Angel and the North Star mental health team assisted us in a time when we needed them the most and for that we will always be grateful. The therapist Anacelis was definitely a blessing to us. She went above and beyond to help us. She is very knowledgeable, nurturing, super responsive and genuinely cares about her clients. I work in the medical field and I know how hard it is to find good, quality pediatric mental health providers who truly care about their clients. I have been looking for a therapist since my Dr. gave me a referral for one. Lots of places had waiting lists and I really needed services. I called north start and from the beginning they have been amazing! The front desk ladies have been really nice, they pick up there phone! They are very respectful and understanding, They gave me a appointment quickly, I also made a appointment for my child and the therapist assigned to her has been phenomenal. My child who’s a shy child and doesn’t like talking to strangers immediately warmed up to her. So far therapy has been a great thing for her and I cannot wait to see the results. Thank you North Star, I really appreciate all the help we can get during this difficult time.

I highly recommend North Star Counseling. As a U.S. Army retiree, its difficult for me to find providers for my family that would take my health insurance (Tricare Prime), in the Kissimmee area. North Star Counseling was more than accomodating by going through the proccess of getting approved as Tricare providers in record time. They came through for us at a time that we most needed. Their service to our child was outstanding and the counselor and staff were beyond professional. If there was a sixth start to give them, I would do so without hesitation.

Just called to an appointment for my daughter that needs it ASAP! And was told since we have private insurance the waiting is 6 months!!!!!! I’ve been working in the medical field for 12 years and this is insane and not fair. My daughter needs treatment and have to wait for help! Unbelievable

Not only do I refer my patients to this center for everything related to mental health, but also one of our daughters received treatment for a while until she got better. I am satisfied that the care is always not only for the patient but also takes into consideration meeting the expectations that are proposed together with the parents.If you have not seen the new office, you will be very impressed by how great it is and the services that will be offered in that center. Excellent services they provide, my girls therapist is very good, professional and very punctual, she has very good communication with me and especially with my baby, my daughter has improved since she started therapies 1 year ago. I recommend them give a very good quality of service which is the most important thing for me.

This has been my childrens therapy center for over a year and I am not complaining very good service. Wildaliz Vargas is very good with my children, they will have a lot of conversation with her.
