heart attack, my father passing away, etc I had a Major Depressive Disorder, another pre-heart attack and a minor stroke. On top of a severe heart condition (Cardiac Insufficiency) with Atrial Fibrillation, Fibromyalgia, Reumathoid Arthritis and more, I used the services of this doctor. I had already been placed on permanent disability by 3 other doctors, so I did not need him to place me on disability.The major problem is the office. I had an altercation with his receptionist, ROSA.I had called requesting a letter to my airline stating I could not travel because I suffer from severe panic attacks and was having tachycardia (4 lines). The letter had to be redone 3 times, and it took 2 months to be ready. Doctor himself told me he was there to treat patients not to give out letters. Rosa, the receptionist, started saying that DR. POTLURI does not give disability to anybody. I said that I was already on permanent disability, I only needed the letter stating that HE IS TREATING ME SINCE JANUARY 2015, which was the truth. She proceeded to say that they have a lot of patients that needed disability more than I do, that they have patients that are bi-polar, bi-polar and they were not on disability, that they have a patient, an attorney, who is schizophrenic and he was not on disability. She proceeded to say that I was not sick, and that I should NOT be on disability, that my condition was curable, that she had a condition that was not curable and she was not on disability...). Nobody has the power or authority to discuss my medical condition with me or anybody else except the doctor...and she had other people in the office, I could hear voices in the backgrownd. I was so distressed that I decided to ask her: - What do you know about me? Who do you think you are to tell me if I should or should not be on disability? What do you know about my condition? She proceeded to say: I Know enough; am the office manager!!! Well, I was very disappointed because this woman kept on going and going telling me what I should do or not, what medications I should take or not. She even spoke about a pharmecogenomics test that I should take (which I had taken at their office) and she insisted that it was not true because she was the only person that performed that test, so that the test had never been done… Then she proceeded to say: Oh, they are right here!!!I was about to explode when I decided to ask her: Is Dr. Potluri in the office?- No, Dr. Potluri is on vacation. BINGO ! This was the reason why this woman kept on acting like she knew everything!No need to say that when the doctor came back from vacation SHE HAD ALREADY TOLD HIM THE STORY HER WAY...As a second note to Rosa: - Honey, I have 2 College degrees, a Master’s Degree and Im a Certified Translator in 4 languages. Im a Diabetes Educator, Ive been in the medical field my whole life and I am 59 years old. Ive worked for the biggest and better pharmaceutical companies in the world with a very high position (not a front desk receptionist). You think youre smart, and you were stupid enough to discuss my medical condition over the phone with me in front of other people? THAT IS A HIPAA VIOLATION, did you know that? I should contact your attorney patient who is a schizophrenic, so he could sue you. Think youre smart? What on earth are you doing as a receptionist? Well... With that attitude I dont think you will ever move farther than that anyway . :(DR. POTLURI is not a compassionate doctor, and if you need a letter they will not be willing to help.I moved to California to pursue another degree. I am now a Certified Medical Interpreter by the Board of Medicine in USA. I might still sue them for violating HIPAA... Every time I was in the office she would be talking on the phone, with patients in front of her, reading other patients Medical Records, including mine!My Medical condition being discussed in front of others is a HIPAA Violation!
