I have been there twice in the past two weeks. I was very hesitant because of previous experiences with Quest in my previous home town. Both times the techs were both efficient and very kind. I believe the techs were Nancy and Patricia. (note to corporate- please accept my apologies and reference my file to thank these amazing professionals) They both put me immediately at ease.The best time to go is the afternoon- no wait at all. (and yes it is possible to do 8 hour fasting labs anytime of day) The self check in is very efficient. They even give you the option of waiting outside if there is any delay. As a previous trauma nurse I am very particular when I am forced to be on theother side of the needle. My husband also came here for lab work without incident. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend this lab.

This is the worst Quest Diagnostic in America! The Phlebotomists there move like snails. They call a patient every 30 minutes. You have to wait over 2 hours to be seen. Please stay from this location if you can. If I could have given them 0 ⭐️‘s I would but unfortunately it isn’t an option!

Very friendly staff! Liz was awesome! Almost everyone has trouble collecting my blood and she did amazing! Easy digital check in, easy to make an appointment. Waited less than a minute. Highly recommend

Love this location! Very clean and tidy.. I am in and out in no time. All my tests have been done by nurses that have been been friendly, professional and knowlegable.

Terrible experience. Made an appointment, arrived on time, signed in and WAITED 45 MINUTES. When I finally asked someone she said that they were “busy” and didn’t seem the least bit concerned. She also indicated that it would be quite a wait still. I walked. Why do they even make appointments?

Had a 10am appointment checked in and it’s 10:36 and no one had communicated with me anything as of yet, no reception ( on purpose I’m sure) called their phone number and of course automated service with NO help at all, the staff is busy but not to patients that have appointments, what’s the point of making appointments if your not going to be seen at the time, they need to close this location down

This place is the worst. I has to wait nearly 20 minutes before 7 am to drop-off a specimen. When I got bloodwork done, I was left with a bruise the size of a half dollar! It doesnt help that there is no receptionist at the front desk to help people.

I was referred to Quest by my doctor to get a couple of things done and i’m glad I came to this one. The process was quick and easy all thanks to Dee. Thank u so much ur such a sweetheart and u made my day(not just for the process but for the convo). I appreciate human beings like u. Stay blessed. I’d give more stars if I could lol.

Great experience. Waited 5 mins only and great service. I went to labcorp and it was horrible rude technician and I left after waiting over an hour in celebration. Quest was a good surprise.

Fast service

Ive been to other Quest Diagnostics and I have to say that I will be making this site my go to for blood work. They are very organized. I like how you sign in electronically and you can monitor your turn on the TV screen in the lobby. To me that is a plus you dont have to question whether youve been forgotten. Ally was amazing and super sweet. The experience I had today was great.

4 employees helping only appointments, and the waiting room full of people. They need to have at least one employee working with walk-ins.

I have been to this particular location several times and on each visit the services were just fine. I have never had any problems at all getting my different tests.

Went in with my mom the other day Derrick was so nice and funny ! My mom really liked him, his attempts in trying to communicate with my only Spanish speaking mom really got to me.

Absolutely wonderful! I cant believe how much better they treat you at their Poinciana location. Davenport Quest treats people like dogs. I will always go to Poinciana from now on.

1 Star is to much. Is just a bunch of jokers irresponsible , my results are lost in space and they said that I dont go sense 2 yrs ago Stupid is my 2 test in 7 month and more bad is I pay for this. Now lost my results my time here in Dr. office because this bunch of irresponsible. To the Public Please be aware because like me I can be also wrong results so PLEASE dont even go there.

Efficient, nice people who do their best with a high population in such a small radius. I get in an and out since the new system even with lots of people there.

Still bad service, tried to walk in for the 2nd day today and they tell me another excuse they cant call the doctor because they are 2 hours behind in their shedule and I need call the doctor to ask the exact labs is supposed they need to do. I call the primary care and explain everything and my primary care recommended going to another place because that information is confidential and is only between the lab and the doctor office. I give it a 0.

Last night I didnt eat all night or have cofee this morning I look on line (googled them) to see what time they open and it said 6:30 I get there at 7 am and they are still closed the sign on the door said hours are 8:30 to 5 i wasted a trip and a night of not eating. What kind of business is this not to update their website Im only comimg back cause my insurance wont cover with anyone else... I give 0 stars

This place is the worst I have been in my life. They have very poor communication, manners, and very disrespectful. They arent organize and their service is poor. The worse is their personality and attitudes to the patients.

Quest Diagnostics Poinciana does not respect its own opening/closing hours. On Saturday Aug 18, I arrived at 12.20 p.m to drop off a sample and it was CLOSED. The closing times indicated on the door were 1.00 p.m on Saturdays and 5.30 p.m. on weekdays. The day before, it was closed at 5.28 p.m. This shows that they have little or no regard for consumers!

Worst place to go to. The flabatomist is very unprofessional and rude! If you need blood drawn for testing you have the right to choose where you get service at definenetly do not choose this place. If you are going to get blood tests, you have the right to choose where you go. Acer, do not choose this site, they are very bitter meat, and few professionals.

As the wheelchair access does not have automatic doors, patients always help open the front door. The service of its professionals is excellent. They also speak English and Spanish.

Many patients around the clock. Advance appointments are never available.
