What a complete shameful experience. Dr. Torres is a great doctor, but their billing practices and staff ARE NOT!

Dr. Torres is easily one of the best doctors in the area. Highly recommend

STAY AWAY!! ZERO STARS!!! The staff is extremely unprofessional. They NEVER ANSWER CALLS OR MESSAGES. They NEVER HAVE REFERRALS or AUTHORIZATIONS ready. Im filing a complaint with the insurance company. Bunch of LAZY OFFICE EMPLOYEES who make patients feel worse about their medical conditions. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CARE. I dont even understand how they are open!! Dr. Santos acts like everything is under control when in fact has NO IDEA OR IGNORES HER EMPLOYEES.

I have been going to the Kissimmee office for 6 months. So far I like Dr. Torres, his office staff has room for improvement, and I refuse to see his associate. My opinion has changed after 8 months. He is very personable but that has not earned my trust.I have issues on my problems list that, according to my cardiologist, I do not have. A couple of these requiring tests that have never been done. They have not contacted me with the results of my bone density test or my mammogram. They only reason that I know there is an issue with the mammogram is because the lab sent a letter for a follow-up in 6 months. I will address my concerns with him on my next visit.Next visit has come and gone. He refused to discuss where he got any of his information, I went to him to get a referral for my knee (arthritis) which I had already seem a specialist for, referral denied. He ordered x- rays on my knee and when I went in for a follow-up visit did not go over the results with me. My daughter, who is a registered nurse, asked him a question regarding a notation on my chart and he could not wait to get out of the room. I now have a new doctor, hopefully one who will be honest with me. He also has a notation on my husbands chart of him having a stent which is absolutely not true. If you go to this doctor, I would suggest you sign up sho that you can go online to see what is on your chart. My understanding is that listing me as a high risk patient, he gets paid more. This info comes from a doctors office.

Dr. Torres is not only a fantastic Dr., but his staff as well are not only professional and caring, they are a joy to visit when ever I have an appointment. I look forward to my appointments because his office staff and the doctor himself honestly cares about patients.Im extremely happy I made the right choice by to become one of Dr. Torress patients. Dr. Torres is without a doubt extremely pleasant. Hes a listening doctor. He wants to know why his patients doesnt feel well. He smart and willing to hear what he patients expresses to him. Dr. Torres is one of the only other doctors I have. My respect for Dr. Torres is without a doubt sincere. Dr. Torres is amazing. Im glad to be one of his many patients. I value him. Sincerely.

My entire family have been patients of Dr. Torres for the last 9 years. He has ALWAYS taken his time with each of us for every appointment.The best part is that he always adds natural remedies as well as Rx so you have the choice of action in your care.He is friendly yet very professional.I recommend him as a physician for adults, children and babies! He looks at and after the entire family!! He is by far the best physician my family has had in 30 years, 4 states and over 8 moves!!

Have been a patient of Dr. Santos in the Kissimmee office for a couple years now and let me say she is a wonderful doctor. Always can get in the same day if not next day appointment if I am not feeling well. The office staff is very nice starting from the front to the nurses and the doctor. Great experience would recommend. Did not have to wait long!!!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍

I went to the Kissimmee office, and I had a great experience, was called to the back on time for my scheduled appointment. The office staff were very pleasant and polite. Starting from the front office to the nursing station. Dr. Torres and Dr. Santos were very thorough and diligent when it came to figuring out how to work on the pain that I was experiencing. Will highly recommend this office to anyone who wants a great health experience.

This experience has shocked me.I never had anyone in customer service treat me this negatively before. More shocking is that the most negative part of my experience came from my interactions with the supervisor.The only positive aspect that warrants even one star from my experience with this clinic is the initial response from the woman that answered my call. I asked nicely if the clinic could see me for an injury sustained during an auto accident and when was the earliest I could be seen for it. For reference, Ive been to different physicians that, without a problem, billed my private insurance after my PIP from my auto insurance was completely exhausted. The woman who answered my call tried her best but simply did not know exactly how to address my request and so, after a lot of back-and-forth, transferred me to her supervisor. This is when my experience with this clinic turned horrible with them.The supervisor told me, in a condescending manner, as if I were a child, that they could not see me at any point through my private health insurance and a visit for the injury was possible, by law, initially only through my auto insurance. I respectfully informed her that she was incorrect and I am able to use my private health insurance after my PIP from my auto insurance was exhausted. She became belligerent and increasingly irate over the fact that I was respectfully informing her that I was legally able to use my private health insurance in this specific case. She raised her tone even after I asked her to remain civil, as I was just only asking her why the office would not take me, and I asked whether they were either incapable or willingly declining their services to me.I am incredibly appalled by my experience with the supervisor, as this was the worst experience in any customer service experience Ive ever had in my life. Stay away from this clinic if you value and respect yourself, because they surely will not if they believe you are giving them any bit of trouble in their day.

I just had my first appt. and I am very pleased and excited about this doctor and office. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful, and the doctor is very easy to talk to and very engaging in what your concerns are. I am very happy I chose this office and doctor.

I have been to the Kissimmee office and have seen both Dr. Torres and Dr. Santos, and I highly recommend both of these doctors. Excellent bedside manners, compassionate, friendly and great staff! I never have a problem getting a same day appointment or when I need a referral for any of my specialists appointments, Vanessa is a very diligent worker. Everyone is very professional !!!

The staff gave me a quick appointment and gave me all the papers to fill out and to bring with me at the appointment.Everyone was very friendly. Dr. Santos made me feel comfortable with her that I can explain anything with her.

Took my mom to see Dr. Torres in the Kissimmee office for the first time. Had such a great experience my mom is 83 yrs old and they had such patience and understanding with her. They answered all questions I had regarding her health. Will recommend office for any elderly patients that needs care.

Dr. Torres is very profesional, good listener and sharp to communicate & patients relationship couldn’t be better... all his office personal and nurse assistance are awesome, super caring and courteous, specially sweet Garnett!!! waiting time is minimum and reasonable. We are so pleased that my hold family has him as our primary/family Dr. it is a blessing to be under his care and profesional advise. I definitely recommended...!!!

Every time I have visited Dr. Torres it’s always been some kind of issue. I always felt rushed and my health concerns are not being addressed. I went there on Tuesday for refills and that was all screwed up. Now it’s Thursday and nothing have been done. I had to call the Kissimmee location to speak to a supervisor to clean the mess that the staff in the Orlando (off of Woodbury) location created. I think they need to be retrained to sharpen there customer service skill or find a job where they don’t have to in contact with humans.

I went in for the 1st time, so far so good, even though i didnt see any other patients in the office. Once i got to tell Dr. Santos my problem she walks out, nurse comes in and wala! See you in the front desk.... really? Second time same thing, only this time i told the nurse i needed to ask the doctor another question and the doctor never came back instead the nurse came back with the answer but not clear. You would think this is because she was with a different patient but Noooo! As i walked to the front desk she was seating in front of a computer. Oh and guess what? The office had no patients waiting... spoke to the office manager Rose (very pleasant and professional). Communicated well and will take her advice and go for another visit to see how it goes...

I have been seeing Dr santos for some years now. This time I came with lab work from a different office that was treating me for anxiety. The lab showed I had low T3 (hypothyroid). I immediately made an appointment with her since the doctor that ordered my labs does not treat thyroid issues. The nurse I believe her name is Norma asked me my reason for visit. I told her. She left to talk to the doctor. Apparently the doctor said I’m only to be seen by her once per year. That my next appointment should be 5 months from now. I expressed my concern and she said to take my labs to where they had them ordered. I did, the next day my Doctor was appalled that Dr santos wouldn’t even see me when I had made the appointment. He suggested I find a different general doctor that does care enough to treat me. I’m super disappointed that I’m going to have to do that.

I WISH I COULD GIVE IT A 0 STAR REVIEWHad to go there for the uscis exam, made an appointment and was given the wrong address, when I asked the receptionist on the phone if theres any other charges besides what I was told, she said NO, two months later, Im receiving bills from the lab for 200+ dollars that I need to pay, it was the worst experience ever, not going there, and will never recommend any one to go there.

Unprofessional, if you go with more than one issue, for example, a cold and a knee pain you have to choose which of the two things you are going to attend because he only treat one for visit, for the other one you have to make another appointment $$$$$$$$$$, the staff is rude an unprofessional as the doctor
