Kelli Denise Lewis-Foltin was amazing. The experience was very easy and really helped me and I am glad I spoke with her. I am looking forward to seeing positive progress over the coming weeks.

Recently it has become very easy to book telehealth appointments with my selected providers. It seems they are available when I really need them.

It was a very easy process, I was nervous at first but the practitioner I got is amazing informative and sweet.

I have had an excellent overall experience with lifestance health. They hire good providers and have good tools and systems To provide telehealth care during COVID. I’m currently seeing Kelli Lewis-Foltin, who is providing excellent and attentive care. My only minor complaint is that it can take a while for the office to handle requests for prior authorizations and such, but it isn’t horrible, by any means. I can’t give half stars or I would give 4.5 for the slightly less than perfect office, but I think 5 is more accurate than 4.

I feel I have a good rapport with Kelli. She listens to me and offers suggestions.

BE VERY CAREFUL USING THEM! They will tell you they report as Lifestance and then bill your insurance as another company.

Mercedes was awesome. I am a new patient and had my first appointment via telehealth. She made me feel very comfortable with talking about my issues and gave sound advice....both medication and psychological. I will definitely be seeing her again and would recommend her to anyone who needs help.

Even though the Kissimmee office is not open for in-person appointments the virtual visits help a lot.

The change in name to Lifestance from Orlando Behavioral Health makes me question what other stupid decisions the higher-ups of the company are making. You had a name that said exactly what you did and where you did it. Why the change? Besides that, Mercedes is my favorite head shrinker of all time.

Made an appointment last week. They called today while i was taking a nap and my husband answered my phone. The lady refused to say where they were from so i could call back at a later time and stated that it was illegal for her to say the name of the establishment so i could know who was calling when i called back. Long story short i canceled i understand confidentiality but it wasnt confidential info he was asking for it was just simple protocal for someone taking a message. Dont know if this was a call center or the actual office staff but i want no part of anything to do with this place.

Some sort of insurance scam, watch out. They took my insurance and said that they were in network and would find a provider that worked best with my insurance. A few months later they are claiming I am not in network and I owe them a bunch of money. Beyond that they are a terrible company, slow to respond if they bother at all, and they bounce you around between a seemingly limitless number of receptionists who apparently don’t have any access to files or notes pertaining to past calls. If you can get an appointment it is an utter waste of time and money where the “mental health professional” just reads off your answers to a multitude of questionnaires they send out before the appointment without actually going into any of the answers or providing any sort of discussion or help with them.

Without going into my personal medical details, Ive found the team here to be extremely responsive, excellent at communicating despite the strange times we are in, and experts in their fields. I feel safe and confident in the care Im receiving with them in my care team.

The Nurse Practitioner here, Mercedes is AMAZING! The office staff is great as well. I have never seen a therapist in that location but I would imagine theyre decent as well. Did not give it 5 due to another issue that I had to deal with.

These people are crooks. They are charging people copays for tele medicine visits even though it’s covered 100%. I have been trying for the past 3 months to get $140.00 back from them and it’s been impossible. Dealing with them have been a nightmare and added a great deal of stress during this time when I should be receiving treatment for stress. I have called over 15 times on my own and 4 with my insurance and still nothing. Avoid this place.

They were extremely concerned with their own agendas and not with hearing my history and my needs to help my get medication to avoid being back in the hospital.One NP discontinued a medication I have been receiving for two years because “she does not prescribe that type of medication”. I was not told this could be an outcome when I paid to get helpHow are you supposed to get help from peopleWho decide how this works? They aren’t listening they are playing with people literal lives
