I called and spoke with a receptionist, I told her my issue and asked her how much It would be she told me $113 dollars. I asked if she was sure because you can purchase doctor visits through MDSave and she said that would be the total for everything. A month later I got a bill for over $500 I called the number and since they are a branch from the hospital I talked to the hospital accounting lady, she told me to message them through the portal. Once I messaged them through the portal they sent my bill directly to collections without even responding so I was FORCED to pay it so my credit wouldn’t be affected. DO NOT GO HERE! I never talked to anyone about my issue. Total rip off scam!!

Dr. Aragon-Lopez is an excellent Doctor. However their receptionists are not to be trusted. Today is Friday - last Monday I called and was promised a call back by the end of the day - nothing happened. Wednesday I called again, same thing, nothing happened. So I went to the office to get a referral for an x-ray. I was promised a call the same day when to pick up the form. Nothing happened. Today (Friday) I called again, got the receptionist who seemed astonished and promised to call back. Nothing happened. I called at noon - answering service took my message and I was promised a call back. It is 5:00 PM - a whole week has gone and I still dont have a referral. Not sure what is so difficult. Sad and truly disappointing!

Treated my girlfriend like she was a complete idiot.Charged her more than double the original amount quoted without explanation.Unprofessional,rude and sketchy stay far away
