I read some reviews online and I thought they were great. So I booked my appointment and when I arrived I was assisted fairly quickly, however the person didn’t even bother really asking what I wanted and spent the entire time on her phone while doing my lashes. Then when she was done I asked her if she can please add lashes to the right side as there was a gap, she refused and said I already added there.My lashes look like I have had then for 2 weeks and need a refill. I could have done this look with mascara!!! Won’t be going there again 😐

Very happy with my eyelashes. I have a professional job and looks classy. Also got my eyebrows tinted and waxed and this came out beautifully.

Best lashes ever since the moment i got them the first time, I have been a client for more then 3 years and I have never had any issues or a bad experience at all, I recommend Genesis work with my eyes close and she is a person that have passion for her job and everything that she do she do it with love....

I am so disappointed & not satisfied. $130 I paid for poor quality lashes, the lashes the owner purchases are bottom of the barrel lashes, she doesnt even put single lashes on your eyes, she uses the ones that come in the bundle of 3, I was done in 40 min for a full set. Normally this takes at the least 2+ hours. I am traumatized!

Look at the photo and you will see that this place malpracticed on my eyes. Enough said, The fake lashes are supposed to go on the lash line, not my eyelash. This is sick. I am traumatized

Do not get a facial here is to throw your money they are not professionals my friend her face cannot stand the itch she has always done facials and she has never swollen her face or itchy like now and for not choosing well Where to take an easy step this, do not go here, there are no professionalisms and I was carried away only by the 5 stars and by Instagram photos when I saw their work. They are not professionals 😒

I did not trust those people with her face, I made the mask and my face was very bad ... I have always done it elsewhere and I looked for them there because I was closer to my house but I am sorry for have gone to her now, I have to find a dermatologist

Very bad service. I always looked at her work thinking she was doing a good job. I decided to make an appointment. When I arrive or good afternoon, she says. Previously I have done the eyelashes in places that took almost two hours. In which she took less than 40 minutes. no sympathy or in case one has to go like a July 4th so that they serve the client well .. I left the same as between the difference in my eyes is not noticeable at all .. then I send him a message and his answer was if you want to see at 1 oclock to fix what got shut up .. I kept quiet if you didnt do the job as it should be… appearances are definitely deceiving .. I see that there are good opinions from the others who work there. but you dont do a good job at At least he didnt do it to me, and Im not even interested in going back, Id rather lose my money.
